    @hyp3rstrike @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia When I enter my address into their outage page ... it comes back with "No outage detected" ... It would be easy for them to put "Network fault at your address" - wouldn't it.

    Damn my scribd sub cacked out, i had to hock both my consoles so now i cant watch Disney or Amazon unless on my tablet, and my nbn is overdue so i might lose internet, gotta love life on #jobseeker maybe if I was an anti semite Josh might pay attention to me

    @hyp3rstrike @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia Yes... and every time they do NBNCo says there is no outage and does nothing, and meanwhile the hundreds of hours of RSP time spent achieves nothing.

    Our street was slated for the worst of the "multi-technology mix": HFC, on *Optus* cables. Thanks, Malcolm. As I understand it, cable is a shared medium (= congestion), plus the Optus cables are so poor/degraded that NBN Co cannot achieve target speeds.

    @craznar @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia If for whatever reason that you've had an exceedingly high number of consecutive faults for the same issue (as determined by your rISP), they can contact NBNco and escalate it internally.

    NBN is the "worst of both worlds": a government-owned monopoly with unreasonable scope, but with good tech; ruined by a later government who instead of adjusting the scope, completely screwed up the tech.

    @FOXTEL_Help Is there problems with the nbn service in glenmore park nsw 2745 ? All my devices connect to my modem but the internet keeps dropping out. The internet button is blue like it should be on modem. I have also reset the modem twice but everything is playing up.

    @Optus Landline phone over nbn, and different ISP for internet. Told staff we already had ISP connected, do not attach Optus service to UNI-D port 1, staff member then proceeded to connect service to UNI-D port 1 against our instructions

    @Telstra is the best way to fix my slow, unreliable NBN issue to cancel and go with @Optus ? Considering the time I’ve spent this arvo and got no where it’s looking like the solution. #telstra #nbn
