  • IMHO_oz IMHO_Oz (@IMHO_oz) reported

@NBN_AUSTRALIA Now that I have calmed down. Starting at 0100 Saturday 28/11 and finishing Sunday 29/11 at least 3 outages of 3+hours, just as I was trying to move customers from one web server to another remotely. NBN is the most unreliable service. Going 5G asap!

@wc1756 @Telstra It’s the NBN that’s third world and all carriers have no choice. Question for me is. Why does Telstra have third world service and support?

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@Tam_A_Le If they require further assistance, your provider has direct access to our nbn support team who can advise of any updates relating to a disruption with your service. Sometimes we unavoidably must take part of the network out of service while we rollout in certain areas. 2/3

Ah @NBN_Australia - gotta love any system where one typo can clobber a business-critical Internet service and it’s not simply reversible. People make mistakes. Any system that doesn’t take this into account is broken AF.

  • bobillingworth Robin Illingworth (@bobillingworth) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi Natalie. I’ve heard nothing and the status is the same. Really not sure where to take this next? Don’t reply to emails. Don’t return phone calls. It’s a really sad level of service and care when this was all pitched as a giant leap into the next century.

@binuvp We don't have access to the systems where service providers lodge faults they go straight to our nbn support team and this nbn team is only contactable by service providers. 2/3

@NBN_Australia nbn has been down for approx 36 hours in clayton. We've tried contacting out network provider and tried troubleshooting too. It's a real inconvenience with the end of semester exams going on. Any timeline on when it will he fixed?

  • AshBurmeister AshBurmeister (@AshBurmeister) reported

@NBN_Australia an "unplanned incident" notice has been on your site for my area for over 18 hours with no details as to when you'll have it fixed. Where can I get this info? ISP says it's an NBN issue, not theirs.
