I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

As for the speed, I haven’t noticed anything groundbreaking. There’s room to grow!

However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

My parents paid $120 for 7Mbs a decade ago until NBN finally gave them FTTN. Price per speed on the higher end has absolutely come down in price compared to the pre-NBN duopoly.

Anyone who actually believes in the NBN is as brainwashed as a Putin supporter. Starlink has made the NBN largely redundant for non gaming purposes, and the 5G network is already 3 times faster and both cost taxpayers exactly $0.00. This only works in a production line environment where the fixed costs are spread over a higher volume produced. Infrastructure increase as the demand goes up. More people more lines, more nodes more exchanges, more costs. Its not fixed.
