Andrew Urry (@BNEShrimper) reported@IttssMattthew I had reason to go through them about 7/8 years ago and they were quick and got the issue resolved brilliantly. However since then I suspect that they’ve had their resources reduced by successive LNP Governments and their workload increased by NBN ***** ups.

I am a mild mannered person but found myself texting messages such as .. why do you even have a customer service section.. are you actively trying to wreck this and I hate you..

Multiple calls to my ISP, finally get a call today that "NBN have realised it's an issue in your area and they will undertake maintenance" 🤬
