@NBN_Australia hello. that was what i thought but always good to be sure. it never got to that point. they kept asking me yes/no type questions and when i wouldn't answer them, they just hung up. they did mention something about replacing the router though.

Hey @NBN_Australia - your outages page says no known outages in my area, yet facebook group for locals is full of people complaining for hours now about NBN-based services for multiple RSPs being down. What gives?

  • mohammad7175 Mohammad Makki (@mohammad7175) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Update: Thanks for sending someone to have a look. He tried to help but finally concluded that the most speed I can get here is 17mbps! because we are 1 km away from the node. I need to find an altenrantive for NBN. It should not be this low next to a main street. #nbndisaster

Remember how Labor's all fibre NBN was going to cost too much? How's the Murdoch/Turnbull/LNP part fibre part copper hybrid going, in terms of service, reliability & cost (to users & on-going construction)?

  • enveebe Nick veeBee (@enveebe) reported

@TPG_Telecom I don't need feedback, I need whomever is dragging the chain to pull their finger out of their rear and get @NBN_Australia to restore the service, today!

  • ItsAsolem Aso (@ItsAsolem) reported

@Shady_Oak1 @Greninja Wtf 31mb/s I'm over here proud to have 4, stupid nbn

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported

@AUSFestivus @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia They also require password rolling every 60 days when there's no evidence that my long and complicated password has been compromised. So now I have "(min_password_length-2)x" where x rolls from 1-6 (as they remember the last 6 passwords)... Talk about encouraging stupid...

Just got an upgrade NBN antenna installed. No dropout since and speed almost 25mb/s. Unheard of here, not complaining. Upload still slow at 2mb/s. One day maybe. #internet

@MetaMikeBiggs I have been with them for years - but the customer service is good, and NBN connection (when done a few years back) was fabulous.

@NBN_Australia I’ve spoken to NBN on many occasions. There is planned maintenance 27/7 (yay). I have been advised twice that no fix is coming before September. It was broken 19th May, but apparently “within operational limit” now, even though my house is hot-spotting Vodafone. Sick of it.
