@NBN_Australia Nbn claim it’s not the service they want yet nbn is the one who cancelled appointment today after already waiting 6 days for them to attend a FAULT They couldn’t advise when next appointment will be but since they didn’t say tomorrow morning it could be another week @acccgovau

@an_leavy We rented a house in 2019 which was supposed to be NBN ready, but wasn’t. But also wasn’t allowed non-NBN internet (there was no discernible logic). It was a complete nightmare for 6+ months. My DH nearly lost his mind, certainly lost upwards of 100hrs and $$$ problem solving.

@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia 11 days no internet, 4 no show technician appointments. Customer service people sounding nervous and refusing to refer to anyone who can do anything other than offer us another meaningless appointment. What’s going on?
