Trying to get a longstanding 4g backup issue fixed with @Telstra and the lazy call centre guy just says 'well its working now, get back to me if theres a problem' But its not working. And when the NBN goes down... I have no internet... cause the 4G doesnt work....around we go.

5/ They turned the offer down, and came up with a mish mash of solutions, akin to the NBN instead. The most important thing that needs to be addressed is our healthcare system, it can’t handle a pandemic, a rich country like this should be able to.

Might need to start stream even later my internet is hard down right now ;W; It's hard to be consistent with stream times due to the NBN dropping out randomly every day. On the phone to support again

**** Oocom specifically for ******* around connecting our internet when we moved that by the time they got their **** together NBN had run out of HFC connectors.

@NBN_Australia Actually Jo, I’m about to cancel all my Telstra accounts plus consider a seeking action for the loss of wages because of all the wasted hours waiting for your technician to arrive.

my internet has borked thanks for all your suggestions, Telstra has put in an interim thingy until an NBN technician can come tomorrow, because after at the diagnostics it was not actually a Telstra issue at all but the woman who helped me god bless her she was wonderful.

@MFWitches Yup. This. It's like the NBN roll out which was a shitfest. We got a cheap knockoff of the product we were expecting and that was because 'parties' wanted it that way. So we got crappy internet. It's ****. We won't forget it, but there aren't other options. This is the same deal.

Nbn, amazon, nbn, amazon Scam calls every frikkin day trying to get me to press 1 where they can charge me big for the call. Get ******. Whatever happened to the real person making scam calls ? They were fun to **** with. The robocall scams are just boring and a waste of my time

Nice work @NBN_Australia - you've contacted me again to change my booking, and when your service operator continued to speak over me, and I told them to stop, they hung up on me. What is wrong with your company? Seriously.
