@LAMcCormick @NBN_Australia Exactly. It’s so hard to pick, at times there are some providers are so far ahead of the rest, and other times where they’re competing for who is worst. We’re hoping this last month and a 1/2 is refunded - the service was shocking!

@NBN_Australia Nah, I’m just sharing my general impression and having a bit of a complain. 😜 I check the status page of our ISP when the internet goes down (there are problems at the exchange occasionally). As for the speed, I haven’t noticed anything groundbreaking. There’s room to grow!

@Internode The cable is only a year old. However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

Tonight’s temperature will not drop below 28/29°C in #Adelaide... and the local power company has decided to switch power off at 11:00pm. - Also, after 36 HOURS, our home is still without internet. The #NBN is fine to take money from customers, but fails to deliver a service.

@decryption @internetarchive Yeah NBN are so restrictive to retailers. I wonder what it is about upload that makes it so cost prohibitive? Obviously the 1000 down plan is less with 4x the max speed so it’s not that. Sweet spot for me would be 500/100 at roughly the current 100/40 pricing.

@usefulDesign @jmil400 @PMBarraclough ABC firing Nick Ross for his article telling the truth about the technical issues of LNP's sabotage of the NBN was the lynch pin for me. Every bit of his article was technically correct. Anyone with the most basic understanding of the technology were saying the same. Disgraceful.

I never get a reply from any jobs in my field(telecom/nbn) I applied for a delivery job and found out it was a Murdoch paper I couldn't do it. I will not deliver lies. Oh &btw i'm not on the dole but I am running out of my saving
