    @TorSamundsett It's like the old "turn it off and on again": NBN modems always improve if you do so once every 3 months. My landline phone cut out once, then Wi-Fi. Off & on and back in action! I've been telling people for a while, none believe until they try it.

    @NBN_Australia I don't feel comfortable providing my address to you through Twitter, however I was at my doctor's office this morning and they were having issues with phone and internet too. The place is Callala Bay NSW.

    @Optus This is definitely an NBN issue, my router / modem works perfectly. 100Mbps download but only 2Mbps upload. At 10am it was 38Mbps, at 1:30PM 0.5Mbps. So definitely a congestion issue!

    The dodgy @NBN_Australia has just come on after an outage lasting from around 8pm last night. Clunky, hopeless shadow of @MrKRudd 's inspiration wrecked by a succession of clunky, hopeless @lnp meddlers. This should be a warning to prospective rural subscribers. #auspol

    @MyRepublicAU I have. They told me to not bother contacting them, because it's been escalated to the NBN. Doesn't stop my service from dropping out while I'm trying to run an event. It's dropped out twice in 20 mins.

    @Telstra The order wasn’t submitted a month ago when it was signed and then we were getting stuck on hold and in an idiot loop from messaging to call centre. The order has now been processed and NBN has sent us an installation appointment.
