Love that @NBN_Australia still don't inform me of planned outages and I have to find out in the middle of streaming everytime. It's pathetic customer service. Disgusting.

Australians are so used to being gaslighted by both the @NBN and their ISPs that they just put up with it like a domestic abuse victim. You know the service is unsatisfactory and I’m just reminding you all that we know you know.

In contrast to the $3k watches for A.P. is nothing compared to what other owned institutions are paying executive bonuses, like NBN which is falling behind, very poor quality and rated 62 in the world payments in the millions.

The jewel in the crown (8/18) In most cases, post-build, Uniti owns the FTTP infrastructure and charges a fee to RSPs to use the fibre network. Similar to how the NBN charges for access to its network, Uniti charges a fee for access to its FTTP infrastructure.
