@NBN_Australia Just so everyone also can see, you did not resolve my query over DM. Your team just simply told me to contact my ISP while my ISP told me to contact you, despite my ISP giving me an NBN incident number. U still couldn't answer

@Telstra With the new development of 117 dwellings down the road I don't think you have or will upgrade the infrastructure to cope with this as I do not think developers have to pay you or the NBN to deliver to the site as already existing, but needs upgrading, bandwidth.

@NBN_Australia Hahaha!! It has zero to do with my in-home installation but good on you for shirking responsibility, yet again. Your 'engineer' screwed up, as always, so now another one has to come out to 'fix' the issue. How much tax payer money does each of these appointments cost?

The lightning strike yesterday that took down my power and NBN temporarily also destroyed the HDMI port of one of my Foxtel iq boxes. Composite video (oh god how did we live with that in the past?) shows the box is working fine, just the HDMI out is dead.

Contacted @Telstra on Saturday to upgrade our NBN plan. It'll be upgraded within 24 hours they said. It's now been 120 hours, and nothing. Contacted Telstra. You need to put in a complaint before we can talk to you about it. #Useless

@GreenJ @Telstra @NBN_Australia Telstra let us know that NBN fibre to the house was now possible for us. Woo hoo. While the speeds can be faster at times, I am very much over the "Dad, the internet is not working" shout outs. I am neither an IT fixit fellow, nor customer service at Telstra/NBN.

@NBN_Australia Yes, I have done that. As I said a second 'engineer' is going out to fix the first ones mistakes. $$$
