I don't blame NBN for this, they're just implementing the policy they were given and trying to make the best of it. The issue from the start had been bad govt policy. LNP made it worse.

NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

We're students who are indoors as advised by the govt. but have no internet since we got our confirmation message. Nbn says the issue is with Belong and Belong doesn't help us out at all. (1/3)

I can't run speed test to see how slow. Internet times out when connecting to lots of websites and pages need to be refreshed multiple times before something happens.
