    @Optus . NBN installed today. Still not able to receive telephone calls. NBN technician advised to contact optus if not working after two hours

    @TelstraEnt The most terable and useless service is Telstra NBN and to get support from Telstra you have to wait trogugh the phone sometime 30 minutes very bad service

    Hi @Telstra my nbn connection dies temporarily again, and still my "smart" modem doesn't kick over to 4G as promised. Why does this keep happening? Remote service repair from last time still didn't fix it.
