  • andydomAU andy (@andydomAU) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

On the phone to AussieBB, wow since yesterday’s outage I had 25 dropped connections. I’d like to say ‘damn HFC’ but apparently not necessarily. Anyway it’s time for the NBN man in the van to do his thing.

  • drnicktellis Dr Nick Tellis (@drnicktellis) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia Hello there Imagine my joy when this solved my problem That will make two of us imagining a solution to this 💩 Sending me to an IVR that sends me a text is not a solution You can DM me... @Telstra should have gone with @Optus

  • LadyPoop2 Lady Pooh (@LadyPoop2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

  • DivaDiaspora Dr Fidelma McCorry (@DivaDiaspora) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@VodafoneAU seriously if I can’t through or someone doesn’t call me I am going to lose it. I’ve been trying for 3 months to cancel home wifi. You’re still charging when I have nbn. Now threatening me with cut off when I’ve been paying my bills minus the wifi plan!! 😡 Come on!!

  • Sregion2 Sregion (@Sregion2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Last night my internet provider said they’d raise a service request with NBN and a tech would attend within 24 hours. They just said they need to do another test w me tonight before they can raise the request. So it’ll be another night w no internet and no way to deliver prizes!

  • andydomAU andy (@andydomAU) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Done and the faults been fixed since. Hopefully for good? Because last time there was a ‘it came good and sorted itself’ as an explanation and that’s never a fix.

  • LadyPoop2 Lady Pooh (@LadyPoop2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @OccupyMyGov @Mad_Morris This Government can't do anything right & a Crap NBN doesn't help....

  • realLeoJames Leo James (@realLeoJames) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@RickTheWarden @me_dc NBN technician came yesterday to fix outage fault, changed some hardware inside & outside... was working fine until now. It seems like it’s tripped the front room where the NBN/modem is inside - safety switch won’t stay on. Still try what you’ve suggested?

  • TickHarris Victoria Evans (@TickHarris) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia Thanks Rose. I’ve been speaking/ emailing your team this week but whatever I say or do I can’t convince NBN that they have an incorrect address. So DMing my details is unlikely to help. It’s extremely frustrating. Thanks

  • spark_mystique Migni☆nne D (@spark_mystique) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

If I wasn’t damn locked into an existing contract with this provider, I would’ve signed up with 10 better NBN resellers out there 😡😠😤

  • micwoodward m i c h a e l ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@micwoodward) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

  • LadyPoop2 Lady Pooh (@LadyPoop2) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@MeckeringBoy @abcnews Turnball had a lot to do with Crap NBN, as well. He has connections with Coppermine😑Don't rule this greedy Bastard Out😝

  • MikalHoward Mikal Howard (@MikalHoward) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@RadelaideRob @NBN_Australia Instead of a firmware update, they obviously do hardware updates too. New tech is not a bad thing surely. Did you pay for it?

  • traceyn2016 tracey nicholls (@traceyn2016) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

7 months after informing TELSTRA we are moving and no longer need our land line and NBN service we are still being charged multiple calls emails and 3 visits to a service centre still being charged

  • gacjezv Ultimate Fathering (@gacjezv) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

  • c_verdicchio Christian Verdicchio (@c_verdicchio) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Optus you’ve done it again. #Floptus I’ve tried to assist setting up my mums home phone for a month now. You cancelled her nbn setup visit and still haven’t contacted her after a week and now send her another nbn box. You guys are the worst for customer service. @acccgovau

  • LeylaK200 LEilah Karam (@LeylaK200) reported

@NBN_Australia What's going on with the Noble Park area? It's like a weekly toss up with your NBN rubbish. Some of us work from home and you are making this a weekly frustrating c**K up. Never mind, I've decided to give you the flick and am going WIFI 5G - it can't be worse than this rubbish.

  • VoxDei1960 VoxDei (@VoxDei1960) reported

@ClareONeilMP @PressClubAust I like the method of the NBN being so intermittent and slow that it's impossible to use it to hack anything. Pure genius.

  • yvonnert Yvonne T (@yvonnert) reported

I moved to Tassie 2013 but retired early because Coalition screwed us all on the NBN & the house I’d bought on a broken govt promise was cut back to FTTN. At last I’m getting the FTTP I was promised near 10 yrs ago. ( Aussie Broadband is doing the install in coming weeks.)

  • DTsirekas David Tsirekas (@DTsirekas) reported

Anyone can recommend a good teleco that does good NBN , mobile and landline bundles that has decent customer service. Done with @Optus and their poor customer services experiences

  • jaymin123 jaymin (@jaymin123) reported

@NBN_Australia hi need to talk to someone re new connection. I knock-down rebuild my home. I had a nbn Box prior to knock down. I got re removed by nbn. Now home is complete and I need nbn back.

  • CutAdriftFromOz Justa Guy (@CutAdriftFromOz) reported

@FinancialReview The medium (ie glass fibre) will alway have an advantage over radio waves for bandwidth and speed. The issue is that people can get all they need from the current 5G data speeds. So, unless our data demands are going to sky rocket (how much 4k video do i need?), NBN will suffer.

  • LJPatton Laurie Patton is The Lucky General (@LJPatton) reported

@TMFScottP @RizviAbul NBN Co (i.e. the Australian public) has paid Telstra tens of millions of dollars for access to the copper wire network we used to own.

  • looseonions Nathan (@looseonions) reported

@babyeyes__ @iiNet I will literally never want to move, I got 400mbs a second and I’ll never want to go back to nbn after this.

  • chatlin88 Caitlin Grist (@chatlin88) reported

@AncientOoze @VodafoneAU Hi Steve, I have had confirmation from Vodafone that NBN is definitely out due to unscheduled outage and I am also having a painfully slow experience with my mobile

  • pwoiter Pwoiter (@pwoiter) reported

@TMFScottP In NZ, retail and wholesale arms were sold off separately and they now have speeds we can only dream of. Telstra invested years in fighting with the govt rather than building good and available infrastructure. NBN wouldn’t have been necessary if we had gone down the NZ path.
