@NBN_Australia Hey there, it says that I can connect, but RSP are telling me that NBN will not process any service requests. Previously had a service at the same address.

@NBN_Australia you’re a scam! I wonder how many people are pocketing money out of your ****** service. I feel for the dammed people that has to be in call centres answering customers asking for a decent service.

@toddthepainter @Internode @NBN_Australia How long did it take to get a fix last time you had this problem? I'm just asking as we got a connection going around the road and I'm struggling to get 20Mbps through the day and maybe 30Mbps at night on a 50Mbps connection. Lodged a complaint in the system on Friday.

@abcperth Pockets of Telstra velocity service still remain and the speed is woeful. We all should be on NBN but they really don’t care

@MitchGames247 @MISSXRA_ Sounds like the premises is only getting standard NBN which is 25 down and about 2 up, can you upgrade plan to 100 down? Or does it not have correct cabling

@NBN_Australia Tired, very tired dealing with nbn and service provider, when they have no intention to resolve. #nbn is the rort of the century? Service providers should not be licenced if they don’t provide the right hardware for sending out signal throughout a home for a start?

@AlboMP @AustralianLabor I've seen worse in Newcastle, NSW. And only 50 metres away from an exchange... We couldn't get NBN at all because of the deplorable state it was in. Would have needed to rip up 3x concrete driveways to fix, at each of the properties' expense (one driveway was ~$6000 to do that)
