@superloopnet Internet is down in 3150 (hfc nbn) and member portal is also down. Phones are not manned at this hour so Help Centre not so useful. Got all solid green lights on nbn box and no known disruptions on nbn page.

  • andrewvitu Andrew V (@andrewvitu) reported

@Mark_Butler_MP You can extend this to the LNP in general. They tanked the NBN on purpose because… Australia will never have to worry about remote work? Panned out just as well as all their other policies. “Back in black” etc etc.

  • OzNinja82 Mark Wilson (@OzNinja82) reported

Pretty disgusted at @NBN_Australia - major outage in my area and they won’t provide an explanation OR an estimated time it will be resolved. Frustrating at the best of times, but when we are all stuck at home during the #nswlockdown it’s simply unacceptable! 🤬#NBNfail #auspol

  • NickODonoghue Nick O'Donoghue (@NickODonoghue) reported

@DodoAustralia the lack of clear information as to what’s happening with my service is abysmal - @NBN_Australia outage in Chatswood doesn’t appear to be affecting my neighbours. Would be nice to know what’s happening. #workingfromhome #Homeschooling #lockdownsydney

  • MrSquiggleAu Mr Squiggle aka #ProudSatanicSewerRat (@MrSquiggleAu) reported

@DavidTray @unitiwireless I've had such a great experience with them for over 5yrs! After a wind event, equipment on a nearby school was damaged and the school #OceanViewHighSchool won't allow them on site with a crane to fix the mast and dish so had to change to the @NBN_Australia #NoBroadbandNetwork

  • redbigot Brian Handreck (@redbigot) reported

@dontcallmekatie Curious, Telcos/NBN have sophisticated tools to identify faults. My FTTN connection drops out for occasionally for 4 minutes as the node module reboots, one or two longer outages quickly resolved. Sounds almost like a very last-leg copper cable issue in your unit block.

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet tells me @NBN_Australia says that my drop outs are ‘fantasy drop outs’. Right. Thanks nbn for calling me a liar. This is disgraceful. You really think I’d waste hours and hours trying to rectify this issue for fun?

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@NickODonoghue nbn will post plans 10 days in advance to allow for planning of interim services. If there is no outage listed against your address, your provider may need to run some line testing and further investigate the issue here. Please let us know how you go. Thanks, Jo 2/2

  • dwightwalker Dwight Walker (@dwightwalker) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Exetel NBN is down again when trying to watch Premier of Queensland announce new Ekka holiday

  • JGCarter_ Julian Carter (@JGCarter_) reported
