    @GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

    @NBN_Australia And you've again told me I'm ready for connection and to go to a RSP, which I did, they told me that the service class had been changed to request a visit to reinstall the the cable, buuuuuut you aren't taking bookings. Can you make your minds up?

    Last night my internet provider said they’d raise a service request with NBN and a tech would attend within 24 hours. They just said they need to do another test w me tonight before they can raise the request. So it’ll be another night w no internet and no way to deliver prizes!

    @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Done and the faults been fixed since. Hopefully for good? Because last time there was a ‘it came good and sorted itself’ as an explanation and that’s never a fix.

    @RickTheWarden @me_dc NBN technician came yesterday to fix outage fault, changed some hardware inside & outside... was working fine until now. It seems like it’s tripped the front room where the NBN/modem is inside - safety switch won’t stay on. Still try what you’ve suggested?

    @JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

    On the phone to AussieBB, wow since yesterday’s outage I had 25 dropped connections. I’d like to say ‘damn HFC’ but apparently not necessarily. Anyway it’s time for the NBN man in the van to do his thing.

    @stevol321 @InsidersABC @David_Speers NBN and NDIS were ALP ideas, too. When has that stopped the LNP from stuffing things up? Try to tell your provider you're not going to w-f-d. RC told them what was needed, but did they fix the problems? LNP have been in for 7 years, complain about ALP when they're in.

    7 months after informing TELSTRA we are moving and no longer need our land line and NBN service we are still being charged multiple calls emails and 3 visits to a service centre still being charged

    @Optus Yes please. I have moved into a development that does not have nbn but has opticomm so I can’t sign on to Optus broadband. I have been a customer for around 2 decades and want to retain my email account. Is there a way to retain it?

    @ianpmcleod @Telstra Telstra can’t fix their own line? Telstra still own the copper in my area, it has nothing to do with NBN. Starlink will be a faster resolution than trying to contact anyone from this point on I can assure you I have been dealing with this for years.

    @NBN_Australia #NBN over 24 hours down and still in the dark about the cause. still, nothing showing on the outage map. The bigger the problem more heads working on it, but little old me, the only one, leaves me concerned Friday someone is coming.Hope that it's fixed on the day?

    My #NBN is dead again! A technician will come tomorrow. This is the 3rd time someone had to come & fix it since I had it installed only 12months ago. (I know multiple ppl that lost internet connection this week) Can #Scomo do something useful & prioritise this first?

    @Internode just got all the hardware (FTTN) and have plugged it in to a phone line (live in Broome, WA 6725) and the internet light hasn’t illuminated? As to how long does it take to connect to the NBN / internode network.. 🤔
