I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

I've tried 3 ISPs and keep getting passed around. Is NBN aware of the issue, and when will it be fixed? Three weeks without an internet connection...

Julie Burgess (@julieburgess623) reported@Telstra for 5 days now we have been unable to watch Foxtel as our internet speed is 4.49 as per their consultant. We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.
