    @andy_penn what a pity you can't fix other carriers taking your customers business nbn lines without them knowing. I guess that's why you have technology last on your list of interests. if we could paint the lines back on it would probably fit in to your skill set.

    @ItsBouquet Plus his screw-up sale of Telstra cost us even more down the track when LNP botched the NBN. Even at time of the sale it was obvious that at the very least, the retail & infrastructure sides should have been split. This guy is barely better than Josh, possibly worse for the waste

    @superloopnet you pride yourselves on great service but I would not call 6 hours of outage on your NBN service with no promise of resolution great service

    @BelongAU @puneeve I called another service provider, they said my NBN service wasn’t connected. I’m changing to them. They’ve been more helpful and I’m not their customer.

    Constant outages in north balgowlah for week. Not a problem with service provider as whole street affected with different providers. @NBN_Australia NBN site says no outages and no forum for complaint. No one taking responsibility. At a loss of what to do. @AussieBroadband

    @VacuousNess @iiNet @NBN_Australia 15.7 Mbps down. 2.8 Mbps up. 4G wireless connection at my shop in far outer Metro Perth. If I remember, when I get home, I'll test my home NBN (FTTN, then crappy old copper for the last few hundred m) connection.

    @narelleford I’m the son of a nurse. I’m eminently qualified to create public health policy. I’m also the son of an IT worker. Give me responsibility of the NBN and I’ll fix it!
