@BelongAU It has been at least a week waiting for the NBN appointment but we were supposed to be contacted within 2 days as there was an issue with it. Created support tickets and no one replied within 24 hours. What's going on?

  • matty_wilkins Matt Wilkins (@matty_wilkins) reported

@NBN_Australia a technician changed something outside our house yesterday and have been without internet since. Have been told earliest is Tuesday so we are without internet all long weekend. Incident: INC300003255171

@broadcastappeal Yes, there’s a real risk that could go badly. I wonder what the real reason for going for the cheapskate vaccine was. Yes we have some issues for more remote aussies. But 90% of us live on the coastal strips near major cities. It’s like the cheapskate nbn.

@MeckeringBoy Back to the future. The original NBN WAS FTTP LNP took Australia on a pointless and staggeringly expensive FTTN detour Pointless because the speeds are crap, and because private companies could easily have done FTTN Malcom Turnbull had smartest guy in the room syndrome

  • Cruedevil Sir Dave 'Cruedevil' (@Cruedevil) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

@JenniferIHart @deemadigan @NBN_Australia We got our first month free under the terms of "enjoy trouble-free Internet" which we didn't, due to the dodgy connection in the pit. Only got a call-out when we went to the TIO.

  • davispg Paul (@davispg) reported

Hi @Telstra, Have tried multiple times to call 132200 today regarding dropouts withy business NBN since Telstra did work on the line 3 days ago. To no avail. They either hang-up or pick-up and I can hear the back office chatter yet no operator. That’s one way to game call stats!

I would give anything to be off the @NBN_Australia, the most unreliable service @TurnbullMalcolm could possibly have devised, useless, the both of them. Please, give me back ADSL.
