    @Optus Hi again, just to update on my NBN connection, Rob. It did indeed finally work, using the DSL cable to an extremely dodgy and ancient wall socket. However, the signal strength is very low and we are getting frequent messages while watching Fetch TV that bandwidth is low.

    Interesting how the @Telstra outages webpage shows a confirmed (warning: tautology incoming) "NBN Network" issue for my address, with service to be restored by tomorrow evening 😠 but the @NBN_Australia outages page says no outage detected. 🤔

    @NBN_Australia @AarontheEcolog Hi Nbn team. We have no internet for 2 hours now. I called service provider dodo and they said issue is with nbn. I checked nbn by entering my address and get no outage detected. What should I do.

    I put off being connected to the #nbn thinking all the initial problems I had heard about would have been sorted out. Waited 2 weeks for #nbn to call (no problems). The #nbn guy came, told me everything in perfect order, except one thing, I cant connect to internet.

    @alexdante We apologise for the lack of notification on our part. As per records, the drop on your connection was caused by an upgrade that NBN has conducted. We can see that your service is already active but if there is still an issue please let us know. -Mel
