    @tanya_plibersek @stemplemanmp Sounds more like you need a surge arrestor on your electrical side rather then an NBN issue.

    @R_Chirgwin Telstra website now updated to say there’s an nbn outage in the area and service won’t be restored until tomorrow evening. Sometimes, living in a futuristic digital wonderland isn’t as fun and convenient as they promised us.

    2/2 We are already preventing brand new business ideas from taking root here - they’re made unviable due to the embarrassing state of our “built and fully operational” NBN network. Now, we’re at risk of driving old businesses out as well. #auspol

    @Optus Hi again, just to update on my NBN connection, Rob. It did indeed finally work, using the DSL cable to an extremely dodgy and ancient wall socket. However, the signal strength is very low and we are getting frequent messages while watching Fetch TV that bandwidth is low.

    @Telstra Yes.. two tech did at different times. One to bring the nbn connection box and another to fix a problem that occurred

    I put off being connected to the #nbn thinking all the initial problems I had heard about would have been sorted out. Waited 2 weeks for #nbn to call (no problems). The #nbn guy came, told me everything in perfect order, except one thing, I cant connect to internet.
