    @Ozzytourer @blanketcrap @Barnaby_Joyce Look I don’t know what the problem is with that. Poor Barnaby had to use a semi full of messenger pigeons to send his reports back to Scotty. NBN and Telstra are a real problem out bush and pigeons sent aren’t as cheap as they used to be. Bonjour.

    @NBN_Australia I wish to contact a senior manager at NBN Co about a continuing lack of urgency in attending to outages. The ISP has no information. Who should I contact? This is a general issue not a specific complaint?

    it's really just like 2 things Must be broken at any given time?? 😌 fridge is still out of commission & the moment i think i have Finally fixed the shower the NBN box starts flashing red & ticking like a b0mb COOL.....

    @marcuskelson I had enough trouble campaigning for the NBN back in the day, and we still only ended up with 60% of what we shoulda got. Imagine if people couldn't work / school from home if the LNP won pre-2013 and refused to upgrade.

    I just knew when it was a non common situation it wasn’t going to be easy to fix or explain because it’s a bit off script. Just complete incompetence from @NBN_Australia - listen to your customers and read tech notes from the RSPs properly

    @Telstra @Telstra the power outage is fixed according to Ausnet, so when can I expected NBN internet to be restored?
