    @Telstra We have a HFC nbn connection. All 4 lights on the HFC router are green. Our Telstra modem has a blue light on the front (mobile data). I believe the issue is with the WAN port on the NBN HFC router. No matter what cables we try or Telstra modem (you've sent us 3 to shut us up)

    @EZealand Hi Elizabeth, we are sorry to hear your having issue with your service. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. We care a lot about the 1/3

    @endeavourenergy , how about an update for customers affected by the power outage in Yarramundi. The NBN site is also impacted so there is no fixed wireless internet service for all customers connected to the tower in Hillcrest Rd

    @Fipty Our technicians are already aware of this and are working with NBN to fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is no time frame for resolution at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience. Kartik

    @Josieamycashman @MrKRudd I refused to connect to the NBN because I didn't want to support ANOTHER government disaster. I use a Netgear LB2120 4G modem and Telstra data only sim. My internet blitzes my neighbours NBN, and it's portable anywhere in the country with phone signal. NBN=FAIL.
