@Telstra No did trouble shooting on Friday and technician said I need NBN tech to attend m6 home, appointment made for Monday 8am to 12pm. They turn up today

I connected the modem as per instructions and got connected to broadband. However, the connection was do unreliable that it would drop out every few minutes—contacted Telstra for resolution. After a few calls it was established than the problem is with NBN box

Since then almost every day I tell @Telstra the issue is not resolved. Telstra concludes @NBN_Australia need to look at it. Books an appointment with NBN. NBN does some "remote testing" and concludes they do not need to look at it and cancel the appointment.

@Telstra people try to troubleshoot it using the slow inefficient messaging application. Make me restart the modem, reset the modem, restart the NBN box, reset the NBN box etc. with no help.

@Telstra your phone service is a disgrace. We have accidently cut through the copper cable providing phone line and internet. Your geniuses on the phone directed me to NBN then hung up. They're wrong. Telstra provide copper phone lines, not Nbn. Please contact me and fix this
