We made a complaint with @Telstra that was closed without contacting us, and support staff have hung up on us multiple times after telling us "not our problem." And @NBN_Australia technicians have multiple times refused to attend as "the problem was resolved"

Hey @Telstra and @NBN_Australia, can you fix the internet at my place? Speeds of less than 1Mb/s for 3 months with dropouts so constant that it can't be used anyway, after a year of less 8Mb/s on a 50Mb/s line. We are being ignored while continuing to pay for our service

@billymac_tshirt Your NBN service will be on a set monthly payment meaning you know exactly what you pay each month. In other words you can set and forget and not worry about late payment fees or payment processing fees. Kartik

@Joton_ @The8thFit @NBN_Australia This is hopeless..Paying for a service that doesn’t actually work. The “during business hours” thing is a joke - How about everyone who’s own “business hours” are affected because something impacting a whole suburb can’t get escalated enough to pay someone a few bucks extra…

Why are there so many NBN outages in the inner west of Sydney? It’s a dreadful service particularly when the internet is essential to so many day to day activities and working from home!!! #nbnoutage #telstra @nbn @telstra

@Optus Users on your NBN service can’t seem to resolve to certain websites. One I can’t access is hosted by Webflow and has Fastly as the CDN. Is there a known DNS issue impacting NBN subscribers? Confirmed with multiple other subscribers.
