Alright. I think that's the home network and NBN all set up

@NBN_Australia This is beyond frustrating. For a solid week, the connection in my area has been up and down. No warning, no future 'Planned Maintenance' warnings, until the net goes down and then it magically appears on the site. What is going on? Postcode: 4104

Anyone recommend a better #NBN service than @telstra? They seem to think its ok to raise the price of an unchanged service quality every year, failing to provide adequate explanation for the further ripping off of customers.

@Telstra Great. That's a great customer experience when the whole of Sydney, indeed the majority of the east coast is in lockdown. Did anyone at this telecommunications company think to *communicate* with us before cutting us off? I attempted to change to the NBN about 8 weeks ago /2

@gabriellechan We had the same issues until the NBN tower went up, though everything went out for over a month when the the fires took out the entire network, power and mobiles. That was quite a time. Now looking at a range of solutions for the whole community.

@Telstra How do you expect customers pay the bill without sending proper bill? One staff member says it is $11000 and when questioned I get email to pay $5400. How does the customer know what is billed? #nototelstra #poorcustomerservice #NBN

Never had so many issues with a home phone for a 90 year old since nbn installed. They are dependant on this service, Priority Assist but they wouldn't be able to work the technology if someone didn't come over to help them. Useless for an emergency. @NBN_Australia @Telstra

@haamfish @NBN_Australia During the rain it seems fine. Wind however is an issue.

@willdownsunder I can’t wait for my 2nd jab so that I can cancel my NBN and run solely on 5G at home. My reception from jab one isn’t much of an improvement. If I gotta stay indoors, I want gigabit pornhub.
