@descry My fav was having to prove to the nbn company (not my provider) there was an issue and having to do all that tech level terminal ping etc cut n paste for dayyyys and then them going oh it keeps failing the test? Lets escalate this now shall we

Aussie, you have known about this fault since Monday. Why is it Wednesday & only now am I asked for an appt. I am aware this is an NBN issue, what I am angry about now, is the customer service issue.

@David_J_Harley @r_quazzy I just went through the same issues with TPG. They tried to tell me the same thing and kept saying it was not their fault if it’s outside. I told them I don’t pay NBN I pay TPG & after checking inside and out I suggested they do an equipment upgrade, no charge to me, prob sorted

@Only_Anthony1 @NBN_Australia It’s dreadful! Had to get NBN …. No signal for mobile where I live. The signal keeps buffering when on live stream. Telstra’s answer …. Upgrade to a faster more expensive plan. Consider it, Bye!

@pauldutton1968 I have similar problems regularly the old internet system was far superior to the NBN around $40b to !Ake the old system worse, that was money well spent.

@cellblock3138 Contact the Ombudsman now, I had internet problems for weeks, Telstra blamed NBC co and NBN co blamed Telstra, I contacted the Ombudsman and hey presto problem fixed in 48 hrs.

@David_J_Harley @r_quazzy Having a just a slow speed is cause to perhaps agree to upgrading your package but what you’re talking about is a service that just isn’t working properly and constantly dropping out. Your deal is not with NBN it’s with TPG so it is their responsibility to sort it out
