FFS @Optus could your ********* NBN not drop out several times a day, every day? I live in inner city Melbourne, not the middle of nowhere. I say this more to inform people how utterly terrible your NBN is and that they should never use your "service"

I'd thought now that NBN being a thing in Australia that the internet connections here would be better. No, my home connection in Seattle is only 20x faster down, and 100x faster up.

My Telstra modem bricked, and they’re refusing to help me until tomorrow because the team that manages my service isn’t around even though it’s the same modem as is used for NBN. Terrible CX. It’s going to end with them needing to send me another anyway just do it now???

@KingsleyMesner @MrKRudd @10NewsFirst All the issues are down to LNP changing the direction and rolling out an expensive dud network. For it to be valuable NBN is removing the LNP tech and replacing with all fibre. Look at NZ at what we could have had if LNP didn't mess it up. #nbn
