@Jana92038429 Hi Jana, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

  • sewviolets Judy (@sewviolets) reported

@edmund59 @RavenZech2 It’s a lot better than it used to be. I remember how bad it was in the old days before nbn when there was no save function and if you couldn’t get enough speed to upload yiu just started again

  • KillerQuoll Andrew (@KillerQuoll) reported

@VoicesofKooyong @HaydenJOConnor $40 Billion of hard earned taxpayer dollars down the drain, to companies that didn’t lose money. That’s more than the cost of the NBN and we’ll be paying for it for the rest of our lives!

We know the NBN is an abject failure - colleague in Blacktown is frequently dropped from meetings, broadcasts & delivering training. Dept of Education sites in Liverpool have zero mobile coverage, poor internet. For too long providers have gotten away with substandard delivery

  • RaymondPierreL3 Raymond Pierre Léonard (@RaymondPierreL3) reported

@ALeighMP We must also note that fiber to the premises is only a part of the solution towards a better NBN, the network comprises many components and all of these need to be upgraded, whether conduits, towers and antena, end devices and exchange equipment.

@NBN_Australia Well I would if my #Telstra mobile signal was robust enough

  • LornArtcraft Lorn Art Craft (@LornArtcraft) reported

@jacinta_lee3 @nbnnews @HNEHealth NBN is part of Nine network or are the network studios reporting different stats? Now that would mislead the public.

  • jaredquinn Jared Quinn (@jaredquinn) reported

@hazchem @redambition I hear loads of good things about Aussie from lots of other technical folks... I've just never had to suffer the @NBN_Australia network, thankfully.
