I moved into current rental on the 29th of July, have endured multiple maintenance issues, and have patchy 3G cell service, and have been informed that I’m unable to have ADSL/NBN connected here. I’ve just received an email informing me of my 1st routine inspection on the 14/10.

@TPG_Telecom NBN is down in Cranbourne. While it's not showing up on the NBN outage website, haven't been able to access the Internet for 1/2 hour now

@sacharules @TPG_Telecom Would that suggest the problem is NBN's and local, not TPG's?

@NBN_Australia It's frustrating because the modem is new, and the NBN box seems to be fine - technically, there appears to be no fault. I am just cynical because I know NBN can take days to respond to fault tickets I need to work from home, and issues like these are a big disruption

@NBN_Australia just cancelled my NBN without authorization -,you stuffed up - somehow you’ve used my location id incorrectly in someone else’s provisioning - all long weekend without internet! This shouldnt happen - has to be safeguards to prevent this errors - unacceptable!!

Honestly, there is no specific way to tell if it's NBN or the ISP when **** happens. That's how bad the NBN system is. And our ISP has such a reputation for breaking everything on a whim, that we guessed it was them. I'm going to play the **** out of Halo to make up for it.

@sacharules I understand that, Sacha. The service faults were all fixed by our delivery partner, NBN co. We can have the assigned case engineer to contact you today should you wish to further discuss the issue at present time. Just direct message your preferred callback number/time. -Geli
