However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

I've already escalated this through my ISP several times and had NBN technicians cancel because it's come back on when they've been scheduled, doesn't matter that it's off for days at a time in between. That's my issue.

He blamed internet connectivity....but his missus & he sells religious tours to Israel. About $6K a pop. Lots of video chats & downloading GOD from heaven.... probably explains the connectivity issues. Crap NBN up there, probably copper to the node.

They use VPNs to bypass the firewall, otherwise the only SM is the one approved by the government. Censorship is a bad idea all around, but I can absolutely imagine the bigoted wasteland ScoMo would make of our already crap NBN!

I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

He (from Indian, a nice chap) put me through hoops & then said that the NBN box is faulty but can't get a tech out till next Tue. Then a light bulb moment hit me & said, what if I look at the metre box - sure enough, something had tripped the circuit in the room the NBN is hooked up to. I just didn't need the added stress. Then he had the hide to ask me to 'rate his service'. Yeah - nah!

We had numerous technicians come out to fix the issue and nothing changed. We got starlink delivered and set up and we havent lost anything since. We live rural too. 🇦🇺
