My luck! I am finally able to order internet and now there is not a single NBN tech appointment until the 8th of May. You have got to be kidding me? Can this get any worse! @NBN_Australia you are the worst but thanks @DodoAustralia for FINALLY getting me started!

  • JoshRobinson_00 💙❤️💛Josh 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@JoshRobinson_00) reported from Wallaroo, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia surely someone can get to my house sooner than this. Considering all of my problems with you, surely you can throw me a bone here.

  • JoshRobinson_00 💙❤️💛Josh 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@JoshRobinson_00) reported from Wallaroo, State of South Australia

Still no internet. No updates. No contact made. My patience with having no internet is gone. @Aussie_BB have been trying but fail to communicate with me unless i reach out first. @NBN_Australia is an absolute joke. Signed, a 27 year old content creator with no internet access.

  • JoshRobinson_00 💙❤️💛Josh 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@JoshRobinson_00) reported from Wallaroo, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia Unless its “we are sending an NBN tech to get your service active at your address” i will keep on persisting.

  • JoshRobinson_00 💙❤️💛Josh 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@JoshRobinson_00) reported from Wallaroo, State of South Australia

@Merilvingien Had to change my address in NBN’s system and then getting someone from NBN to my house (NBN take forever with this stuff, their process sucks)

MY NBN download speed has sunk down to the kps range. Must be Saturday.

@BugejaLbugeja @AlboMP Why can’t people admit the whole NBN project was a cluster f..k from all sides. Outdated technology before start, blown budgets & timelines under labour & a retro solution unfit for use from the LNP. Astounding people can’t take off their partisan hats and view it for what it is.

  • pcdegroot Peter de Groot (@pcdegroot) reported

@DaveMilbo @BelindaJones68 They **** up everything and the internet in particular because it has too many services competing with Newscorpse. As Newscorpse finally came on board with the internet, they couldn't ignore it anymore and in fact needed it, suddenly NBN/internet becomes a covid recovery project.

  • dougrathbone Doug Rathbone 🦘🇦🇺👨‍💻 (@dougrathbone) reported

Seeing LEO internet providers like StarLink become available in Australia is more than exciting. Hoping healthy competition drives NBN costs down.

  • flexibledragnet 💧 David Mitchell (@flexibledragnet) reported

@Dave_Oakden @evcricket The best thing to scale a market is consumer demand. If you attempt it by regulation, all you get is the solution that the regulator wants. This is what we have with the NBN. A **** system that consumers hate, all because someone decided they knew what was best for consumers.

@slpng_giants_oz How can u take FB 2 court. What law have they broken? This is Gov knowing they over reached on behalf of media moguls wanting $ they have lost $ by not reading the way tech would develop 10 yrs ago. First it was NBN stall & underdone 4 exactly same reason. Scotty job is on line

@NBN_Australia @stacejarman No amount of sorry will fix HFC. The End.

  • PresElectJoe Gemringo (@PresElectJoe) reported

@AlboMP Proof positive that governments MUST stay the hell out of the free markets and free enterprise because they never ever get it right. Within the next year or two, 5G will out cover and outpace the NBN. $90 Billion wasted. Thanks @MrKRudd

  • CarinaJBond Carina Jane Bond (@CarinaJBond) reported

Hi @Internode curious how long on average it takes for internet activation after nbn installation? I had nbn come yesterday afternoon and install fttp, account says service testing in progress still, I've never done fttp so am unsure if takes longer. Ref no 1185193487, thanks!

  • JasonUmiker Jason Umiker (@JasonUmiker) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@dougrathbone The only reason NBN is expensive is the government is saying it needs to pay the money back they’ve invested in it and building the network (they didn’t list it was an expense on the federal budget but a loan). If they just wrote down their investment NBN could lower prices (1/2)
