Whether it was a stupid dream to begin with is another issue. There’s a strong argument that FW has been poorly deployed - but it was in the mix for all ministers.

Aside from some parts of inner Perth/Melb/Syd/Bris, all of the rail network is on the surface and will be able to uplink, I would have thought.
