@NBN_Australia The max DL speed we could possibly get is only 50Mbps due to the distance from the node (FTTN). It's not a problem with the connection or other external factors. The issue is with the infrastructure itself. Hope you speed up your fibre upgrade rollout.

I'm confused which is normal for me. I keep getting messages that the @NBN_Australia is doing upgrades to our local network. This should mean it's getting better right? But I've never had more drop outs than ever before. First world problem I know.😡

@Optus Do you think you could make it any more difficult for me to report an NBN outage? I am jumping through all your hoops but I haven’t actually got to the point of reporting the fault yet. I just want to tell you that the internet is out at Five Dock NSW.

I hate having my internet in 4G backup mode because my primary NBN link died and I have to wait for the tech to arrive. It's better than no internet but streaming TV is pretty bad and work from home on multi GBs of data is impossible
