NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ssharwood Simon Sharwood (@ssharwood) reported

@NBN_Australia service restored but it took a 15 minute phone call to get it done. Nobody knows what went wrong. @telstra could see unresolved work by NBNco, which saw no faults or issues. Just hopeless.

  • TheAverageRook Mitchell Berryman (@TheAverageRook) reported

@telstra NBN appears to be down in the St Helena VIC area and we've reverted to Cloud data. Can you confirm of any outages, planned or otherwise?

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@qland12 Hi Chris, While we endeavour to make NBN service service available 24/7, it is not fault free and we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. Nevertheless, we're always here to help should you require any assistance. -Ahra

  • tnucrepus Big Darrell (@tnucrepus) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi, it resolved but it looks as if it is going bad again tonight. This happened after the storm last night. Superloop don't have tech support at night and I very much doubt it is my hardware.

  • benhoad Ben Hoad (@benhoad) reported

@Telstra Unless you can move my nbn connection date to sometime sooner or build a mobile tower closer to my house in the next few weeks I’m probably beyond help >_>

  • SabreMc Sabre McCullough (@SabreMc) reported

@AussieBroadband I'm paying for 100/40 and quite regularly only see speeds of 5-10mbps. I only signed up in the last couple of weeks and this is making me reconsider my choice of provider. Is something going on with the nbn network in Western Sydney?

  • RandaltsRandal 🕯️ 💉Teresa Randal💉💉 🕯️💧 (@RandaltsRandal) reported

What is the situation in the Northern Rivers now? Are power/phone/NBN restored? Is every displaced person/family adequately housed? Is financial support reaching people who need it? What was the loss of life? Where is info available? Why are media silent? #auspol #NSWFloods

  • KoalaTruths Koala Truths (@KoalaTruths) reported

Apologies for my slow NBN download speed but I just found out that un-vaxed Djokovic has been granted a visa to play at the Aus Open. Could be issues! #auspol #lnp

  • ytd24 johnno (@ytd24) reported

@benhoad @Telstra The Telstra 4g back up is a bad joke, as this is a shared signal the whole district is swamping the signal meaning you get little connectivity. However Telstra will proclaim as there is connectivity nothing has not been lost and they are wonderful and blame NBN for the outage.

  • suzymolloy Suzy Molloy (@suzymolloy) reported

@pruwawn @cathywilcox1 They only phone you after you have reported to your provider that you are having issues. Your provider will send you a text message to confirm that the NBN are being contacted for you after a verbal discussion. And before the call. Plus REAL NBN know your name and address.../1
