    @MyRepublicAU Customer gave My Republic another chance due to friendly phone call & helpful manner. Agent told customer over the phone a technician would come out to premises to test NBN connection, resolve issues. Days passed, no technician, no updates, no communication.

    @MyRepublicAU 11. Customer is now totally dissatisfied with My Republic's total inaction and refusal to grant reasonable customer requests, customer requests disconnection from brand new NBN service that never worked. Agent said disconnections team will call, so no call any other way until....

    @MyRepublicAU An agent also denied my request for a phone call with technicians on the grounds I couldn’t supply My Republic with photographic evidence of the NBN equipment, advising the customer photography skills was expected of the customer when dealing with technical issues! Incredible.

    @NBN_Australia I've been waiting for 1 week to fix my NBN connection, the NBN technician advised that a damaged cable needs to be replaced and I need Internet service ASAP I work from home!

    @beourmate Why are outages not reported on your website. The map never changes even though outages are reported on other nbn sites

    Outage in Mullaloo POI is related to NBN's power outage. 07/02/2022 19:08 AEDT: Update from NBN A technician from the third-party network provider will be attending the POI site to further investigate the loss of power supply.

    @thatreviewplace I had the same. I asked him how someone could be using my internet as I only have my phone. He was stumped when I said ‘but I’m with Optus’. He replied ‘I know’. Idiot, I’m with Telstra and have full NBN service. It’s good to confuse them haha

    Another day, another frustrating call to Telstra about the Internet situation. We aren’t eligible for NBN. We can’t get Velocity because “there are no ports left”. Not eligible for 5G either. Time for a formal complaint I reckon. Any suggestions?

    @MyRepublicAU 5. Customer refused to use photography skills to take pics of wifi modem/Router as that would disconnect the chat line, using Hotspot as NBN connection doesn't work(The MAIN PROBLEM)!!! 6. Agent runs into bottleneck on system, can't offer any assistance without photos............
