@NBN_Australia Ah, but of course it is plausible that most people have NBN and most people have poor NBN performance so you have left yourselves open to these imposters who can call most anyone anytime and have a reasonable chance of finding people gullible enough!

@NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

i feel so anxious. the internet got cut off yesterday and i know it’s going to be like two years before we get it back. all my escapism receives around **** that requires the internet. i offered to pay for it all but my shorty town doesn’t allow nbn i’m so upset

Our service provider is currently experiencing degradation issues which may cause performance latency for NBN services [HFC customers only] in Parramatta–NSW. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, our engineers are investigating the issue and aim to have this resolved asap.

At this rate my twitter account is just going to be me complaining about the shotty NBN/ISP. Any outage longer then 5s is poor, 30mins -> ∞ is shocking... Paying more for a worse service /The Australian Way/

@NBN_Australia customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Overly annoying SMS confirmations doesn’t make up for bad service and communication.

@Telstra Most recent reference number is INC14316349. Received a text message after I got off the phone saying the case is closed and issue solved. This is incorrect. Now being told the issue won’t be rectified until 27/11/21. @NBN_Australia are trying to rectify the issue

@deemadigan Add it to the hundreds of BILLIONS of dollars wasted by this government. The biggest ticket items I'm aware of? NBN using copper wires ~$50Bill wasted Future submarines on the never never ~$50B JobKeeper RORTS - many billions Offshore gulags for refugees - many billions etc etc
