Hi Brad, Sorry to intrude, but I came across your NBN welcome letter. since the NBN was installed, it has never worked. Optus say the phone line to house is damaged & must be replaced. so does theNBN tech BUT, a week later, NBN have done nothing about it. Can you help?

Honestly had such an awful experience trying to NBN sorted with Internode. Poor communication, slow response times. Ultimately canceled the service for a more expensive, slower 4G plan. Getting $80 refund, but they are charging me $60 in service fees. **** off.

@zdnetaustralia This is pretty terrible for consumers in South Brisbane. Telstra had asked nbn for an extension of the Velocity network back around March/April because it wasn't ready due to the pandemic.

@NBN_Australia 5th neighbour is now logging a service request. He is an older bloke who "thought it was just my computer" I also just started a new job on Monday, WFH and having video meetings. Not a great look honestly.....

@theage More strain on the broadband network? if the office workers are at home then they are not using broadband at work. Is the NBN that useless?

@bibi2639 Sorry to hear you have lost your services, Bibi. Has this been reported to your provider? They would need to raise a service restoration request to have their nbn support team assist in restoring your services. 1/3

Hate to be the person who whines on Twitter to get customer service but I've tried the usual method without success. I've got big online access issues - two days with many web services inaccessible via multiple devices. Using @TPG_Telecom on @NBN_Australia - who can help?
