    @DaveMilbo NBN causes nothing but headaches for me. Slow af downloads and ping in games of up to 28000ms (I wish I was joking about this)

    @mattnhodges @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB Welcome to Australia. I don’t think there will ever be a time when tethering from a telstra mobile is not the fastest and most reliable network connection.

    @BelongAU I’ve been trying to get in touch for the last 5 days but no reply? Frustratingly you’ve gone ahead and disconnected my ADSL service and not actives my NBN service. Disgusting customer service 😒

    @RonniSalt @Telstra Oh I feel your pain! Just been thru 3 week ordeal with them myself. It wasn’t until I complained here that I was able to get anywhere. Beyond stupid. In short a tree took out the NBN connection. Strong accented staff couldn’t comprehend they thought it was under ground....

    @maxblackhole @MifWhy Couldn't make a phone call, outrageous outage by Optus during work hours. NBN intermittently also dropping out , can't stream Netflix properly. You are not the only one.

    @HevBoyd @DaveMilbo I spoke to a dude a whole ago who NBN stuffed him around. They came out to his street to work in the pit and get his property connected to the network. They were there a few hours, left, and sent the "all good" to him and his telco.

    @Telstra my nbn connection is out yet no outages on the website, no one responds to chat messages. On the phone on hold with no indication of when help will be available

    I've spent most of the day online in meetings. My @Telstra @NBN_Australia connection dropped out (not just lagged but disconnected me) 8 times. Ended up just using my phone. Never happened like that on cable internet. #CallMeKaren
