yknow whats not fun trying to access youtube on my phone to find out my account was hacked three hours ago and having to also learn the nbn is down so I couldn't access the website on my laptop until my phone finished updating and let me use a hotspot
@Optus I got a hold of tech support on the phone and they said its a NBN issue and have arranged for a Technician to come out and look into the issue.

@NBN_Australia @Telstra Almost 6 months on, still not connected to NBN. Telstra is taking no responsibility point to @NBN_Australia and NBN advised to speak to the service provider (Telstra). All the false advertising should be removed as false marketing for no service. @NSWOmbo
@NBN_Australia Hi Amy, I am subscribed but there never have been any alerts (not even a build commenced). That date is from a provider rather than nbn so expect things to change. The more concerning part is in my first tweet about works May have impacted adsl2 speeds
