My ISP tells me "Foxtel service is being removing (sic) as NBN service is getting provisioned all over Australia." Coincidentally Foxtel last week offered free installation of satellite dish and upgraded set-top box if I ditched my cable service. Something's up.

Does anybody know when and if @NBN_Australia will revive "technology choice"? The fact that they were overwhelmed says a lot. I'm about to be stuck with HFC, may have a terrible impact on my ability to work from home. #NBN

@NBN_Australia Is anyone else having issues getting an NBN box set up/nbn appointment through their provider? Set up my internet over a week ago and still keep getting the same response saying “we can’t organise a time as NBN’s scheduling service isn’t working at the moment”

@ozcjr @Rachel_Organa So we can't get NBN here. South Brisbane/West End fibre situation is a bit of a **** show. We've been on 4G Broadband with Optus. Speeds have been a bit shifty but lately ATROCIOUS & tech support at Optus pretty much just told us to tap out.

@Kynes99 @parker_vmg3 Our ISP recently slowed our 40/100 HFC connection to 20/100, or I had to pay $20/m more for the old speed. BTW, the exact same part numbers are on replaced components as what was installed 20yr ago and it still goes down when windy/raining... 😳 #NBN #auspol

@startrack we’ve missed a delivery and the online missed delivery portal is not working. This is just an Arris box for the NBN - the internet company really let us down. I need it urgently. Call centre can’t tell me where it is. Please help.
