@NBN_Australia My NBN service is rubbish. Telstra is my provider. FTTN is a band-aid and what I really want to know is when you will get FTTC at the very least and FTTP into my neighbourhood. In fact, my street. The only information currently available is whether it is there or not.

My NBN Internet keeps dropping out. Happened a lot over the past few days. Why is that? Is there a problem? @Telstra

So far 12 hours of outage with @NBN_Australia - how is it possible to run a business this way? 12 hours - and counting. And no communication or explanation as to why.

@NBN_Australia @AurelianStefan4 Which NBN will just reject and tell the provider and customer to keep doing speed tests. They will do anything they can to not send out an agent in person.

@hardway_jones I can't help but relate on the note of NBN. I am in that family of 3 situation with my parents, the biggest download any of us do is me or my dad installing some game, but even then we're paying a large sum for a pretty terrible service. NBN has never been great for it's price.

@joelfcbirch @ImagingOdin Our government at the time suppressed 5g so that their inferior NBN wouldn't look so bad. It set back development of new technologies for sure, and Aus leads mobile internet research worldwide

@slsandpet I’m having trouble with everything. If you ring any major business or government enterprise you will have trouble talking to a human unless you are buying something one one exemption Telstra or NBN

@NBN_Australia nbn service is out again today in the Huon Valley in Tas, seems it has been not operating more than operating since last December. Perhaps the board could get their snoots out of the brandy balloons long enough to actually address this instead of applying bandaids

@NBN_Australia NBN are cooked. Too slack to send out a serviceman to fix my line that both me and my service provider and shown evidence for being faulty. Wankers

@NBN_Australia " We need your provider to raise a fault ticket". You cannot possibly imagine how many times we have gone through this process. Your management ought to review a system that is obviously not working as our aging infrastructure is collapsing around our ears.
