  Was there an issue with the 4G/5G network in Melbourne, Victoria today?? It seems as I got out of the CBD the network improved but within the metropolitan areas there was issues?? @Starlink at home seems to be operating fine - anyone have NBN issues?

  @Sauronlordking If there is one thing I didn't mind from the ALP that would be the NBN in its original form. Then this idiot came around and mutilated it into his own little mixed up mess. That now has to be unraveled at even more expense!!!

  @mark16pg It was supposed to be a cheaper alternative to batteries, turns out batteries came down in price, nbn was supposed to do the same with internet and starlink rendered it useless as well.

  @GreenTyler27 Yep, our respective Government's have stunning track records of gross incompetence in the planning and rollout of large infrastructure projects, resulting massive costs overruns paid for by the tax payer. Remember Labor's start the original NBN "fibre to the premises" rollout and its massive unplanned cost overruns? Then along comes the LNP's moronic attempt to cut costs by a change over to a crap "fibre to the node" hook-up and other "hybrid" connection types. We still deal with this high cost to maintain mish-mash today this very day. End result, we've been quietly paying for the dismantling and replacement of the LNP's substandard "FTTN" with "FTTP" as originally planed, and thus, billion's $$$ wasted.

  @robb_j_m I got nothing, NBN has killed all the independent providers that serves my community. I now get about 10mbps max through the mobile network if lucky.

  @Telstra @NBN_Australia when is my internet going to be fixed? I have been awaiting resolution of the issue since March 3, 2026. I have had 6 appointments cancelled because you allege you fixed it remotely! That’s BS!😡😡😡😡

  What happened was what always happens when it's a project run by the government. It failed miserably, and went way over budget. The NBN was so bad I begged my provider to give me back my previous internet connection. But they couldn't because they forced them to shut it down.
