Just as I was thinking "I'll finish up my coding for the day and log on to FFXIV" The internet died AGAIN NBN honestly has to be the worst ******* thing this gd country has invested in It barely functions and neither nbn nor telstra will agree who's responsibility it is
@Telstra…..why does my NBN Wi-Fi drop-out completely? It comes back immediately but is enough to disconnect all devices (PIA/embarrassing when in a Video Conference). Also, i was allegedly assigned a case manager who would call within 48hrs. Never happened…sigh
Not really an @Telstra problem so much, but had my entire internet ( nbn ) service/package migrated by NBN to another supplier without my consent, notice, authority or contact from either @Telstra or the other supplier. I don't even know who the other supplier is? Anyone else?
Some people think that us consultants are there so they can abuse us. Uh no! We are here to help, book and assist customers not here so people can abuse. Threatening to come to my office to hit me. Yeah good luck. Not my fault that your nbn isn’t working. Don’t abuse me. Fml. 😭
@NBN_Australia I had an appt for 2 June, your technician was a no show … now I’ve just been informed that my next appt date is 7 July - absolute disgrace … 5 weeks without an internet connection. Hang your heads in shame. Even worse it’s only FTTC 🤬
@Optus when will NBN based internet services be returned to full service in Northern Sydney? Your myOptus app support team can confirm the problem but won’t provide an ETA. It’s been unusable all day...

@DoubleD2691 @NBN_Australia @UnQuietAust Not missing out on much being unable to get Skymesh. We’re in the Yarra Valley-1 hr from Melb CBD but 20+ yrs behind in tech services. We ditched truly awful Telstra ADSL for Skymesh that’s just OK except for ‘latency’-IT code for doesn’t work at all for a random 2+ mins / hr.
Hey @NBN_Australia is five days with no NBN and therefore no internet due to an “unplanned incident” and no explanations or updates normal? I’m thinking not.
