    @NBN_Australia I am def connected to the nbn and have been since the roll out in my area, but your network status page takes 3-4 minutes to process and doesn’t even recognise my address as nbn connected?

    I’m pissed off at my outrageously slow NBN download speed and also at the news that unvaxed Djokovic has been granted a visa to enter Australia. Could be issues…

    I must say whilst I am very frustrated with my NBN problems with @Telstra I am very happy with the Twitter support. I am hoping the local upgrades fix the issue very soon #veryslow #frustrating

    @NBN_Australia They keep on taking a message and escalate to the NBN. As customer service NBN gets a negative score. One can't complain on services because there ain't any service.

    @dgaust I guess that assumes problem is internal to ABB and not NBN network. I don't think I've had any issues which were specific to ABB only yet - apart from scheduled overnight maintenance.
