    @Telstra Unable to get connection to NBN because of a HFC hardware shortage, ISP support unwilling to give an ETA despite the website giving me one for months away, ontop of this, the fallback 4g service is data capped making the service all but unusable.

    Sorry guys, modem did not fix the issue. Will be speaking intently to my #NBN provider once I've waited the 45 minutes to speak to tech support. No further streams today. :-/ #TwitchStreamer

    @LaniRefiti @NBN_Australia @SpaceXStarlink Good! #Skymuster is unreliable, constant maintenance, hours long resets, crap customer service, no warnings of scheduled shutdowns... etc No internet here for 13+hours, re-boots aren't working, retailer won't answer the phone. Skymuster is pathetic, intermittment service at best

    @gusworldau infrastructure provider, we may evolve our network over time to better serve our customers. This could affect the requirements to change the nbn™ technology at your premises, which means that if you apply for a quote for the same address after today, you may be 2/3

    @simonhackett @gusworldau @NBN_Australia Indeed! If NBN can run FttP for me I’ll likely switch back. Problem is because they didn’t ask us in advance of rolling out FttN, they never found out I’d be a target for gigabit internet. Would’ve been cheaper to do it right the first time. I would have paid.

    Cable at the end of street draped over a tree seems to have been finally rectified by @NBN_Australia. However, sync is still at 22mbps, whereas for the first six months it was an almost constant 75mbps. Have had a NBN tech visit. Service still "in SLA", technically. What now?
