In order to have a telephone line, telstra told me that they can simply connect it to my NBN. Which I don't have - and can never have because it seems that my place doesn't exist, even though I *was* being billed by them for the phone line that was at this address:(

  • MirabeauQ Didier Q Mirabeau II (@MirabeauQ) reported

@bruce_haigh While we trip over the governments current incompetence on quarantine, climate change, aged care and vaccinations, spare a thought for their total and complete **** up of the NBN which has set back Australian communications for years. They have to go!

  • GabertPhilippe Philippe (@GabertPhilippe) reported

@NBN_Australia Well, I was not the developer nor the builder so.. too late. 12weeks is just crazy long. There should be a way to fast track applications for new residents in our (neighbours and us) situation. 1 objective of NBN is better cust. service but clearly it’s not true. @PaulFletcherMP

@anzacthedog Hi Frances, we're here to help get to the bottom of what's going on. Are you using a Vodafone nbn or 4G Home Internet service?

  • tweets3rdeye Sandy Watson (@tweets3rdeye) reported

@RandaltsRandal 1. The NBN will never contact you, only your Retailer can (say if in your situation Telstra) 2. If you (or you son) reported a connection problem, your Retailer, if necessary, will contact the NBN themselves and then get back to you with the outcome (eg problem was a NBN issue).

  • 96Mrbsa Stuart Bland (@96Mrbsa) reported

@OpusTerry @beer_nun I can't recall the finer detail, but I had exactly the same issue a couple of/few years ago. It had something to do with the NBN using land titles/subdivision plot nos rather than actual addresses. Good luck.
