@Optus 3 days with <4Mbps internet after the "problem" that wasn't one before was "fixed" by NBN. On hold 56mins while an agent fault finds a fault that wasn't there beforehand, but now is following an unnecessary fix. #CustomerService

@NBN_Australia The next day was the scheduled appt to complete the installation. No one shows up. The previous technician didnt update notes to say the property did not have a blockage. I call multiple times to tell them it's fine. They tell me I have to fix an issue that doesnt exist. 2/3

@NBN_Australia by being hosted on some of the worst internet-working technology on the planet- a patchy mangled mix of privatisated wrecking by several successive Governments that nicked EVERYTHING from our futures and left us with can-string-telephony that breaks when it rains #FreeAssange 🐌

@NBN_Australia No. When I left nbn I made a formal complaint against two individuals in the data space. You did nothing. You ignored my request for a follow up. It was only AFTER these two individuals left you then wanted me to sign non-disclosure agreements to conduct...

@NBN_Australia I am just going to say the this BS is why people hate the NBN so much. Your network is terrible and for many people they don't have any other options. But stuffing your fingers in your ears to ignore the faults and then have the tone-deaf audacity to post "solutions" is terrible.
