@NBN_Australia Nah, I’m just sharing my general impression and having a bit of a complain. 😜 I check the status page of our ISP when the internet goes down (there are problems at the exchange occasionally). As for the speed, I haven’t noticed anything groundbreaking. There’s room to grow!

@MJ_Leaver The only solution I’ve been offered is to go an buy a 4g prepaid modem at our expense until we get NBN connected (although this was also promised to use before we went to the UK a year a go). Neither of us can take anymore time off work for @internode to provision

@Internode The cable is only a year old. However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

I swear the point of NBN speed tiers was to make it so that ISPs offered fewer different (and confusing) tiers of service. Now I’m seeing some ISPs advertising an “NBN Standard” service (which is a proper NBN tier), but then limiting it to a slower speed and making it cheaper?

@NBN_Australia Again they didn’t show. Fifth appointment they didn’t attend. It’s beggars belief that they are competent. Our provider is having issues with NBN not communicating and committing to their appointments. We concede defeat and won’t have NBN. It’s disgusting service.

@Telstra I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my NBN box timing out for over a week. I’ve had to explain my problem to 10 different people over your support messaging service and it take hours to get a reply. This is ‘gold member support’. Is there a better way to get help?
