@BitrueOfficial I worked for a company who didn’t pay me my 6 weeks wages whilst working away from home For nbn fibre optic network in Tasmania, Australia.he kept telling me next week or an excuse then he shut his company down and disappeared. So I missed the low #Ada prices.Let me win my wage

  • Josephcoinstag Josephco.instagram (@Josephcoinstag) reported

@iinet so 7 days (and many hours on phone) without internet after transferring from adsl to nbn..All because of misinformation from iiNet about a modem that I specifically asked about before I requested the transfer. 2 questions: how you going fix this? Why are you charging me?

  • TrjnRabbit Adam Wells but unironically tired (@TrjnRabbit) reported

@NBN_Australia You do understand that when you reply with a copy/paste response that does not address my complaint, you are only making things worse, right? I sincerely do not understand what the point of your team is. You do not help, you do not have the tools to help.

  • jschew1 Jonathan Chew (@jschew1) reported

How many days does it take to get a call back if you ring @NBN_Australia ? 20 business days apparently I am told. For a call back, not to actually address the problem.

  • CaponeField MrCapone (@CaponeField) reported

@NBN_Australia My FttN connection is slow as to be useless. The best speed it can achieve is like 30 down.

  • AdamLabadi Adam Labadi (@AdamLabadi) reported

@Iainentertained @hexsteph @NBN_Australia I’m upgrading from FTTN > FTTP. It was my only option no Fixed Wireless, no 5G coverage, poor 4G reception, given I’ve worked from home for the last 8 years I’m thinking it’s a tax deduction and a spend on the saved commute expenses.

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@lepparda Oh, that would annoy me too, Adrian! Have you reported this to our provider? The only way nbn can identify an address/ area that requires fault rectification, maintenance, or upgrade is when it's logged by providers to their nbn support teams. 1/2

  • Bushscrubs Vince Steele - Artist/Cartoonist (@Bushscrubs) reported

@BethanyinCBR Removed parts of the fast portion of the NBN so it doesn't actually reach anyone's house? Slowed down Australia Post to make it look like the more expensive priority service is faster? They seem to think it's for the good of the country, or at least, they'd like us to think that.

  • TrjnRabbit Adam Wells but unironically tired (@TrjnRabbit) reported

Two and a half hours in to my outage, a technician has been dispatched to look into things. Somehow the estimated downtime of three hours does not seem believable. Maybe the @NBN_Australia should've been made out of more than random pieces of string.

  • VexedForest Vexed Forest (@VexedForest) reported

@NBN_Australia Others in my area have different providers but are experiencing the same issues. The common factor here is NBN.
