@NBN_Australia we do that…nothing new in the pits - certainly explains why slow speeds.

  • ramonaitoldyou Cait Brown (@ramonaitoldyou) reported

@TPG_Telecom experiencing internet issues in Belfield, NSW. checked NBN site and it said no outages detected, so is TPG down in that area or something? really difficult to WFH at the moment!

  • margaretthrosby Margaret Throsby💉💉 (@margaretthrosby) reported

@PaulFletcherMP how do I get @Telstra internet service restored when they palm off responsibility to you for disconnecting my service? They say because of NBN it will take days. Quick to disconnect, days to reconnect. Hopeless “service”.

@ChiengJoshua It's really weird that I can post and see posts, but can't load images on here... and my mobile seems to be having no issues connecting, just my nbn...

  • andy_penn Andrew Penn (@andy_penn) reported

All of the major nbn providers have had issues with this process and we haven’t always notified customers of their speeds or their options when we should have. Speaking for Telstra, we have never deliberately tried to mislead a customer about their nbn speeds.

@NBN_Australia I got a text saying you’re doing schedule maintenance in our area on 19/8. Please please please please can you fix the pole connections as it drops out every single time it’s windy. Please please please can you do this as part of your visit.

@TPG_Telecom I just upgraded to 250Mbps unlimited #FTTP #NBN for the incredible discounted rate of $99.99 per month. Even if @Telstra could match the speed, they'll never come close with the data, the cost, or the customer service.

Shoutout all the idiots working at @Optus and @NBN_Australia for the amazing internet tonight :) waited over an hour and still no internet. Get your **** together

  • EnergiserX EnergiserX (@EnergiserX) reported

@Aenemus @NBN_Australia Is it 100Mbps, to 500Mbps? 500Mbps to 1Gbps? Show us the expected distribution? I live in the 3rd largest city in NSW, and have never been able to get 50. After this upgrade you're trying to make me believe that a 20x improvement is possible... while only guaranteeing 2x.

Anyone else on Optus NBN essentially down despite having limited connection to select sites? #nbn
