Mustafa Jones (@mustafa__jones) reported@SkullSpeedDeal I called Optus support the other day. The Indian guy on the phone literally couldn’t speak coherent English, misunderstood 5G and NBN, and sounded like he was calling from a scam centre which he probably was. Got escalated to an Aussie girl, problem was immediately solved.

Dayvd Allen (@DayvdAllen69876) reportedHome internet is down, BUT, according to Australia's "Lightning Fast" NBN... There IS no outage... Yeahhhhhhh.... The "Not Online" indicator light says otherwise. Optus are now "confirming" there's a problem... 🙄

The Last Dragon (@TLDragon23) reported@DarrylKerrigan3 @thecoastguy Yeah, it's a losers game in Technology esp. for the Government because it is too slow and too far behind the curve They'll spend all this taxpayer money implementing something that will take too long and cost too much, then something else will be created that will blow it out of the water NBN < Starlink anyone?
-
Ian Clarke (@ianclarkeAU) reported@GusLefty @AJG71 @karlstefanovic QED. This ALP fool doesn’t know Foxtel rolled out and paid for a cable network for far less $/ customer than the NBN. Foxtel: ~$800–$1,100 per premise. NBN: $2,000–$2,750+ per premise.

purana (@purana) reported@AussieWirraway Lucky you, can't even get my mum onto FTTN because of terrible network management by NBN co. They transitioned the street, but didn't think to keep capacity on FTTN for residents in units who cant get anything else..
-
Rob White (@RobWhiteEsp) reported@RennickGBR @RobbieBarwick How much Starlink get because the NBN sucks *****?
-
Rakeau (@rakeau) reported@alexjohnward @ianclarkeAU Separate discussion. The comment targeted NBN specifically. It’s wrong to say that NBN = Bad. It’s not that simple.
-
Kayeos (@Kayeos3) reported@Davemcl70700812 @lesstenny You didn't listen during her speach or read any policies. Clearly stated that the country wouldn't be affected. Other systems can easily be put in place. Besides, majority of farmers have satellite internet because they didn't receive broadband or the NBN. **** you lie a lot.

General Bewbs (@General_Bewbs) reported@Darth_Peachez Genuinely takes me ten hours minimum to download 100gb. It's local news obviously but there's a couple news sites in Australia talking about how a lot of us will be ****** by digital only because of how bad our NBN and wifi still is and how far behind we all are

Mitchell Costin (@mitchell_costin) reported@RobERussell1 @FranMooMoo Yes it is. I did some checking&at the moment I'm better off staying with the NBN network. I have told this to Elon many times, but I never get an answer. Same goes for his paid premium subscription to X. It sounds reasonable in American dollars, but that explodes in our currency.
