@OrangeFizzer @stufromoz Hehehe dongle. The dongle was a great investment though, we have taken it so many places and just loaded credit on it. In the long term, it’s very $$$ but Telstra took pity on me and the NBN issues at the old place so I have a giant data plan (180GB for $65) on my phone.

@Telstra After a few cracks of thunder on Friday afternoon, my NBN service is down, my 4g router is working intermittently, and I have been told someone will come and check the problems on 11th October. Why the delay? Will I get a refund in my subscription?

@OrangeFizzer @stufromoz Yeah, no dramas. We actually stopped using NBN at the old place because it was so bad after years of proper cable so we switched to a 4G internet modem. We also have a spare Telstra dongle anyway, it’s just expensive.

@calebtweetss Hi, there's currently no reports of an outage in your area. Our tests on your connection shows that we're not detecting your NBN Box, can you please check if all cables connected to it are plugged in and that it is turned on? -Mel
