@Mark_Butler_MP Mark it was the government who chose an uncontrolled unregulated overseas company to deliver this vital content. We signed away our universal service obligation rights when we were forced to move to NBN. Remember?

@NBN_Australia Infinite disaster loop NBN and @BelongAU #belongnbn. Pay for service from Belong but Belong have stopped calling back. Apparently our issue is resolved yet I can't stream or do anything with every game or stream dc. Unlimited internet package worthless.

@MoondriftMusing @DarkMatterzine @broomstick33 Social media is an extremely efficient way to distribute emergency news. And ABC radio is essential. When you have no power, no landlines (thanks to nbn), and no 5G (sorry 3G in the country) where else can you get emergency news but via an old school radio?

@MrDTJames @Telstra Maybe always was. Btw I went to the telecommunications ombudsman last year, after about 6 months of trying to get them to connect me to NBN (the problem was with Telstra not NBN). It really works

We have been through all this trouble and time to get our NBN sorted, and they have sent us a fibre to the curb (FTTC) device, not the hybrid fibre cable (HFC) device that is required. It is embarrassing now. Frustrating. This needs to be sorted. #telstra #NBN

@Patrickothewerf @jagungal1 @joshgnosis Have either of you called your nbn provider? I had this issue with drop outs from light rain and provider could see so many drop outs they organised nbn tech to repair. Worked first time but have also heard horror stories.

@GuardianAus Start legal proceedings immediately to recoup all the money. This is theft on a grand scale, anyone paying themselves these sort of bonuses know they are doing wrong especially with such a poor performing company such as NBN.
