@Telstra Cancel my in flite order for nbn with your horrible company! It's been 8 weeks. Joke Ohh but when you need money there are people working after 5pm, conveniently.

  • foogu Ying (@foogu) reported

@Telstra having problem with nbn connection, both your phone and chat not working. How?

  • AngryNana4 AngryNana 🐀🐀🐀 (@AngryNana4) reported

@magicpoet01 Shocking service. Loose with the truth when selling you products. Don’t even get me started on the NBN debacle. Suspend your acct without warning & it can take days to get it back. The work time I’ve spent on OS call centres trying to fix BASIC problems would tally up to weeks.

  • Dutchy6i0 Dutchy (@Dutchy6i0) reported

@Optus My NBN internet has been dropping out every 2-3 minutes. Any help?

  • nqwatcher Shorty (@nqwatcher) reported

The #LNP for the last 8 years, have destroyed the #NBN, gutted services to the bush, destroyed womens support service & killed off business so the banks are also outta there. What exactly @ScottMorrisonMP is your Govt actually providing for this bullshit policy? 6K? Piss off

  • coyahoga Captn Evil supports all sewer rats! (@coyahoga) reported

@NBN_Australia You’re kidding right. Skymuster is useless. Ping is >500ms. No gaming, no streaming. NBN is even more useless than the current government. I will never use NBN again. An outmoded system run by incompetent people.

  • beourmate MATE (@beourmate) reported

@Kantankers @Dan05266241 nbn infrastructure in Civic (ACT) is down. Engineers are on-site as we speak trying to rectify the issue, but as this is an unplanned outage, no ETA has been provided as yet. We will advise as soon as we receive further updates.

  • MazzyJ MazzyJ🌺🧝‍♀️🐱🐱🦄 (@MazzyJ) reported

Also the NBN is ****. Had no choice had to get FTTN. It was slower than dial-up. So after my 12 month contract was up I got a netgear dongle. So much better than LNPs NBN.

  • AndreasDalman Andreas Dalman (@AndreasDalman) reported

@mjrowland68 @GregHuntMP I don't know why we are surprised given the track record with NBN, census, Service NSW data breaches.... LNP government + IT = #LNPfail Spend what is needed on IT; not the place to cut corners in the modern world.

  • michaelpearson2 Michael Pearson (@michaelpearson2) reported

@oc_schmidney @NBN_Australia NBN Co is set to be fined $13.50 per business day - capped at $270 - for late or delayed connections to its network, and up to $30 a day - capped at $1150 - for slow fault fixes, under sweeping new service standards proposed today.
