Dear @NBN_Australia, Do you have an obligation to pro-actively inform users, impacted by an NBN outage, (e.g. sending them an SMS) that they can't use their NBN landline phone service in the event they need to call Triple-Zero? #auspol #NBNOutage

@Telstra The 4G backup is thankfully working now. Wasn’t working on Saturday. Checked the outages page and nothing. Seemed to be a NBN outage on Saturday according to a community Facebook page.

@Telstra Perhaps @Telstra should be investing in customer service. Being constantly directed to use the Chat is disappointing. I tried to upgrade my NBN last Saturday and 6 hours later was no closer. It takes 20 mins to get a reply!! After the six hours a new person came on to start over!

@ProjectNISEI As a new player you normally miss the knowledge of how to handle and what to expect from a deck of a certain faction. Like, as a runner, how risky is to face check an ice against HR? What about NBN? Which is the worst that could happen? Which are the typical ices of the faction?

@BettyTootellF @NBN_Australia @Telstra Ferntree Gully for me. According to my modem's error messages, it's an issue preventing my Telstra Smart Modem from receiving a DHCP IP address lease (so either a physical fault, a routing fault, or a DHCP server fault).

Dumbfounded that I placed order for new NBN service on Saturday night and it was fully connected, working, and done by Tuesday. Gobsmacked. Well done Aussie Broadband.

@deliciouslybad Nbn rang saying that they were cutting off my nbn service. My response, Go On DO IT! I don't care. Or even have an nbn service. Scammers can F*** O*f.
