    @NBN_Australia Great to hear things are working as they should. We signed up to @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 14 Feb and are still waiting to be connected nearly 5 weeks later. Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

    @NBN_Australia They've been "investigating" since friday. Originally it was supposed to be fixed on friday. Then Saturday morning. Then this morning. Now there's no ETA on the fix. There is no power outage in my area so what's the problem?

    @NBN_Australia So it’s day 4 without NBN/landline since the storm on Friday, your website says service has been restored however, @Optus can see there’s still a fault and has organised a technician to come tomorrow if service hasn’t been restored. That’s if anyone turns up. 😡😡

    @JawdanC @FiendLive We may not have had that info at the time! It's only very rarely we would ever raise a fault to NBN for an appointment if an outage was already listed, as in that case it almost always wouldn't be needed. We don't always have information from NBN super fast. Sorry! -Tara

    @NBN_Australia Claims they can’t come to my premises to fix a problem with their on premise infrastructure because of COVID concerns when there are literally NO COVID cases in QLD. I have no idea where they got this idea. I’ve been without internet for 5 days now @CwealthOmb

    @NBN_Australia we’re now in our fourth full day of no service in Fairfield Vic with no explanation except that a fault has been logged with the power company. We need this resolved with some urgency so we can effectively work. What is actually being done to resolve?
