@Telstra Access initially for a limit if 12 months then the last email had no limit stated. Telstra still hasn’t given me 5g access. I have complained about @Telstra cocking up my transition to NBN, but they aren’t interested. But @Telstra masters “we’re here to help Dm us” then…

@Telstra It was cause we didn’t have nbn to the home and it got suspended. We got the modem sent so just waiting on it. I never got any warning that it was going to be suspended though, so just curious if you gave a warning or something a while back?

I get that network infrastructure needs regular maintenance but @NBN_Australia carrying out planned maintenance from 7am to 3pm on a Monday seems pretty badly timed. Usually maintenance happens overnight & lots of us are still WFH. Today is going to suck.

@iiNet Hi. I've been struggling with persistent dropouts in NBN service ever since I moved into a new house. I work from home and NBN FTTP is my only option. Multiple visits from NBN and IINET techs. No fix. Can anyone help?

@TPG_Telecom passive aggressive texts telling to to check the NBN outage site are never welcome. Doubly so when I DID check the site TWO HOURS AGO when I first requested a callback!
