@NakeeeZe I’ve got the google mesh wifi man, with NBN Satellite. **** works well. Can game, stream, watch Netflix without issue. I’ve got 4 access points to cover my whole house.

3.5 hours of sleep only to wake up to the internet being down and now I might have to go into the office on a Saturday. I will never forgive the NBN for this

@Telstra can we please have update on NBN outage for Belconnen, ACT. Received a text this morning saying there was an issue but there is no mention of this on the outage page.

@Telstra No, as NBN isn’t available in her area, so she’s still on ADSL, which obviously isn’t working. I assume that it has been escalated for a fix as the underground cable has been looked at by a tech three months ago and just yesterday Grandma spent 3 hours on the phone to @telstra.

@VodafoneAU really pathetic service from your team. First of all I had requested for my NBN connection to be disconnected from 1st January but it was disconnected today itself. Then I was told the connection can not be restored before tomorrow due to nbn profile n stuff. (1/2)

@NBN_Australia I do but clearly there's something wrong on your end if every time rains hard or storm your system goes down There's a fault & no matter how many times your techs come out they clearly miss it. & your communication sucks. U don't talk to each other so same thing happens agsin

@NBN_Australia 2/2 prevent the box from failing. You still end up with the same issue: no service. It would be great to have a spare box on hand for such events. We’re heading into a week of storms and public holidays. Can you send me a spare box for when this one inevitably fails again?
