NBN Issues Reports Near Bedfordale, Western Australia
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Bedfordale and nearby locations:
-
Christopher Cook (@webprofusion) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@JakeGinnivan @NBN_Australia Vodafone NBN is quite good - it has 4G backup that comes on automatically (so then it's their problem and not really yours). Costs the same as other NBN packages.
-
Peter Davidson 🇦🇺 (@petedavo_au) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@NewtonMark I'd wager that the Telstra Gen 2 smart modem is probably the direct cause of network congestion. Nice touch though to hide NBN disconnections with a fallover to 4G
-
Jays (@Jays200) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@EVTimOZ Perhaps yours is not the best analogy. I have a sub rate FTTN @NBN_Australia service and I don't get a discount for having 480 vids instead of 4K. On the other hand, I'd happily accept financial compensation for changing my energy usage patterns a.k.a demand response.
-
I'm Lexo (@saintxis) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@VodafoneAU seriously what's wrong with your NBN speed! I meant to have 100mbs and I'm getting 45mbs, trying to watch TV and it's impossible cause keeps stopping, loading and crap quality, I never experienced this with @Telstra being honest 😒😒😒😒😒😒
-
The Weather Ferret (@2017Ferret) reported from Westfield, Western AustraliaPlease note everyone the NBN is down. So no internet. Will sort it out this morning. Tweeted this message from my phone.
-
Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@MeckeringBoy @TelstraAU Sounds like FTTC (fibre to the curb). Your copper run should be no more than 120m from the premises. You're looking for the pit on the footpath out the front or across the street. When you run your address on the NBN website it'll tell down bottom RHS. TI
-
Charles Sultana (@charlessultana) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@bcurrall80 I know @Telstra gets a bad rap, but I recently jumped from iiNet. Same plan but for extra $10/month get a 4G SIM modem incase NBN goes down. Handy for alarm/cameras etc
-
Imisi Bamiro (@ImisiBamiro) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@seynx It just got better sha, last year it was around that realm of 5mb then they introduced NBN which made it up to that speed. Ah in Naija I was getting up to 10 sha, well I was staying in the same area of that network so I guess I was lucky. Well you're right sha.
-
Linda Howard (@LindaDHoward) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@AdamBandt @DiMunnings It’s not just mining, in 2019 the following companies paid 0% tax: NBN Co Ltd Stockland Corp Mirvac Lion Pty Ltd Chevron IBM Aust Ford Au Transurban Holdings GM Holden News Aust Pty Ltd ... and did so legally. Gov needs to stop bitching & fix the system that allows it!
-
Victor Yong (@BigV2011WCE) reported from Westfield, Western AustraliaMy NBN has been switched over from ADSL2+ on 23/10 after a botched installation on 21/10 in which they used an old Foxtel cable outlet in my lounge room (moved to Satellite back in March). Good service for first two days before the dropouts began
-
Michael Dowling #ICACNow💉💉💉💉🤗 (@MeckeringBoy) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@MegJobson1 If you’re in an FTTN NBN zone you can lose Internet with rain, flood, storm, fire… any power outage because nodes need power to operate. Several years ago, a drunk driver took out my suburb’s Internet access for days. Tech said it couldn’t happen with underground fibre. #auspol
-
MAC Equity Partners (MEP) (@macequity) reported from Westfield, Western AustraliaThe NBN shitness is a much bigger threat than #coronavirus. It is just so bad .. #NBN
-
luke halden (@lettermania) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@Telstra when it has been over a week that elderly customers can't get online or have a home phone #nbn but support tells them to do the same thing and expect different results #insanity
-
Victor Yong (@BigV2011WCE) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@GrayConnolly Tech came yesterday morning (AWST) to fix up our NBN. Said there was wiring problems in the pits outside my premises. All good now, hopefully
-
Linda Tyrie (@TyrieLinda) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@Huw_Merlin @dottigee Ive been getting calls from a woman with a voice like a cadaver who says she's Nicole from the NBN network and I'm about to be cut off.
-

Jared (@jaredlarrysfeet) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@iiNet My internet is down and I am supposed to be having a technician come out today to check my NBN connection device. I was wondering if you have an ETA as I will need to go to work eventually. Task number: 339808030. Thanks.
-
bradT (@tappo66) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@Telstra @NBN_Australia had enough putting complaint thru to Ombudsman…
-
Thomas Sapienza (@tomsapperz) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@DaithiDeNogla The worst is the Australian NBN, hands down.
-
Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, Western Australia@davrosz Did anyobe hear that moron #Fifield on @QandA on Monday. Does. Not. Have. A. Clue! Seems to think it is only a handful of people who have NBN problems. Obviously not a twitter user. #Turnbull & @TonyAbbottMHR this is on you, you fools! Negative, know all (& knows nothing) fools!

-
tractatus (@talmud1c) reported@ariel_haivri okay, but if it was a bunch of blonde nordic giyureses who converted five minutes ago... Something tells me Hadesh would be reaching out to NBN to charter a group flight and help get them set up for Shabbos.
-
Phoenix Diamond (@_phoenix_btc) reported@TopherField I have a conspiratorial hypothesis that may interest you regarding NBN The backbone of the Australian military communications at home was a rotting copper wire network and needed to be replaced, but pitching the Australian public on spending billions on military getting a communications upgrade was a hard sell So instead the two majors went at each other on two different versions of the same dumb idea, fiber to the premises vs fiber to the node Now we have ****** fiber optics speeds because it's being speed capped with software, and ironically NBN is the same old HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) technology that Foxtel had installed for years 🫠
-
🌸 Rita Gee ♥ 🇦🇺 (@Riogallica) reportedDamn, my NBN has been down since noon today. I'm hot-spotting for now, but it's painfully slow down here. Probably the final straw ... if they don't fix it by tomorrow morning, they'll just convince me to embrace 💫 @Starlink not that I need convincing ✨
-
Paradoxa (@Paradoxa18) reported@CC68891975 @SistaRuthDOPD those of us who live where the threat is real now face summer without even basic telecommunications 4G's terrible Telstra contractor trying to fix landlines, out for more than a month, agreed VicEmergency requires data on just for alerts no nbn no wifi hope the new system works
-
Desmondbratcat (@desmondbratcat) reported@Riogallica @nbn @Starlink The only problem with starlink is they can put the price up any time they feel, I was with them 2 months and they upped the price. If you want to go elsewhere in under 12 months you have to pay for the hardware, around $500 I think. Having said that, the service is ok.
-
BethinCanberra (@ElbK19) reported@Thejimpenman Yet the business minded LNP… $2.4B on #Robodebt $5.5B to cancel the French submarine contract $50B the NOT NATIONAL NBN + 20B more thx directly to Mr Abbott $254B for LNP stage 3 taxcuts over 10yrs - stopped by Labor. Oh wait, is that ur actual beef? Missed out?
-
Jean-Michel Djaït 🇨🇵🇪🇺🇺🇳 (@jmdjait) reported@zammit_marc NBN. Never be nice.
-
Aussie Phil (@phil_aussie) reported@SenatorWong We cannot even get NBN to come and fix a broken connection on a telegraph pole🤔
-
Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@UrbanHubbard @TheLucidyn @Batman2242 A fibre network was a sound investment. It's the part of the #nbn that's actually profitable. But the libs killed the economics when they tried to reuse the crippled copper. Meanwhile Turnbull was investing in fibre rollouts in Europe
-
Brat (@IyBrat) reported@Batman2242 Idiot without NBN you would not have internet during COVID to jack off
