@lesstenny @AustralianLabor Like dealing with murdoch, Albo won't do it. Abbott and Turner need to go for what they did to our #NBN too. Sick and tired of this protected species ****.

@Telstra after months of struggle finally Telstra replaced NBN modem. Telstra deleted all chat history from Telstra app. Telstra tried to make unautorised transections on my card. List is too long. The worst support possible. Please stay away from Telstra if you can.

@markhumphries In the bad old Telstra-monopoly days, I was charged $400 to connect a phone line, just so that my ISP could cancel it and take over the copper for ADSL. And it was an existing building, just the previous tenant did not have a phone service. NBN is cheaper than what came before!

  • Attacked_Heart Michael Dixon (@Attacked_Heart) reported

@SenKatyG hi I have been complaining to NBN co for 4 years to fix the 2 faulty lines at my house and they still haven't fixed them can U please contact me

  • OlBuds Lower Middle Bogan (@OlBuds) reported

@jenpryor1 One thing I did was to ditch the NBN router that Optus supplied when we switched to the NBN, it was a Sagemcon router and they're a piece of junk. So that could be part of your problem, if you know anyone fairly tech savvy it's a simple matter to replace it with something better.

@Cazarellee There may be a wireless link in there. Rain affects "line of sight" from tower to tower. Wind slighly moves towers, fog & seamist affect LoS. This is only partly why wireless should never have been part of the NBN and backbone networks.

Hey @AlboMP are you now able to fix the crap @NBN_Australia? I live 55km from Australias second largest city and they won’t connect me to the network. #NoBroadbandNetwork #NBNIsCrap

  • TheFusedHybrid FusedHybrid (@TheFusedHybrid) reported

@NBN_Australia NBN is a literal joke, I gotta call telstra report a fault, then they gotta confirm its a NBN issue then THEY gotta contact NBN cause apparently I cannot, to then only have NBN do some test on their end and say everything is fine when im dcing EVERY NIGHT !!!

Compare the pair: Electricity outage: problem acknowledged in 5 minutes, resolved in 30 minutes. NBN: problem acknowledged only after 60 minutes, still not resolved 10 hours later. Both critical infrastructure but one is run like a taxi company.
