@descry My fav was having to prove to the nbn company (not my provider) there was an issue and having to do all that tech level terminal ping etc cut n paste for dayyyys and then them going oh it keeps failing the test? Lets escalate this now shall we

@NBN_Australia I didn't even @ u lol I've been checking the outage page hourly (which is really lacking in useful information to be honest) and contacted my isp but they always take days to respond to tickets and calls so thanks Jo

@NBN_Australia Well according to my provider who have been to my home a million times to fix my connection it's your fault my connection keeps dropping. I have spent a few hundred dollars on new modems as well to hopefully fix the connection but I get drop outs all day and night long.

Man #TPG are trying to set up with NBN schedule for an NBN technician to come to my home to fix the line outside but at first I would of had to wait two weeks for an appointment so they are looking into setting up an earlier appointment if they can and will call me back today.
