@Telstra Reviewing latest bill - not only have you changed contracted data allowance from 50GB to 25GB, you’ve also charged $10/GB for excess data - all during a period with no NBN connection due to storm damage, and a child using this account for remote learning?

@gorgeousdunny1 @Adelaide_FC Same here - in Sydney. I also follow Norwood so became a member & get SANFL Digital pass to watch games. Will watch the replay of the SANFL Crows- Port Game later today. Watched the game last night but NBN was slow and it was freezing a lot - more frustrating than the loss.

Being unable to attend a mindfulness zoom workshop on managing the challenges of lockdown due to internet connection issues, even though I have "NBN", is a perfect example of why the #NSWlockdown sucks and I feel so heavily let down by my government.

@dwightwalker Hi Dwight, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues with your service. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

@Aussie_BB current outage in Chermside West, QLD. Been down for close to 30mins. Any ETA? #nbn #aussiebroadband

  • liammclennan liammclennan (@liammclennan) reported

NBN 50mbps plan is actually "at least 3mbps" with "up to 5 dropouts per day". This is the problem with monopoly.

  • gerrydir Gerry Keating (@gerrydir) reported

@Aussie_BB internet down since 01:10. Spoke to Aussie support at 08:00, they made an appointment for NBN for tomorrow pm. Canceled my appointments. Now just got a text from NBN cancelling their appointment.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@ohh_im_G Hi Grace, nbn is limiting non-essential maintenance to minimise scheduled, planned outages in the weeks ahead, to maintain network availability as much as possible. 1/2
