  @Zelda_Doyle @NBN_Australia The ISP can't fix physical faults, though. All they can do is request NBN to do something. And in my case, NBN keep saying no. But no-one tells you... you just wait 5 hours at home for someone to fail to turn up.

  @ScottMorrisonMP environmental policy is important and all, but did you know there are still Australians without #NBN service despite the rollout being considered "complete"? Seems like another failing of this government, honestly.

  Damn @NBN_Australia is unreliable. Second long term outage this year (via @optus), requiring a tech to visit the exchange. It's so frustrating knowing that the LNP torpedoed the full fibre NBN plan to instead pay billions more for a poorly maintained, inferior network.
