Still no internet. No updates. No contact made. My patience with having no internet is gone. @Aussie_BB have been trying but fail to communicate with me unless i reach out first. @NBN_Australia is an absolute joke. Signed, a 27 year old content creator with no internet access.

My luck! I am finally able to order internet and now there is not a single NBN tech appointment until the 8th of May. You have got to be kidding me? Can this get any worse! @NBN_Australia you are the worst but thanks @DodoAustralia for FINALLY getting me started!

@deniseshrivell I spent so long politely explaining to anyone who would listen why fttp was worth the money and why fttn was a stopgap. I took no pleasure years later when those that argued with me bagged the LNP NBN. Even less when told it was the ALP's fault that the LNP built a crap solution

Labor's pledge to fix the #nbn is a great start, but you know what'd be even better? Removing the artificial 50Mbps max cap on upload speeds. The network is capable of fully synchronous bandwidth, so remove the caps & let the #bandwidth run wild. #auspol

@VickiPlatt5 @SpudBenBean And money is one thing that a currency-issuer can never be short of. Anything that can be resourced can be financed & there would have been no trouble resourcing fibre to the home. The LNP obviously didn't think we deserve first-rate NBN, because money was never really the issue.

@PaulFletcherMP I have had to abandon the NBN satellite for Starlink. The horrible speeds, latency, weather issues & lack of data were appalling, & there were no plans to fix it. Now my rather large monthly internet fee goes to an American billionaire. But at least I can work from home.

I've purposely avoided switching to the NBN in my area for the past year or so, because I don't want to be suddenly screwed in my 100% online work, if there happens to be a connection issue...and I know theres very good existing NBN set up at the location I'm relocating to.
