@km01 @australian It'll be great but will never happen. Ever. Not with our population size, dispersion and distance between population centres. And land purchase costs unless they do an nbn and just put high speed rail to wherever is convenient but not to necessarily to where it's needed.

@NBN_Australia Jo, you're doing exactly what the service provider got as a reply about the ticket from @NBN_Australia. Lip service doesn't fix a problem, neither does ignoring it. The town is sub 600 people... congestion is not a problem and your good will won't help the problem either.

@NBN_Australia Have reported already. Case dealt with. But nothing suggests to me that the technician was called out over the disrespect shown to my property. Oh- and before all of this happened I had stayed home an entire day waiting for a technician who never arrived. Don’t start me! 😤

  • gergnz Greg Cockburn (@gergnz) reported

@NBN_Australia I've had the NCD replaced due to the lightning issue before so would be great to get an option soon so I have minimal down time when it happens again. (Of course moving to FttP would be even better)

@NBN_Australia Hello. Thanks for response. Apparently, NBN FFTC does not support the use of mesh modems like Google Nest. Apparently, VLAN is the technical limitation. It’s very frustrating.

  • Peterfilmphoto Peter (@Peterfilmphoto) reported

@Telstra #NBN EXTREMELY poor reliability over the last few days in south west Brisbane - people need to work from home here, what’s doing?!

  • SaturniusMons Shane (@SaturniusMons) reported

NBN goes down.. /me reaches for the phone Now who's got no internet me NBN breaker person

  • AllanSeymour1 🔥💧😷Scotty: I only hold a pose, mate 😷💧🔥 (@AllanSeymour1) reported

@Harclubs1 Yes, you'd think that the NBN management would be to blame for the technical issues. Perhaps the bonuses for exceptional competency should be paid back. However the ****** internet, lack of fibre to the home, I blame on the LNP & our last 3 PM's.

  • LoquaciousBling Loquacious Bling (@LoquaciousBling) reported

@AngryLevantine Nope. Sadly NbN’s private funding has mostly dried up. They always had big issues and were never any match for the power of the @JewishAgency to stymie Aliyah, but still.

  • lungdoge Charles (@lungdoge) reported

@NBN_Australia Honestly, I just moved in and I've already been on the phone to them for a collective 5+ hours, not keen to sit on hold again for another hour. Can't you lodge a complaint on my behalf given the information I've provided?
