@NBN_Australia The fault has been lodged. The problem persists despite multiple visits by your tech this year and last year. Including a visit YESTERDAY, after which the service failed. They are now due again next week. Happy to update.

With the massive amount of rain hitting the NSW coast this week, how is everyone's ****** NBN and land line phone service going? Still getting a signal through old corroded copper water logged lines? #NBN #auspol

@VasquezMcWong @LocantroTony It's cheap but has been for a while as they have terrible utilisation of their assets. ABB offers a better NBN service at similar prices.

@NBN_Australia I’ve tried that. There is a confirmed outage but nothing on your website that tells me when we’ll be back online.

@NBN_Australia What about speed? I can’t get past 25mbps. Even if I wanted to pay more for speed (not available), NBN satellite is still slow, has a latency problem and is not suitable for telephony.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Sorry, this issue was resolved. This morning I've woken up to find that my internet is gone AGAIN though, and has been out for about 4 hours now. I know this isn't Aussie Broadbands fault you guys are great. On the other hand @NBN_Australia needs to sort their **** out.

@NBN_Australia I might add, I NEVER get 25mbps download. The best I do is about 20 on a good day. I will need faster, stronger and better satellite delivery soon. I am discussing with Telstra putting an aerial up and going with 4G. And abandoning NBN.
