@c3convertase If you take the cover off the nbn box there may be a label with an NTD number on it - your isp will be able to use that to connect a service. NBN Addresses in multi-tenanted buildings are often a complete mess 😞

@RoadknightThe @chdyctt Knight, I use TPG. Everyone uses NBN, so its up to you who you use. I like TPG, as there customer service is actually good.

@Ashhbearx Hi, we're aware that customers are facing troubles accessing their service on the network. NBN is already aware of this and their technicians are working to fix it as soon as possible. There is no ETR at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused -Gabby

@joininthechorus @Dura_Ace The thinner wires there look like aerial copper leadin for the Telstra POTS phone network - again, with NBN having replaced landline nobody is going to notice if that drops out, unless you're stuck on FTTN/FTTC.

@neilrich75 @beourmate Hi Neil...my IP for my NBN has been set to somewhere in the USA for the last few weeks , if I us a VPN to set it in Australia, all the streaming sites work . Might fix for you ?
