@Telstra There’s No outage, I was on the phone for 2 hours on hold before giving up, then tried the chat they said the resolved it and haven’t replied. The nbn isn’t working here for some reason and now the back up is so slow it’s not working

@Telstra With respect, the issue is not account contacts. The issue is that Telstra keeps canceling our @NBN_Australia order and nobody will take responsibility. FIVE weeks and 3 cancelled orders so far...

@mipearson @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB the frustrating thing is this is not a cherry picker job, its a confidence in handling wires job (I have seen telstra and power people up there no problems)

@Monbrook1 Our Nbn has died last week in heat and storms so relying on Telstra which might put more pressure on that service. Pretty hard to run a business with no internet. Probably better service in India! #nbnfail

@Telstra It is a sad day when @Telstra disconnects the internet and phones for a Dental practice and tells them can't reconnect them. The recourse Sorry so sad you will have to wait 3-4 weeks until you get the NBN for your phone and Internet service to be restored. Seriously!?
