@NBN_Australia I can only ever get 60 Mbps down where I live and will only ever get 60 while I still have a copper line to my house. I would pay $150 a month to get 1Gbps download speeds on fibre but no I have to pay a $110 and only get ever at best 60 on FTTN because NBN couldn't care less.

@NBN_Australia your technician came out today to fix it and did nothing sat there havin a coffee and didn't fix anything just made it worse

@andy_penn #Telstra lost a customer of many years last week. Increased my #nbn plan by $20pm and dropped the speed. I was with another provider within a few hours and getting the same speed for $30 less per month.

@GeoffField I’ve had 1-2 dropouts (of about 2 mins each) a day for the last week. Called Exetel who told me the line was unstable and bumped it up to NBN (Sydney west here)

@NBN_Australia Our property should never have been wireless, because it's right on the lower borderline of signal strength. So our service struggles when there's high demand, and should probably have been satellite all along. But we can't afford the changeover. (2/3)

@NBN_Australia Thank you for getting back to me. Your website doesn’t note any outage and yet the NBN box is constantly having issues. My provider is working fine cause when the NBN box connects (10min then drops again) my internet works really well.
