@Telstra I was promised a callback within 1hr on Friday night... I'm still waiting. NBN were most helpful and told me the wholesale tier for my address is now 50/20. I'm still paying for 100/20 and I'd like the tier to be increased back to 100/20. Complaint reference number: 41964877

@fictillius @NBN_Australia I've never had an NBN Technician attend during the specified windows. I deal with about 20 NBN appointments per month. Perhaps NBN need more qualified staff and a decent infrastructure

@lizzaiii @TPG_Telecom Actually your TPG connection has been garbage. TPG buys bandwidth off nbn to provide you a service. The sooner service providers (TPG,TLS) take ownership of this & stop blaming nbn the better.

@JulianAndrew63 And the roll out of a cheap 2nd rate NBN. That still doesn't work

@TPG_Telecom just called TPG and was advised of NBN Outage. Thank you

@PKBook22 iRecord was promoted as the primary location to post records to. A specialist would then confirm it, or get back to you if there was uncertainty. Quite frankly, it's not really *your problem* to sort out. There is supposed to be transfer of all records to NBN.

@NBN_Australia @TurnbullMalcolm This is just a lie. All your outages are called "scheduled maintenance". One of the many recent ones, the notification went out 15 minutes after the outage started, and said a tech would be on site in an hour. Funny way to "schedule" maintenance. Stop treating us like mugs.

Suffice to say whatever @NBN_Australia did to resolve the issue last time hasn't held beyond 6-months and now I am being told to expect and ultimately accept the fault @Optus? Been with you for almost 20 years and am about to pull the plug.

@Telstra It an @NBN_Australia problem but they just seem to take everyone’s money, do nothing!

@haw_haw6 @fluffylucy @SkyNewsAust you know damn right the libs screwed up the NBN with connecting fibre to the old existing copper network. They gave us some of the slowest internet speeds in the world and the cost blew out because of lib incompetence.
