@djboz52 @JaneCaro @JudithSherry1 I've not had a problem since I connected the cabin. And it doesn't really matter which provider you use because they all run on the same network, maintained by NBN.

@NBN_Australia hey! Requested FTTP upgrade in November last year - what’s the normal expected time frame for completion? My service provider has said I need to contact you guys as it’s not under their control. 😴

@JaneCaro wasn’t this @TurnbullMalcolm stuff up? didn’t Abbott refer to Malcom as Australia’s Mr Internet; let’s not let Malcom off the hook for totally mangling Labour’s NBN roll-out; another LNP disaster Sky News never mentions

@JaneCaro And let’s not forget @TurnbullMalcolm ‘s role in downgrading the NBN from fibre to the home. A decision we’re all paying for. I can’t use the Tele Audiology apps used in most other countries successfully because our BB speeds are too slow. #disgrace #NBN #Auspol2023

@jaynelshannon @JaneCaro Same. My provider (iiNet) kept at NBN who initially said there was no problem. When they checked again there was one of two cables not working. NBN then replaced cable and fixed the problem. Keep on to Telstra!!

@GregL2515 @JaneCaro I’ve contacted the ombudsman. Telstra has tried to fix my problem but the NBN says it’s not them. No wifi for 6 weeks.

@BobNew8 Apparently it’s NBN now (which was only conveyed to us in the last visit after several visits) , formerly owned by Telstra. We’re at the end of line and they don’t want to spend $. So wtf have we been paying them for? I’m refusing to pay the last bill

@JaneCaro I suggest you may have a modem problem not a Nbn problem if the devices are disconnecting. Try starlink I've heard it's providing superfast internet in regional aust
