    The @NBN_Australia > Service Provider must be one of the worst customer experiences there is. NBN are the issue when there’s an outage, customers aren’t able to talk to NBN for info, and service providers give vague information to customers because they aren’t kept informed.

    @Matt_Camenzuli @jabattoir13 @JuliaGillard I think she was worse than Turnbull. I must have missed other reasons Turnbull was terrible, but my one thing with him was wasting time and money on the NBN, we're still paying for full fibre rollout house-by-house, made sense to just do the lot once, less driving per-house.

    @Riogallica Didn't know you could contact NBNco. I've had 3 NBN boxes **** up (nearby lightning 🌩 strike) Contact provider. Ausie BB, 1-3 days. Next door has Optus, 1-2 weeks.

    @Partisangirl Would the Australian government do a better job? You don’t even have a warning system to send to people’s phones yet. NBN is so bad people have died because they can’t call an ambulance.

    Omg today is already off to a terrible start.. running on 4 hours sleep, feel sick still and my parcel says delivered but its nowhere in sight. And I sat by the door the entire time and didn't see or hear anyone so what the hell?! NBN guy better show up 😤

    @hisaflog100 The original sin was Rudd and Conroy decreeing that NBN access charges must be flat across the whole network.

    @NBN_Australia Can you pull your finger out and at the BARE MINIMUM, updated your website with outages. Yorke Peninsula SA Over an hour offline and your 💩 website says “No Outages” ISP confirms that you are the problem 🙄
