    The #nbn was so bad @ConNetica had to find an alternative provider for fast, reliable service to operate a data dependent business - this is Sunshine Coast not Bamaga. @leighsales @abc730

    @Optus NBN down at my place in glen waverley. 4g backup failed to work as a backup in time of need. Without internet for almost 5 hours. Smarthome became dumb home. We got 4g back up at extra cost to serve only in situations like this. But a disaster failure!

    @Telstra it's not OUR FAULT that there is a halt on HFC NBN connections because u used 2 get 'em from China! Now u r punishing 2 #disabled ppl with your 5G Monopoly! Restricting data coz u know it's almost 1Gbps! Find a solution that don't cost more per month than electric bill!

    @NBN_Australia Hi Rosemary, They say you are not telling them. See the problem here? It’s quite bizarre you are trying to say this isn’t an NBN issue and trying to help solve it. Your tech didn’t arrive. Only you know why and how to solve it. Stop #passingthebuck please!

    @Optus there is no NBN internet connection (Victoria, suburb clarinda) for the last one hour and not able reach out to technical support over phone. When can we expect the service to be restored?

    @kayosports you can shove my subscription up your arse. I’m currently measuring 58mb per sec on my nbn and your **** house coverage is buffering every 5mins. WTF. Hey all this piece of **** service is not worth it.

    @thunderson23 I got the one the other day that was supposedly NBN cutting off my internet. Rather than hang up I pressed 1 to be connected to someone to 'help' me. I'll give him credit for persistence, he didn't waiver once when I called him out. Kept it up for 10 mins or so before he hung up.
