  The solutions are varied, but we can't trust the market to deliver broadband. The NBN can sell wholesale to ISPs, but can't sell/provide internet directly to Australians or act as an ISP. This was a bad decision by the government to set it up like that, and a failing ever since.

  @MrKRudd Raised an important issue regarding the NBN yesterday. It's important to reiterate that this is an essential service and should not be sold off, indeed, it should be fixed and expanded. It's also too costly for some to afford broadband right now, and we need solutions.

  @dwightwalker Me too having same issue with NBN, after modem restart my NBN worked for couple of minutes and then went down again. It's completely inconsistent for last hour or so. Long waiting time in connecting to support on phone.

  The growing digital divide is a concern, and it's a source of inequality. If people can't afford to access the NBN, then they miss out on so much. Children need it to learn. The pandemic has shown us that things need fixing. Let's fix them.

  So the @NBN_Australia out again in downtown 4051… Look I’m glad they do regualr maintennance [meaning connections down again] so the connection can last a week. Lets bring the #NBN to 1st world standard not just tighten the rubberbands again @AussieBroadband

  @NBN_Australia Or... Sorry we keep sending the wrong communications. This will be passed on to our feedbsck team and management, as we dont eant to be misleading our customers. Also, your page says no outage, despite you sending the gd sms...
