Ugh. My NBN (home fiber) connection is broken somehow and the tech can't figure out what is wrong. Luckily my modem has a 4G backup so I can keep doing all my remote work just as long as there's not some catastrophic national failure of that system.

@NBN_Australia how hard is it to do you one job correctly. 3 outages in a month?? Are you joking. Can we revert to the pre nbn era where I had reliable internet all day, every day, no problems. And if there was an outage, we would have competent service people show up and fix it!

Whoever runs @nbn are pathetic. If someone reports their modem has been fried by lightning there is no way you can fix it remotely

@GrogsGamut True. But there is at least one alternative vaccine that is not (yet) linked with life threatening side effects and is reportedly more effective at guarding against getting the virus. Honestly, that’s the one I want. Just like the NBN, the LNP chose the wrong solution.

@VodafoneAU You also seem to have NBN issues with the service dropping, trying to go to 4g backup, and repeating this process

@brushbox Please ask your provider to place a SIP connection request with nbn, for an unserviceable address. They can do so raising a Service Request on the nbn™ Service Portal. Thanks Adam. 3/3

@MorpheusBeing @Immortalzen Kiss goodbye to that awful NBN Skymuster abomination which masquerades as a satellite service... ask anyone in a high rainfall/cloudy area about "rainshadow", was only ever intended for use in dry arid areas like the outback... and this is low orbit multi satellite as well...
