    @NBN_Australia We have had an NBN outage for over 20hours now at Fig Tree Pocket, Queensland! What is going on? And how come no updates or information provided? Service provider @tpgaustralia contacted multiple times with no info or updates at all - please assist

    @Aussie_BB The NBN service is down. The NBN website says it is not down. It is definitely down. The 4 lights on the NBN box won’t power up correctly. Your phone support just goes round and round in a loop of music not answering my calls.
