@LAMcCormick @NBN_Australia Exactly. It’s so hard to pick, at times there are some providers are so far ahead of the rest, and other times where they’re competing for who is worst. We’re hoping this last month and a 1/2 is refunded - the service was shocking!

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@Internode The cable is only a year old. However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

Tonight’s temperature will not drop below 28/29°C in #Adelaide... and the local power company has decided to switch power off at 11:00pm. - Also, after 36 HOURS, our home is still without internet. The #NBN is fine to take money from customers, but fails to deliver a service.

@supergirl_sass Hi there, nbn is the wholesaler of the network and generally does not make outbound calls, especially in regards to connection orders. Anything to do with connection orders, faults, appointments etc. are managed directly by your service provider. If you need further 1/2

@Telstra She’s made changes being as old as world war 2, so I figure you can make them just as well. Her NBN service is not connecting and the mobile 3G has been capped and she can’t watch Netflix or connect to the WiFi with any reliable speed.

@nathanemmanuel8 We note that the engineers detected a fault within the network being controlled by the NBN Co. This means that only NBN technician is allowed to work on this. As such, we rely to their technicians availability and scheduling. [1/2] -Charm

@phbarratt I run a fixed line thru NBN, I block individual numbers at the router. Problem is these jokers use multiple telephone numbers in ranges of endings.
