@NBN_Australia @Telstra Also, you should tell @telstra to tell their overseas call centre technicians not to tell the customer to call nbn co to sort out their problems.

  • philofficer29 Phillip (@philofficer29) reported

@mppfister @darylgibson @davidbewart I said it at the time. Largest waste of opportunity since the NBN. These people never get their comeuppance. Now a trade advisor. FFS!

  • earthtomaddie Maddie ✨ (@earthtomaddie) reported

@ludobadman The worst part is once the NBN is connected, I then have to connect with a provider and wait for a modem to arrive before I can use the internet uhhh

  • MiaFerreira MiaFerreira (@MiaFerreira) reported

Imagine moving house in 2021, amid a global pandemic, where most people are still working from home, and finding out that @NBN_Australia is having equipment shortages and connection issues and will be unable to get you online for 58 - 60 days... #nbnfail @Optus

  • TandonSnigdha Snigdha Tandon (@TandonSnigdha) reported

@BelongAU - My new NBN box is not working for the last 2 days and no one from your team who has responded to my service request. case ID: 03450414. Please contact urgently as it is impacting my work.

  • kiwilark Andrew Lark (@kiwilark) reported

@NBN_Australia Really, you think we didn't do that? They say to speak to the NBN. But you just hang-up on callers. And the Ombudsman won't deal with NBN complaints. Which means you get to do nothing which is pretty much what you are doing here.

  • MarkBrooksDodd Mark Dodd (@MarkBrooksDodd) reported

And this complaint isn't even about the complete disaster that was the @NBN_Australia roll-out at my parent's place. It's so dull, boring, time-consuming and everyone knows that NBN sucks - so I won't bother. No, the central issue I want to look at the humble email account.

  • Larunda_FPG Cameron (@Larunda_FPG) reported

Housemate and I, plus my neighbour, are kind of at the end of our tether. The landlord hasn't been forcoming about our internet connection. They claimed to have paid NBN over New Years. I gave them a month before asking for a "Ready for Service date". The agent hasn't replied.

@Telstra I've been trying to get my office hooked up to the NBN for 2 months now. When are you going to show some customer service and sort this out?

  • pracconnect Aʟᴀɴ FiᴛᴢGᴇʀᴀʟᴅ - Practice Connections Advisory (@pracconnect) reported

@Telstra please stop calling me to tell me there is a problem with my NBN - call me when it is fixed. Also, when you call me, stop asking for my security details: you are calling me from a number on your screen & if I answer, you've reached the correct, intensely annoyed guy...
