Short listing accom is a moment. Is this place big enough? Can I put up with the horrid coloured walls that clash? Is the NBN installed where a bed should go? Is that carpet alive? Why is there a murder room? Can I be stuffed mowing the lawn? Does this have heating?

@wheels002 @AlanBixter i've had to fit a surge guard to my modem and nbn box because a power outage caused by storms would blow the nbn box. and then i'd have to wait days for a new one.

@JennieKerr20 @AlanBixter I'm on "Fixed Wireless" too. Speeds: Down typically 24 Mbps Upload: 4.5. Not quite 1000 MBPS, but near enough for the rocket scientists running the NBN.

@RichardfromSyd1 @AlanBixter Ours is also permanently flooded. The NBN wont do anything as internet access is still working, but our complaint was it overflows onto the footpath, causing mold and a slip hazard.

@AlanBixter I have had a 4 year battle with multiple buck passing over an identical issue. Turns out Telstra is responsible as the owners of the pit, and - finally - They will install a drain tomorrow (the source is natural spring water). NBN could not care less about their equipment.

No internet for 4 days now. Multiple phone calls to my provided with the same answers. It's out of their hands as it is a NBN unplanned outage. No ETA on fix. I've never experienced anything like this! I call NBN, they say call provider. I call provider they say it's NBN. 😡
