@JenniferIHart @deemadigan @NBN_Australia We got our first month free under the terms of "enjoy trouble-free Internet" which we didn't, due to the dodgy connection in the pit. Only got a call-out when we went to the TIO.

@Qld_Steve @Dave_Oakden This. And given the NBN modems are already powered at the premises, that flaw is a present day issue. So either homes *must* have a working mobile service during any outage (which'll be almost all the time, but I dread the case when it isn't). 1/2

@NBN_Australia @Shleeable You guys are pissing up the wall with these canned tweets. NBN is what we wanted, nbnTM is what we got. If you read what he wrote, 1000/1000 for $69 a month in Singapore. A place with a developed Internet infrastructure, not this strung together crap we get.

@yestiseye @Dave_Oakden Labor made the same mistake with the NBN. There was inadequate planning, and overpromises of an easy solution to a complex problem, and it's been a **** show since, and will remain a white elephant for another decade until some government quietly kills it.

@NBN_Australia Hey @NBN_Australia. Did you know that a new booking was placed last night with my provider yet it was @NBN_Australia that put the job on hold.. So no fix again. Should your customers expect such poor service from your team especially when you DM me and I respond to get no reply?

Lauren (@LaurenK264) reported
@NBN_Australia Hi Matt - I have called my provider and they assure me no problems on their end. I’m having to wait til next Tuesday for an NBN tech to come out, and will be relying on expensive mobile data til then. Again. This is an ongoing and unacceptable problem.

@BelongAU It has been at least a week waiting for the NBN appointment but we were supposed to be contacted within 2 days as there was an issue with it. Created support tickets and no one replied within 24 hours. What's going on?
