@NBN_Australia No reason given just that without looking at the individual circumstances. This affects our livelihood. They are doing the work 100m away, why not extend it a small way to change our service ? Technician confirmed it’s not hard in this situation .. Please help 😩😫

@BLShiv @nelso_adam Fibre was always going to be a problem for apartments. An aggressive user pays model makes abandoning the nbn and moving to 5G wireless an easier choice than wasting time & incurring expense trying to fix a broken FTTB service.

@NBN_Australia (4/5) 3 times, tried different routers, directly connecting the device, replaced all cabling (Ethernet and HFC internal) and tried Wi-Fi (also changing the channels they operate on), yet this issue still occurs and no one can provide a solution.

@NBN_Australia (2/5) When engaging with the ISP's and performing their “monitoring” they come back as service is good despite the packet loss occurring. I have countless screenshots of packet loss going well above 5% within a 10 minute span that they are refusing to accept as evidence

@NBN_Australia unplanned outage.. for entire day. Service provider unable to help. When will be be back online?

Sam Neale (@SamNeale4419) reported
@7NewsMelbourne NBN will be better simply because it’s fibre-optic which beats wireless any day of the week. Also 5G rollout requires lots of new infrastructure so I fail to see how it would be cheaper. Especially considering the fact more cell towers are required due to the more limited range.

@Optus The connection has been terrible today I can barely get online. I dont have NBN so reliant on phone for access to internet or apps. Are we going to be compensated I pay 119$ month for service and this week of maintenance is unfair considering I cant access my data,

@OMGTheMess Note they didn't even implement them in a left-wing manner. NDIS has a stupid market model based on our awful jobactive system. NBN had to produce a fat return (partly to repay private financing wtf) and Gonski ensured lots of taxpayer cash went to super-wealthy private schools
