@AlboMP NBN connection went down in Derby WA for 5 customers 3 weeks ago. They called my brother at 6am yesterday to cancel their technician. So much for customer service. He still has pay his bills for no service.

@Melstar71 @AlboMP No, fibre would be more reliable. If you had problems with remote school learning, if was probably due to lack of funding and preparedness of your state department. NBN minimum is 12 Mbs, which is slow, but should support two concurrent connections for most services.

The NBN has its issues but there are people out there who think that for their ~$90/month the NBN should teleport them and their PC next to their favourite game's servers.

@geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers

@Bombers83 So you support the rorts. Big savings on rorts pay for NBN upgrades SIMPLE . RUN ALONG GOOSE .

Listening to the principled @AlboMP speak about @AustralianLabor’s plans to fix the NBN, couldn’t help but wonder how newly-minted progressive @TurnbullMalcolm reflects on his crippling of what should have been a world-class rollout.

@AlboMP The NBN is great now it’s rolled out. Most issues stem from propellor heads marketing to a large population who didn’t understand, then leaving installs to ISPs who are traditionally useless at providing support. A lot of issues are inside the home and that’s all on the customer.

The Coalition Govt is a bad Govt, isn’t it. Wrecked two great Labor initiatives for the nation - NBN and a carbon price. Cost: Eye-Watering.

@AlboMP Remote learning with the NBN was a disaster! Crash after crash after crash. Slow slow slow. ADSL would have been more reliable!!!!! #AlboForPM
