    Just tried to switch over my Optus internet to new house. After about 10 minutes the staff member’s computer at the other end still wouldn’t load so I hung up without success.Not a good look for a company I’m buying internet service from. #optus #NBN

    @916_stevo @MarieColemanAO @AmyRemeikis High density builds aren't the only solution to increasing supply. Decentralisation, which the pandemic has enabled for white collar jobs, NBN & Satelite internet, make a whole lot more land available.

    @Telstra 4th time trying to respond - internet keeps dropping out. No outages at my address according to link but our modem switches to 4g when NBN goes down but 4G not working reliably either

    @ferg_CSGO Crap shoot but I’d think the infrastructure for NBN hard wired to homes would cost more and the distributor passes on costs to the retailers, 5g towers probs are more of a once size fits all just put everywhere and being newer retailers want to establish market share

    @BelongAU I am demolishing my current house & need nbn box and connection wire to be removed on 26 May. I have raised support request in the past but so far not received any assistance. Removal of call option from support i have no option of explaining the situation n get help

    @NBN_Australia @Optus Our SP has been equally hopeless at every step. This outage happened on Thursday morning, and still nobody has a clue how to get it fixed. Telcos are lightning quick to get paid, but when it comes to fixing a tech problem: dumb as dogsh!t. @Telstra incl. Get it together, you lot.

    @bigjsl And I have a letter from Michelle saying I’m one of these houses. It’s very effective and really well put together. I know it’s been much discussed locally, as this area missed the cable roll out, and has cheaply installed copper (originally pair gained!) The NBN here sucks.
