@lizzaiii @TPG_Telecom Actually your TPG connection has been garbage. TPG buys bandwidth off nbn to provide you a service. The sooner service providers (TPG,TLS) take ownership of this & stop blaming nbn the better.

@Telstra hi there just keen to know if we get any discount if I wanna sign up for a NBN plan since I am a existing customer? If so how much discount do we get please?

  • VicBStard Vic B'Stard (@VicBStard) reported

@Aussie_BB @Optus Yep, I did. But I get the worst "must be your network/WiFi" responses every time for problems that then mysteriously go away after I've spent ages troubleshooting. I think the comms between yourselves and NBN are perhaps the issue.

@VodafoneAU once again Nbn down in Leichhardt 2040 I don't bother ringing as they want you to go through all the test u have already done and if u don't have their router no help at all.

  • Tacko77 Chris Tack (@Tacko77) reported

@NBN_Australia @Telstra so you pair. Neither of your outage checkers shows anything, Telstra you monitored by BB for three days and told me everything was fine; when in fact for the last week my BB has been repeatedly failing. It’s 2022 not 2002 🤬

  • brettbestaus Brett Best (@brettbestaus) reported

@Telstra I was promised a callback within 1hr on Friday night... I'm still waiting. NBN were most helpful and told me the wholesale tier for my address is now 50/20. I'm still paying for 100/20 and I'd like the tier to be increased back to 100/20. Complaint reference number: 41964877

@RoadknightThe @Telstra Q. Why haven't you installed an NBN service via Aussie/iiNet etc, and just used the modem wifi for your mobile devices (~$65 per month for a reasonable service)? Seems like this is flogging a dead horse, and only you are suffering.

@FinancialReview Fix up the NBN first.

  • rkd993 Sir Dr Rusty o the Isle #VoteYes💧#Voice🖤💛❤️💔 (@rkd993) reported

Serious question. Has anyone seen or heard when and what is happening with our new Labor government to fix our broken #NBN ? #AusPol

  • haw_haw6 Jungles (@haw_haw6) reported

@fluffylucy @SkyNewsAust Delusion, Labor: A Medicare system that saw millions cancel their Private Health Insurance. Now Hospitals totally underfunded and understaffed. Rudds unfunded NBN was initially $3.8b, rapidly went into the 50's and Gillards completely unfunded NDIS. Labor, a bloody joke !!
