    Hey @NBN_Australia just had a tech named Ahmed visit my place to fix up an ongoing issue and he was an absolute legend. Had the issue fixed in 10 minutes and was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Would love to know how I can pass the message on to him and his team!

    @SkrappEdits @SneakyShadower The general speed tiers are 12/1 25/5 50/20 75/20 100/20 and 100/40 for nbn under FTTN. You generally should get max upload unless your copper line is absolutely garbage.

    @SkrappEdits @SneakyShadower Yeah the biggest thing with the NBN here is that RSPs like to not supply enough bandwidth to end users. There's a thing called CVC and basically if a provider doesn't buy enough of it for a particular area, speed and latency issues appear and I know that ABB always buys more.

    @teakittyy Hi Neeks, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. Have you raised this issue with your provider? They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. 1/2

    Optus lied to me at least 3 times, so I am changing mobile and NBN to Belong. Any trouble from Optus I will contact the TIO.

    @Telstra Yes! Our NBN internet has been down since 17/06/21, tech was supposed to visit 19/06/21 but never showed up. Now we are told earliest someone can come is 25/06/21. 4G backup also down since 17/06/21. Both of us work from home so need internet ASAP
