@awrongdoors Installation of NBN service generally takes less than 10 business days but can take longer in some cases, depending on the demand of NBN services in your area and the availability of the NBN technician to perform the installation. -Charm

@blondeloise @NBN_Australia I've been having the same issue here. Had an appointment two weeks ago, no one showed up. Had one confirmed by NBN for today, got a day off for it, and this morning I received another email saying that they're coming on Saturday? Meanwhile I'm here losing money bc not working...

@NBN_Australia I’ve done this multiple times over the last 24 hours and there has been no change. “An unplanned incident is affecting the network” and “Planned maintenance: Next 10 days Nothing planned at this time” Ridiculous.

@NyadolNyuon @MSMWatchdog2013 It’s even worse. The NBN issues just slow our ability to communicate. The vaccine rollout debacle can make the lack of communication permanent. It’s a #MorrisonLockdown .

@ReJennerating @TheAmberPicota You'll likely still get the runaround from NBN (because FTTN is just **** & they do their best to not upgrade or fix the lines) but at least Aussie gives you straight answers on all that & what your actual options are. & it's much easier to troubleshoot your connection with them

Does the incubation period mean nothing? Also, the administration of vaccination in this country has been such a cluster. It's as bad as the NBN.

@NBN_Australia Interestingly, my ISP was unaware initially of the problems that appeared to be more widespread. Why? The network has been very flaky recently, with more and more dropouts. Problem solved for now but network stability yet to be proven @NBN_Australia
