  @PeterJamesRoth6 @PeterDutton_MP Yep, there were definite technical issues from the websites end first few days, then also just a clunky government designed site. I had no problems signing, but think I was ~1,500th signature, before site started crashing. No doubt poor NBN/internet doesn’t help 👍

  @LotL20 Not at all, w/ cable, satellite & wireless NBN, dial up & mobile networks, there’s zero reasons by now that everyone shouldn’t have access. Gov. prioritising electorates with denser populations i.e. more votes, rather than equal distribution of service, as promised a decade ago.

  @optus_help I live on Glen Valley Road forest hill vic. The nbn has gone down nearly one day a week in the last 3 weeks. Why? If it's so unreliable, why aren't you providing sim backup modems? I have to use my mobile data for 4-6 hrs. Obviously it always happens daytime weekdays

  @Internode hi guys, has anyone reported NBN being completely down? I’ve reset my modem with no luck. I’ve tried ringing the help desk and the wait time is over an hour so I assume something is wrong?

  @nbn how many times do you need to repair a service area??? have received mabe a dozen messages this year advising "Scheduled Maintenance" half the time it is scheduled for 2 minutes later! Usually the duration is 6 hours or more. Time to just rip it up and put in fibre!

  @NBN_Australia there's been an unscheduled outage in postcode 3182 VIC for the last twelve hours with no further updates. It just says "under investigation." I'd like to be able to use the internet I'm paying for at some point this weekend.

  @gdrosser Not good to hear about this issue Glynis. If you send us your complete address and let us know what internet type you are using (NBN/4G/5G) we can look into the network status of your area and take further steps to improve your service. - Harrison

  @Gamergirl_Monty You've got a really good deal! I feel terrible, LOL. My monthly Optus bill is $200 because I have NBN and a phone plan, and I've never really negotiated a good deal, LOL. I'd better do it now
