    Tonight’s temperature will not drop below 28/29°C in #Adelaide... and the local power company has decided to switch power off at 11:00pm. - Also, after 36 HOURS, our home is still without internet. The #NBN is fine to take money from customers, but fails to deliver a service.

    @Internode The cable is only a year old. However in the time it took to send that tweet, the red light on the modem came on, so I reset it and were away. Odd that I’ve had issues two days in a row. Could it be related to the NBN construction going on.

    @NBN_Australia Nah, I’m just sharing my general impression and having a bit of a complain. 😜 I check the status page of our ISP when the internet goes down (there are problems at the exchange occasionally). As for the speed, I haven’t noticed anything groundbreaking. There’s room to grow!

    @NBN_Australia I can't believe the ridiculous wait time to get a technician out to fix a fault. Called up my internet provider yesterday after the storms knocked out the NBN only to be advised the earliest time is next Tuesday week between unworkable hours of 8am-12pm. Not happy!

    @iiNet we had our NBN FTTC network connection device replaced on 1 Jan. VOIP phone service has not worked since. Callers to our land line VOIP get a recording 'your call can not be connected at this time OCA 0188.' Outgoing calls get a continuous 900Hz tone.

    @phbarratt He also used his memoir to attempt to whitewash his role in some of the worst policy decisions of the LNP such as the NBN, the Home Affairs department and others. Self serving and petty. It is rare I don't finish a book but I gave up about 3/4 way through.

    @NBN_Australia @b_medlyn .@NBN_Australia the problem is the nbn boxes. They are too sensitive and blow everytime we get a storm. If home we have to uplug them from the power *and* phone line. Surges are also coming via copper phone line.
