It is not acceptable that infrastructure issues have to be explained from my end to a call centre operative in the Philippines. Contact me.

We agree there are many problems with governance of the NBN. Making it a government department will not fix them. Getting a better government will.

" I want to speak with a person who is actually responsible for something, not a 'customer service' individual offshore. This may come as a surprise to you. As a customer who pays 24/7 , this is not acceptable.

Wes King (@Knig09409192) reported@BazzaCC My pre-NBN speed was little faster than dialup. My PC took 3 hrs to download a 300mb gfx driver update, and 1hr to install felt so damn quick. Now, my NBN is 250mbps, the same file takes 6 minutes to download, and that 1hr to install feels like 3 weeks!

LouieBK (@louiebk) reported@BazzaCC Yes I remember that and the sound. No NBN where I am ATM and dodgy network coverage. Often have to wave my phone around to get things to load. Kids don’t like coming here for too long.
