@Telstra The root cause identified, I was never given speed boost add-on inspite of promising with the discounted rate. I had to ultimately call the sales people myself and the resolution took an hour @NBN_Australia

@buttskidz dw it’s just the consequences of moving just out of town, the power there is dodge and nbn ducking sucks at customer service. I’m getting a key cut tomorrow and swapping my mobile provider to get better coverage

@RFA76 @AmyThunig @Qantas After being put on hold & endless emails I have found belly aching online to be quite effective. Mind you I hate doing it. I hate having to whinge but sometimes that’s what you are driven to. This is not specific to Qantas. I had an issue with NBN that wasn’t going anywhere.

@Telstra yes we do, but it's frustratingly slow! ... so 4 days to fix "the problem"... luckily our lives don't rely on the NBN working, just yet!

@NBN_Australia Wow another "Promoted" post from NBN. Instead of spending millions on useless marketing campaigns to consumers you "don't" directly sell to, spend that money getting your **** together to deliver FTTP before 2025.

@NBN_Australia I know how crap nbn affects my gameplay, when it drops below 25Mbps, which is regularly, the games don't work for ****. You ***** want to increase the price yet I have never been able to get the 50Mbps I pay for.

@NBN_Australia has there been any network outages in the Melbourne cbd area after the thunderstorms? Because my white nbn modem can't connect and keeps having a red connection error light regardless of power cycling it.

Hey @telstra, not good enough, we've been without NBN since yesterday, and this morning your smart-troubleshooting tool is telling us the problem won't be fixed till Monday the 26th!!! (we are in Sylvania, NSW, 2224)
