    @NBN_Australia Why has there been 5 outages in the span of 3 weeks at my address? One planned outage followed by 4 unplanned. Getting beyond a joke now.

    @pikkkkaro The wifi will only improve if the internet connections are better. So the problem is the nbn network cable & fibre optics not the wifi.

    @NBN_Australia idk if this is an NBN issue or my ISP issue but since about Tuesday my internet witch has FTTP all of the sudden became slow and I can’t even look up anything sometimes and my internet hasn’t been like that since I got FTTP.

    Agaiinnnnnnn @Telstra again. A war widow with a serious heart condition without the use of her phone because of an nbn outage. But how does that affect the mobile phone useage Youre the absolute worst company. She feels cut off from the world. But hey she has the internet

    @Sarah59321051 I've just got my home internet with them and dealing with them has always been great in terms of tech support, new setups, liaising with NBN, network outages, price rise communication, etc.
