Jamie Skella (@JamieSkella) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
2/2 We are already preventing brand new business ideas from taking root here - they’re made unviable due to the embarrassing state of our “built and fully operational” NBN network. Now, we’re at risk of driving old businesses out as well. #auspol

Dr Nick Tellis (@drnicktellis) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@NBN_Australia Hello there Imagine my joy when this solved my problem That will make two of us imagining a solution to this 💩 Sending me to an IVR that sends me a text is not a solution You can DM me... @Telstra should have gone with @Optus
-
A/Prof Grant Davies (@GrantTDavies) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@Optus Yes please. I have moved into a development that does not have nbn but has opticomm so I can’t sign on to Optus broadband. I have been a customer for around 2 decades and want to retain my email account. Is there a way to retain it?

ᗰIᑕᕼᗩEᒪ (@micwoodward) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@NBN_Australia Hey there, it says that I can connect, but RSP are telling me that NBN will not process any service requests. Previously had a service at the same address.
-
Sir Dave 'Cruedevil' (@Cruedevil) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

Lady Pooh (@LadyPoop2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@michellegrattan @BlueDodoBird If Turnball hadn't Stuffed up the NBN - there woukd be no Problem!!
-
Leo James (@realLeoJames) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@RickTheWarden @me_dc NBN technician came yesterday to fix outage fault, changed some hardware inside & outside... was working fine until now. It seems like it’s tripped the front room where the NBN/modem is inside - safety switch won’t stay on. Still try what you’ve suggested?
-
Sregion (@Sregion2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
Last night my internet provider said they’d raise a service request with NBN and a tech would attend within 24 hours. They just said they need to do another test w me tonight before they can raise the request. So it’ll be another night w no internet and no way to deliver prizes!

Lady Pooh (@LadyPoop2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@OccupyMyGov @Mad_Morris This Government can't do anything right & a Crap NBN doesn't help....

💧NotSoAwry 🧙♀️#RavingInnerCityLunatic (@totallyawry) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@stevol321 @InsidersABC @David_Speers NBN and NDIS were ALP ideas, too. When has that stopped the LNP from stuffing things up? Try to tell your provider you're not going to w-f-d. RC told them what was needed, but did they fix the problems? LNP have been in for 7 years, complain about ALP when they're in.

On the phone to AussieBB, wow since yesterday’s outage I had 25 dropped connections. I’d like to say ‘damn HFC’ but apparently not necessarily. Anyway it’s time for the NBN man in the van to do his thing.

Treble Sketch (Want Desktop Assist? Check profile) (@ILM126) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

tracey nicholls (@traceyn2016) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Done and the faults been fixed since. Hopefully for good? Because last time there was a ‘it came good and sorted itself’ as an explanation and that’s never a fix.
-
ᗰIᑕᕼᗩEᒪ (@micwoodward) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@NBN_Australia And you've again told me I'm ready for connection and to go to a RSP, which I did, they told me that the service class had been changed to request a visit to reinstall the the cable, buuuuuut you aren't taking bookings. Can you make your minds up?

Kersti (@aussiekerstin) reported
@RuncibleH We have always had slow internet speed. Finally got the NBN engineer here to take a look two weeks ago. He dug around, found the cable, went to pick it up and it came away from whatever it is supposed to be attached to. We apparently received the NBN’s sticky tape version.
-
Rob (@Country01139408) reported
@NBN_Australia I would love to have an NBN outage. Because that would mean I would at least have access to the NBN. Currently considering satellite connection as its the only option. #Starlink here I come!
-
will keeling (@Betamaxx01) reported
@blakandblack Worst: scummo then Howard then Abbott then Turnbull. Turnbull annoys me the most though because he was communications minister before he was pm and still delivered the hot mess we call the NBN.

@mpesce my nbn modem got fried a few weeks ago. It connected to the NBN Fine but it couldn't push that signal beyond the modem to the router Bit of back and forth with NBN because on their end it looked fine....
-
William (@WRD79211538) reported
@NBN_Australia @FernandoLongoOZ Come get the water out of the stupid HFC pit and give me a stable HFC connection at least. Oh that's right ... consumers are not allowed to contact NBN ever ... so I can only call TPG's Manila call centre to relay complaints .. and only during business hours. 🙄
-
Johnny Nassif (@JohnZii) reported
@Telstra Hi I see there are NBN outages, can you check if there is a problem with 13 valleyfield court Wattle grove NSW 2173, I’ve had very very slow internet for hours now and I’ve reset everything multiple times and checked online for outages but still no good
-
🌻 Arno Schaaf 💉💉💉😷 (@aussiearnie) reported
@DocB__ @yadbro This can be: signal strength problem (unlikely), capacity issue (more likely if lots of people are using), amount of bandwidth bought by iiNet (most likely as they are predominantly a fixed NBN provider and you don’t appear to have a problem at a particular time of day).
-
Frances Innes (@InnesFrances) reported
@lhjh70 different geolocations, demographics, psychographics treat currency in varying ways. In many rural regions some suppliers only use a cheque account as it is an empirical evidence item and they can access it on person without having to use NBN that does not work with stability

Ruben 🇺🇦 (@Rubenerd) reported
@mpesce Fried NBN modems got so bad for my dad on the Central Coast, he physically unplugs it when he leaves the house. It's ridiculous :/
