@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

2/2 We are already preventing brand new business ideas from taking root here - they’re made unviable due to the embarrassing state of our “built and fully operational” NBN network. Now, we’re at risk of driving old businesses out as well. #auspol

@RickTheWarden @me_dc NBN technician came yesterday to fix outage fault, changed some hardware inside & outside... was working fine until now. It seems like it’s tripped the front room where the NBN/modem is inside - safety switch won’t stay on. Still try what you’ve suggested?

@VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

@GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

@Optus you’ve done it again. #Floptus I’ve tried to assist setting up my mums home phone for a month now. You cancelled her nbn setup visit and still haven’t contacted her after a week and now send her another nbn box. You guys are the worst for customer service. @acccgovau

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Done and the faults been fixed since. Hopefully for good? Because last time there was a ‘it came good and sorted itself’ as an explanation and that’s never a fix.

@stevol321 @InsidersABC @David_Speers NBN and NDIS were ALP ideas, too. When has that stopped the LNP from stuffing things up? Try to tell your provider you're not going to w-f-d. RC told them what was needed, but did they fix the problems? LNP have been in for 7 years, complain about ALP when they're in.

On the phone to AussieBB, wow since yesterday’s outage I had 25 dropped connections. I’d like to say ‘damn HFC’ but apparently not necessarily. Anyway it’s time for the NBN man in the van to do his thing.

@NBN_Australia Thanks Rose. I’ve been speaking/ emailing your team this week but whatever I say or do I can’t convince NBN that they have an incorrect address. So DMing my details is unlikely to help. It’s extremely frustrating. Thanks

Last night my internet provider said they’d raise a service request with NBN and a tech would attend within 24 hours. They just said they need to do another test w me tonight before they can raise the request. So it’ll be another night w no internet and no way to deliver prizes!

@PaulFletcherMP Spin!!!!!!!! There would be no nbn without Labor. Can you imagine dial up in the pandemic? Turnbull dumbed it down with his fibre to the node, but l understand you are compelled to say you guys did something. You all lined your pockets. Say that

@PaulFletcherMP What are you on about, all you have done is provide the Australian community with a watered down NBN service that is so slow at times that ADSL or copper would be a better alternative. Plus now we have to spend a huge amount of money to fix your dumb decisions.

@jmil400 @TonyHWindsor I'm unfortunate enough to only have FTTN. Most unreliable piece of crap. Bandwidth is terrible, and Australia Post is faster than the speed of our NBN. Coalition was shortsighted and penny-pinching and now we all suffer the consequences. Total waste

@Telstra By turning off the cable i had, NBN said it can get involved in a contract it had nothing to do with. NBN and yourself have broken Contractual laws and constitutional laws by allowing and NBN to break our contract and interfering forcing me to accept an inferior product like NBN

@PaulFletcherMP That's a real dumb statement Paul. The LNP NBN is a joke. You've connected those people to an out of date not fit for service garbage product. That tech mix rubbish is already falling apart. We'll all pay double thanks to not doing it right first time.
