@vogrady2132 My ADSL service will be switched off in November. have to choose one or another NBN provider. TPG offers cheapest all-you-can-eat plan. Not for my mobile. Home internet.

@driv3r What I've been able to discern is that it's probably not NBN maintenance at all. My ISP notified me ahead of time about outage, citing maintenance. I now discover its power line maintenance, all day. Power company? Said nothing.

@BelindaJones68 As successful as the fibre to the node NBN, but lets hope the spread of covid out of nsw is as slow as the peak hour download speed of the NBN

@NBN_Australia Thank you for your reply. I contacted my service provider TPG and they are saying they have requested for pre order of HFC box on my behalf to NBN in March 2021. But still waiting to hear from you guys... looks like this will continue for ever... @TPG_Telecom

@NBN_Australia Hi @NBN_Australia I understand these issues may effect the speed. But that's ridiculous. We've never had speed that slow. And we paying hard earned money for speed and connection as promised. On a bad day might be about 15 to 20 Mbps which is fine. But 1.5 is terrible
