@NBN_Australia is there something going on in the glebe area? I've been 4 days with barely any internet and WFH is a nightmares. I've already contacted my provider and they said it's NBN that's having an issue. Can I get an update as to when it'll be fixed???

@franksting Ugh. That blows. I’m pleasantly surprised with FTTC, tbh. No issues at all for over a year. But it took NBN a fortnight to connect upstream after the RFS.

@NBN_Australia Please feel free to share an update anytime on the Adelaide hills outage. Some ISP are saying they will update by 1pm tomorrow.. everyone at the local pub are frustrated.

@spicynoise I found all my NBN problems were with NBNco themselves, and my ISP was kind of helpless until NBNco sorted the infrastructure out. But ive always Heard- good things about AussieBroadband

1/ How bad is @NBN_Australia? Like, seriously? My Mum’s internet/phone have been out for 4 weeks. A Elies’s appointment we could get was yesterday. And they just … didn’t come. And didn’t ring. And of course Mum’s key forms of contact remain off.

Telco: ADSL/phones are switching off in your area in July because NBN is available so sign up to NBN now NBN: nope, NBN isn't available at your business address until we send a tech *in October* Telco: sucks to be you, turning off ADSL/phones anyway!

@NBN_Australia Hi Sarah, I contacted them and they have confirmed that the link test was good on their end and that it is an NBN issue. Is it possible to get an approximate date for when it will be fixed. I am with myrepublic. Thank you.
