@trickyidnego @Magpie1954nBird @Telstra Dad was dying of cancer. Mum had dementia. I had been doing all their admin - paying bills, shopping etc, so never tought to ask or check. It turned out they had already been shifted to phone only plan on NBN fibre, (terminal box was in garage) Dad didn't think to mention/forgot.

@Telstra I’m not at my friend place their internet service was down entire day yesterday it was using Back Up 4G Speed 20mbps download 1mbps upload while Telstra NBN in my place is very slow as well I got 150mbps spose to have 250mbps.

@Aussie_BB Your tech support and NBN technicians have been bouncing me between each other for months to no end, and my internet keeps disappearing for a whole day every few weeks

@NBN_Australia You obviously didn’t read my tweet. I have contacted them. It’s intermittent. The line test always comes up OK. They’ve tried to talk to you. You won’t accept the service request or talk. This is a well known issue. Thousands of people impacted apparently. Please own the problem.

@nataliesmilan That would frustrate me too, Natalie. If you are having service issues it's best to speak to your provider. They will be able to test the line to check for faults. If the fault is with nbn they will let us know and we will work hard to fix it. Let us know how you go. Thanks, Amy

@techAU Having listened to the reviews on the Vergecast, I highly doubt this is a competitor to NBN. Latency and connection issues are rife from all the reviews I've seen. I'll stick to my FTTP connection thanks.
