@rad_shazz @Telstra They told me, and I quote “you should expect your NBN to go down when it rains” Bye…….!!! Lol

  • MatthewBevan Matt Bevan (@MatthewBevan) reported

@FamousRob I’ve worked in 4 different houses during the pandemic and every time I had an internet issue it turned out to be the router not the NBN. Anecdotal, I know, but it’s been fine for me.

  • RobC_26 Rob C 🇦🇺 (@RobC_26) reported

@NBN_Australia thank you for the reply Amy but it's working now. I checked the site last night when it happened and it was a planned outage. It was just the timing could not have been worse. By the time I got it loaded on my phone the race was over.

  • benleo_econ Ben Grodeck (@benleo_econ) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@yannikyriacos Due to the below par NBN network we have, that extra fast internet will come in handy.

  • nasser_tony Tony Nasser 🇦🇺 (@nasser_tony) reported

Australian NBN are really a terrible service. 9 hours of maintenance on a Monday so work cannot get done yet they tell you there is no outages and everthing is running correctly. Weak.

  • jbthinking John Ball (@jbthinking) reported

@NBN_Australia @Telstra As you can see, this problem has now been ongoing for a month whose scope was to add 2 standard premium internet services to the place we moved to. Cutting off my active nbn service the day before a scheduled international demonstration is very concerning.

  • jbthinking John Ball (@jbthinking) reported

@NBN_Australia @Telstra I've spent an hour trying to get my service restored this morning. It seems I need to lie and say this is a new service (it was running here last night), to avoid my order being cancelled, but that requires a site visit from NBN, which is highly undesirable during a lock down.

@emma_husar @NickTrebla Yes..we thought Fraser was bad with his razor gang cuts, then Howard with his hatred of science and brown people, Tony Abbott was a total Onion munching NONG, Turnbull stuffed the NBN and the environment..but this pack of reprobates is worse than all of them put together!!

  • therealjeebers TheRealJeebers (@therealjeebers) reported

@NBN_Australia @aglenergy ISP is claiming there is a “nationwide” NBN outage but your site says there are no problems in Glenmore Park NSW?

  • johnsinuk John Sinistaj (@johnsinuk) reported

@NBN_Australia Another planned maintenance day. Which was not listed on your website. Another Monday during lockdown and home schooling. Are you trying to do this at the worst possible times on purpose?
