@NBN_Australia The issue was finally addressed, it is very sad it took 8 days to have this fixed after 3 visits from NBN while the root cause was clearly explained by us.

@Telstra Hi Anto, my neighbour is but I am not. I have been told by nbn techs that they are both optus and telstra cables and they can't remove them. The council won't remove the tree till they are removed so hence why I am trying to get some one to fix the issue.

I realise I’m incredibly privileged to have NBN - however every time it’s a bit windy or we have a blackout, we shouldn’t need a tech to come out and fix it and give us wifi back. It’s incredibly frustrating.

@EmergencyBK What a shocker. Glad your dog is back now. Cancelling credit card and then contacting orgs when no issues with NBN or 3G is bad enough. Hope things improve soon for you.

The NBN system is a stupid single point of failure. Signed up with a new provider at a new address, now stuck waiting for "NBN" to provision it. No escalation path, my provider can only "provide updates". What if it costs my job being a remote worker? #NBN #letsbemates

Also carbon neutral at no extra cost since I signed up. And their NBN has been trouble free too. Absolutely great to have everything in plain text and nothing hidden or such. So easy.
