@NBN_Australia Did you even read my tweet? It has nothing to do with Telstra or their service and everything to do with you guys giving rural australia no upgrades to the infastructure. My node is 1km away and it's on old copper wire. Nothing they can do about it.

@NBN_Australia really disappointing service today - appointment confirmed no less than 4 times and then when I ring @Telstra told NBN technician not coming. No communication and now have to wait another week for appointment? How can this be? Service?

@Steen_Dr At the moment, we are unable to identify what's causing your issue as we're not detecting any fault. You may try doing a hard reset on your NBN Box to refresh it to see if this will help with your issue. 1/2 -Mel

@NBN_Australia My internet has been up and down all day. Always seems to happen when it’s wet and windy in #Melbourne, which happens a lot. Any chance you could weatherproof it please?

@NBN_Australia it seems our while building nbn is down since last 12 hours. It says unplanned incident. Website also suggest no ETA.

NBN outage 16min and counting. Though it doesn't appear on the ISP or NBN site. AFAIK NBN site only shows outage issues after half an hour.

@knightd73 We’ve had a celfi for years but it is still only as good as Telstra’s (lack of) reliability. Satellite NBN a couple of years ago was an improvement. 6m pole to be installed on the house today and hopefully will connect to the fixed wifi network in town. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
