Hey @Optus, Looking at my Internet bill today and my title is listed as Mr instead of Mrs/Ms. Going back through our bills this seems to have occurred when we changed to NBN which was done by phone so it is your operator who has made the mistake. How do we (ie. you) fix this?

  • bkalincev Blagoya (@bkalincev) reported

Like NBN, Labour has the vision to ensure our future. Putting money into transmission lines is about ensuring our future. Look at the shitshow the lnp made of the NBN. How can they be trusted to fix energy prices. #LeadersDebate

@jeff_kennett For the 1st time i agree with you. He is mean i saw him give a poor man in the street a mere $5. Note. He is also a revengeful person. I didnt think he was a good PM. He messed the NBN I once heard him say that protectionism was no good why not? No Patriot but a globalist.

Remember when people lost their minds about the NBN, and Uhlmann is doing the same about the electricity grid. Guess what. The ALP will now have to fix the NBN... #LeadersDebate

  • NGruen1 Nicholas Gruen (@NGruen1) reported

I’ve now been attached to the NBN for 2-3 months and the service seems definitely inferior to (more intermittency) the cable service that it replaced :(

  • nerdypioneer Ashleigh Rae (@nerdypioneer) reported

@AmyRemeikis Apparently voting labor will fix the nbn?

  • RobRoy16276502 Rob Roy (@RobRoy16276502) reported

@NBN_Australia The service provider has repeatedly referred problem to NBN and have had 4 visits from NBN techs who parrot what I gather is the standard cop out, that there must be something wrong in household wiring , I have received independent advice that it is not so .

  • AngelaWallisM1 Angie W M (@AngelaWallisM1) reported

@NBN_Australia @bachovski I contacted the Communications Ombudsman. Then, oddly enough, the matter suddenly received attention. Wifi is now working, but is still intermittently slow, thanks to the ridiculous 'fibre to the node' choice. The problem lies with the copper wiring. Will you fix that?

  • BewareOz Peasant _Australia (@BewareOz) reported

@atomic_dom @NBN_Australia It never got announced, via the media Some users did receive emails from their IPS, but I'm with @MyRepublicAU and they never said anything about the SOS and ROC March 31 #NBN upgrade. This is while I was paying for my phone line to be replaced, and a NBN tech checking the node.
