@VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

@LizGiuffre In regards to technical limitations, this is why a robust NBN was such a crucial investment and why FTTN was such a disappointment. 5G home Internet is starting to roll-out. Hopefully that can help with the blackspots that exist now.

Home net's down. Doesn't appear to be the modem, but also no noted outage for either NBN Co or TPG. Weird. Don't like that my only option is to *call* TPG to report it, either. Blegh.

@Kantankers Hi Katharine, This outage is now reported as resolved by the carrier. If you are still experiencing issues, we would recommend power cycling your nbn router/modem. Unplug the power cable from the back of your modem/router, leave it out for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

This is not a diss of @Aussie_BB who do what they can to notify us. It is a diss of the NBN and the HFC garbage
