@Elfvandel20 @Will_Caldwell10 A lot of sports people are ditching fox due to the expense. Other not talked about Optus had many legacy pay tv customers from their cable internet days. Once NBN says cable/adsl is switched off, they also switch off the pay tv service 1/x

@NBN_Australia I have been since the beginning of this issue which is into its third day. From what they tell me one person came to look at the issue at one point on the first day, couldn’t fix the problem, then took another 24hrs for someone else to show up. Internet is an essential service

@Telstra Still waiting for you to connect my NBN... since early October. Five months! Multiple unrelated calls from Indian call centre, no records kept, engineers failed to turn up on four separate occasions. Zero customer support. Complaint to Ombudsman ignored. Toxic company!!!!

@jrmiadx We had high speed cable for the last 6 years. Uploads are slow but downloads super fast. Then they forced the NBN on us on October. Bad ever since? Completely out for three weeks now. We are changing to completely wireless.

@mjgal I want to go with T as they have our NBN but C wants to go with O bc they have a special deal with Optuspay for new handsets. Both telcos' service is woeful and Work Spouse swears by V. Which way do we go?!

@Telstra I’ve been waiting FIVE MONTHS to have my NBN connected! FOUR appointments with your engineers to fix it... all no shows. Foreign customer “support” is clueless, no records, start from scratch every time. Had to complain to Ombudsman. Your company ignored first deadline from them

@FrankWa89782322 @abcnews No they are not, LNP are the scare mongers, their rhetoric is "higher taxes" and cutting costs so things dont work, example NBN cost libs more than if they had left it alone, also the connections are crap.

@Telstra Can I upgrade my internet speed to 100mpbs with NBN HFC? I am being told @telstra don’t support this anymore 🤦
