@LAMcCormick @NBN_Australia Exactly. It’s so hard to pick, at times there are some providers are so far ahead of the rest, and other times where they’re competing for who is worst. We’re hoping this last month and a 1/2 is refunded - the service was shocking!

@NBN_Australia Nah, I’m just sharing my general impression and having a bit of a complain. 😜 I check the status page of our ISP when the internet goes down (there are problems at the exchange occasionally). As for the speed, I haven’t noticed anything groundbreaking. There’s room to grow!

@Internode The cable is only a year old. However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

Tonight’s temperature will not drop below 28/29°C in #Adelaide... and the local power company has decided to switch power off at 11:00pm. - Also, after 36 HOURS, our home is still without internet. The #NBN is fine to take money from customers, but fails to deliver a service.

Australian internet companies have slowly downgraded their internet speeds on their NBN plans. No longer 90 or 70 Mbps. Now advertising 50 Mbps for the same price. If you want 70mbps it's extra $. Awful. #NBN #Australia

@Optus my fixed wireless nbn won't hold a connection. Works for 10min then gone again. Have tried on both my net gear and google nest routers and issue happens for both. No reported outages on you'd site.

@OzzyCobber @Vic_Rollison @rachelbaxendale It’s not so much ideology as crony capitalism. The LNP has been worth billions to Murdoch over the last decade (their slower NBN slowed down the loss of Foxtel viewers to streaming, an almost $1b tax bill was dropped when Abbott won etc).

@pccasegear I'm personally happy mostly. however I'm lucky enough to be on FTTP and not a hybrid solution. I get the speeds I pay for. I still wish the NBN hadn't been f'ed over by the LNP, and that up/l speeds weren't cut by NBNco (doesn't effect me atm, but still not happy about it).
