@alecatmew @AmyElegantress I have FTTC and issues with it cutting out whenever it rains, the pits have pretty much zero waterproofing so the slightest bit of moisture seems to short out connections. Power cycling my NBN box seems to fix it, but the new connection often drops pretty quickly afterwards.

@ALeighMP @DanConifer Chronic underperformance from LNP sabotaged NBN capacity has cost AU biz, EDU and GOV platforms who rely on basic benchmarks of capability. i.e. students doing on line exams constant 'outage' every 10 mins for up to 5 mins have hard work intentionally corroded by LNP elite policy

This is what passes as service in the 21st century. @NBN_Australia are immune from complaints because we have no relationship with them even though this delay in fixing it is absolutely their fault.

@Telstra After my initial contact I churned my NBN even though I was only toying with the idea, and now I just want to take all my products elsewhere - if this is the new standard of Telstra customer support.

@cambo5157 NBN should be simple. Shut it down completely and start over. And maybe revise the millions of dollars in bonuses.
