Forcing us to consume an internet that you can charge more for at any moment is an extrotion racket. I hope you fix this asap. Any mandatory expectation should be met with free service or cheap rates.

We had numerous technicians come out to fix the issue and nothing changed. We got starlink delivered and set up and we havent lost anything since. We live rural too. 🇦🇺
