    @dodo You got (made) me upgrade to the "faster" NBN. I have given it 4 weeks & it bloody aweful! It's worse than before. Previously I had 3 devices running at once. Now it buffers just watching Netflix. I'm not paying because you are not providing the service I signed up for 😡

    @NBN_Australia hey, had nbn for a few years now... been dropping out since. what does it mean when the modem sorta reboots itself, mind you i have a UPS and 4 optus modems in my cupboard. help me

    Just on the phone with @VodafoneAU, because of congestion on the NBN network and my 4G backup only working for prolonged periods of outages, they suggested I should just cancel my contract. #service

    Fixed sister’s very complicated persistent NBN issue by.... guess what.... Turning the device OFF then back ON again 🤦🏻

    @Jarredcraven01 Hey Jarred, I'm sorry to hear that. The best way to get to the bottom of this is to reach out to your service provider. They'll be able to run some test and determine where the fault is. If it's an nbn issue and not within your providers network, 1/2

    @JasonMorrisonAU @NBN_Australia NBN has been a ***** up from the beginning. Never should of been run by government. Should have given it to private industry. Give them a budget and they would have got it to work and make a profit

    @ForgotBeauty @traverselife @catiidee Yeah, she had a real talent for getting stuff done. If she'd been put in charge of the #NBN we'd have world-standard internet speeds instead of the second-rate, slow and expensive excuse for an #NBN we've ended up with. Same goes for the #NDIS, too, come to think of it.
