@NBN_Australia This service is an absolute joke. Down again at 11pm, after receiving an SMS from @Optus that service was restored at 5pm. Fix. It. Now.

Experiencing no phone service and extremely slow nbn service for last few hours in Adelaide now. Can't contact anyone from @Telstra to find out. Even in the 24 7 app

@Telstra Hi Lauren I require a technical at my place as its still not working, all lights are OK with the NBN unit occasionally the last green light

3/4 * MT delivered a 3rd rate NBN that was obsolete by the time it was rolled out. Turnbull was disingenuous in his advocacy of fibre to the node. He knew that copper from the node to the premises would slow things significantly. * MT allowed the hard-Right and religious-Right

@NBN_Australia Really? not my experience. @Aussie_BB just informed me that you've closed my issue ticket that's been open since March because my connection was stable between Wednesday and Sunday... yeah it was down because I had no power... and now you refuse to reopen it! bunch of criminals

Similar to what we went thru here in Sth-East, Qld few weeks ago. The climate has gone bonkers. Still having trouble with NBN. Talking to Optus now. Keeps going down. Awful for those brave SES workers: “It was nothing like I've ever seen, to be honest," Ms Rice said.

NBN is upgrading my service and my internet is dropping out... hmm so I might disappear from time to time #ANZAncestryTime

So, when you have had Telstra ADSL and you sign up for NBN with another provider, that doesn't cancel your home phone or ADSL with Telstra even though they actually don't exist anymore. A friend has been paying both for 3 months now.

@optus NBN down in Cranbourne, VIC

Why isn't this part of the service like churning a mobile phone? How can Telstra charge for two services that literally can no longer be in use? Why are they not notified that NBN is installed and then proactively contact the person to cancel their account?
