  • 8TheCookie Matt Cook (@8TheCookie) reported

@Telstra currently no 4g connection and my nbn is a blazing 130kbps, current outage at 4205?

  • PerfectStormo Tim Norman 2077 (@PerfectStormo) reported

@LapTop006 @MachineLordZero Yeah the main issue I have with it is the phone lines in this building date to the 1960s and the connection from the NBN to them is a series of wires from an NBN box to a rusty old PSTN box that doesn't close properly.

  • Bob2u Two Bob (@Bob2u) reported

@SabaTheEagle But if something goes wrong is it any quicker to get the issue fixed , doesn't it all go to NBN

  • SilkCharm Laurel Papworth (@SilkCharm) reported

Sorry, I had to stop the livestream - the @Telstra @NBN_Australia connection is too rough. It switches between LTE and DSL every few minutes, some kind of management server handshake issues - hopefully will be fixed later this week. xxxx #livestream

  • superheroesmum B. (@superheroesmum) reported

@OldCroaky @rob_mcknight @Telstra Same here! We had major NBN issues during lockdown and couldn’t speak to a real person to resolve them so we changed providers to fix it! Telstra are the worst fit try to help fix a problem, the auto bot hangs up on you all the time. 👎🏻

  • AnthonyDrmic Anthony Drmic (@AnthonyDrmic) reported

@burntim But my ISP says its NBN and NBN wont fix it🤡

  • powermad000 Peter B (@powermad000) reported

Welcome 2021! Unfortunately @NBN_Australia outages in 5038 continuing from 2020. Two cancelled tech visits, no updates to our ISP, outage page useless. Time to look to 4G or fixed wireless... NBN HFC not fit for purpose.

  • J0NSEY_ Jonsey (@J0NSEY_) reported

@AnthonyDrmic Like I had issues before and I have nbn but I’m through telstra so Telstra said the only thing they can do is send a worker who deals with nbn out to check what sort of problems it could be

  • AnthonyDrmic Anthony Drmic (@AnthonyDrmic) reported

Can someone explain to me how NBN can just refuse to fix ongoing and known issues. Like who do I call to actually have something done.

  • BeanzieJones Beanzie 🇦🇺 (@BeanzieJones) reported

@AusAntiLeft We moved April 2019 & there was an issue with the Foxtel service moving over immediately due to NBN connection- long story short I had a bundle thing, anyway couldn’t be bothered with waiting so cancelled it. I don’t even miss it, plus I save an exorbitant 70 bucks a month!
