Utter dogshit service from @Aussie_BB TWO!! NBN techs have said it was up to the NBN to submit an installation plan to my body corp and now Aussie BB customer service is palming me off saying that isn't possible. Some is lying to me and neither want to help.

@NBN_Australia @Telstra @FOXTEL_Help Please explain to me why 1. Scheduled network works are being done on Christmas Day. 2. Why we received a text 45 min into the scheduled work. 3. Why can’t you inform your paying customers prior to the scheduled work.

@NBN_Australia @sydney_festival I hope connection doen't drop out like in my house every 5 minutes and if it does, I hope it takes them less than the week I have been waiting for them to fix it

@SquigglyRick Have you got the Telstra Smart modem that connects to 4G when NBN is down? I had dial up speeds w Telstra during peak times. Turns out my modem was old. If you don’t have it push for it or leave.

Anyone in NSW having trouble with their NBN thanks to Morrison **** knuckle LNP NBN policy ? It cannot handle xmas day internet usage in Australia. No ethernet so no phone line so no being able to call emergency services if needed. Tossle brains the lot of em.
