@Telstra So you can reply to this Tweet within 1m of posting but the case manager assigned to us never calls back. This has gone all the way to the Ombudsman but you still can’t get it together. No, the number hasn’t been ported, we have no NBN and the promised 4G back isn’t working.

@Aussie_BB NBN don't deserve anything. Wish I picked a different provider. Mine was not installed properly so it drops whenever it rains. I've had answers from diff ABB ppl that contradict each other. Either way they say its not their problem

@NBN_Australia Before anyone says that's enough to stream on, you are 100% wrong. It's not just "these are max speeds available", the connection is unstable, it's dropping bitrate to 0 for 5 minutes at a time then goes to normal then rinse repeat.
