@NBN_Australia And you've again told me I'm ready for connection and to go to a RSP, which I did, they told me that the service class had been changed to request a visit to reinstall the the cable, buuuuuut you aren't taking bookings. Can you make your minds up?

@djdiscusses @superloopnet Experiencing the same issues. I finally got a call back just then, saying it's an NBN issue and ETA for fixing is currently 6 October. I'm in the Tea Tree Gully area of Adelaide, if that helps.

@JAYovr It was similar where I worked too. Imagine relocating between NBN premises with the same technology type, and selling the exact same hardware to them under the pretense "it's locked to the old premises" just cop a modem purchase or recontract from the customer.

@JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

@NBN_Australia Still out. No maintenance or outages on the website. I've already escalated this through my ISP several times and had NBN technicians cancel because it's come back on when they've been scheduled, doesn't matter that it's off for days at a time in between. That's my issue.

@Optus Yes please. I have moved into a development that does not have nbn but has opticomm so I can’t sign on to Optus broadband. I have been a customer for around 2 decades and want to retain my email account. Is there a way to retain it?

@GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

@Linda36993618 Well maybe, I just know that we get a lot of interruptions and slow connection speeds, we never get what is claimed we will for what we pay. If it was anything other than the NBN we wouldn't tolerate it, the service is rubbish!

Why does the NBN warn of an all day outage that never eventuates? I was going to make an effort to go into the office and thought **** it, I’ll find something to do offline. Internet worked all day.

@Telstra Your troubleshooting is stupid! What makes you think it will work the 5-10 times we’ve done it! Also replacing the modem 4x doesn’t help. Why would the nbn technician escalate the issue to an engineer in the first place if it was that simple to solve? We’re not dumb.

@tingeling_au I use 100% mobile data, not from iiNet (I had an argument with them in 2020) at home, no NBN at all. Fluctuates between 4G & 5G. Works beautifully for me. No problems.

@daxmelbourne Many businesses do this because they generally have a separate connection dedicated for external monitoring. However, it appears as though @NBN_Australia is to blame as lots of services went down at the same time
