I called Telstra to fix the socket, they told me “call NBN.” I call NBN, I get an auto directory and when I punch in the options I get auto hung up on. G f’ing G. So I’m guess it’s nobody’s problem. So I guess I’m stuck on my *** waiting till 2023 waiting for 5G for my home.

@NBN_Australia I got a text saying you’re doing schedule maintenance in our area on 19/8. Please please please please can you fix the pole connections as it drops out every single time it’s windy. Please please please can you do this as part of your visit.

@Telstra Naaa on 2GB radio a caller asked a question about their nbn install setup and the answer given was incorrect, just highlighting it and never trust media answering correctly.

The root cause is at the beginning. We need nbn to tell us what its network is capable of for customers upfront, before we connect and for regulators to impose on nbn the same obligations we have to meet. That’s how we’ll get this right for customers once and for all.

@NBN_Australia Operational targets? You mean providing subpar internet since I switched to nbn when we first got offered and the refusal to fix it because it’s not important? My isp asked you guys twice to fix it and both times knocked back cause it’s not worth your time.
