@knackers63 @AlboMP How come when we have a problem with the last mile (literally) of copper cable, NBN comes to fix it, not Telstra?

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

  • WhyTheFaceDude WhyTheFaceDude (@WhyTheFaceDude) reported

@DanielBleakley 💯correct, slowed us all down while Mudduck tried bundling internet connections with Fauxtel and now Binge is here look at how they’re now talking upgrades to NBN. The #LNPCrimeFamily are puppets to their master.

  • MattInSydney Matthew Smith (@MattInSydney) reported

@DanielBleakley That’s half the reason we wasted billions on a worse NBN. Abbott achieved 2 things at once - an alternative plan to falsely claim was better than Labor’s, and delivered slower internet to delay Foxtel’s competitors, so that Murdoch would support his election campaign.

  • twiceasrude83 Peter (@twiceasrude83) reported

@abcperth Pockets of Telstra velocity service still remain and the speed is woeful. We all should be on NBN but they really don’t care

  • bobdownn Bob Down (@bobdownn) reported

@AlboMP @bruce_haigh Mine looks nothing like that but then we got FTTP, the way Labor meant the NBN to be. A fast, reliable internet service.

  • americanozmom Ex-American (@americanozmom) reported

@NBN_Australia I’ve done that. Multiple times. In fact my DH has filed a new support tic every day for almost a week now. The solution so far from them is for us to hire tech support. What exactly are we paying for?!?!

  • JykuYT JYKU (@JykuYT) reported

@MitchGames247 @MISSXRA_ Sounds like the premises is only getting standard NBN which is 25 down and about 2 up, can you upgrade plan to 100 down? Or does it not have correct cabling

  • RyanWil62993886 Ryan Williams (@RyanWil62993886) reported

@singaporedavid1 @TurekAndrew @AlboMP As an original builder of the first NBN networks across the world, the whole concept of Fibre was ludicrous, not one of them understand the properties of Fibre, not one has any idea of the actual cost There has never been a fibre network of this scale built anywhere on the planet

  • micwoodward ᗰIᑕᕼᗩEᒪ (@micwoodward) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia Hey there, it says that I can connect, but RSP are telling me that NBN will not process any service requests. Previously had a service at the same address.
