    @Telstra NBN service in Malvern East 3145 has been less than 1Mbps down since Saturday night but your outage site lists no problems when I enter my address?

    @ric_proudfoot It's not for me (I live in Victoria), however I get why some dislike NBN speeds and poor customer service from ISPs.

    @TPG_Telecom no NBN service in Warriewood, NSW since 3pm. Is there an issue ?. Waiting on the phone for ~45 mins to ask whats going on...............

    @Telstra No resolution. Apparently my address isn't serviceable yet there's 130 units and 112 have nbn. The last 40 that were built arent even on Google maps, yet have nbn. Why can't my address be registered? Why do I keep being sent between nbn and a telco. Why avoid the TIO complaint

    @MagpiePants Had the same problem at my last house, there were Foxtel wall-plates but they were connected to a dish on the roof instead of going to the street. Had to get the owner to run coax from the NBN box on the side of the house to an RG59 wall-plate inside. Also - HFC is still FTTN.

    @NBN_Australia The speed is limited by NBN other countries don’t have this problem. I’ve experienced gigabit speeds in Austin Texas. Makes ours look third world
