@jendudley @POTRM @dailytelegraph We live in bushfire prone area. Whole street evacuated 2012 raging fire in our area. Mobile signal appalling have to walk outside onto the road for signal. Power outage means no nbn plus no landline. Dangerous situation when no emergency warnings can reach us. Central Coast #nbn

@NBN_Australia I hope, for your sake, that you've realised encoding Arris boxes to a singular address, and not permanently fixing them to their location, is a ******* **** idea and that future boxes will be able to move. A month and a half for computer chips. *******.

Love that my NBN modem has a 4G SIM in it for when the NBN is regularly down. Hate that my house doesn’t get 4G reception, ever.

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia We wont get FTTP till 2022, still running off the old Copper Wires because our town doesn't have FibreOptics yet. @NBN_Australia Service is slow and drops out. Hurry up with the upgrades!

@NBN_Australia According to that link, which I’ve checked multiple times this past week, there are no issues. Unfortunately @Telstra are next to impossible to contact now because I would very much like to report it and get it sorted. I guess my next step is changing providers?

  • stuffraymakes Ray (@stuffraymakes) reported

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia I hate how we have to fight for a substandard service

  • KingCalmette Calmette Lahoud (@KingCalmette) reported

@Telstra Is the worst company I have requested NBN 3 months ago they gave me a time and day I waited all day and the technician did not show up and did not contact me. So 3 months later I received a robo call saying today is last day and the service will get disconnected ****.

@NBN_Australia intermittent for 3 days. Working from home is a nightmare. Please fix pronto. (Coorparoo QLD 4151)

  • Babar_82 Babar Thaheem (@Babar_82) reported

Hey @Telstra I waited in line for 45 mins to get my internet working and the line dropped or the agent hung up. This is ridiculous now I have to call again and do this during working hours ! Your NBN service has been down since morning.

@iinet so 7 days (and many hours on phone) without internet after transferring from adsl to nbn..All because of misinformation from iiNet about a modem that I specifically asked about before I requested the transfer. 2 questions: how you going fix this? Why are you charging me?
