@DodoAustralia what's the URL for seeing your *existing* support tickets for your account? I can create a new ticket but there doesn't seem to be a link/URL for checking on pending/existing requests. Have lodged multiple requests about my NBN speed and no response as yet.

@superscriber Have to wonder though - this has been happening since NBN day 1; is the CVC/AVC process from NBN to the Retailers just too hard? Considering there are all major players not some 2-bit startup with bad practices.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Similar issue when we upgraded our fibre from 100mbit to 1gbit. Not helped by a deficient NBN backbone structure

The Government monopoly, NBN Co sells substandard Internet to Telstra, Optus and TPG. The Government organisation, the ACCC then sues the Telco's for selling a substandard Internet service that was sold to them by the Government. Hypocrisy!

Even before the NBN, @acccgovau repeatedly failed to protect consumers and promote competition. Telstra's pattern of behaviour was to breach competition law then rely on the fact that it took the ACCC 2 years to notice and take action; By then, the damage was done.

@Telstra NBN down again. Really hard to have 2 kids learning from home & me WFH with this frustration. 4G backup isn’t enough bandwidth anymore. No, no outages listed. It just fails here a lot. Did with ADSL as well :( Most likely local shops have no voice/data either.

@albericie @acccgovau Finally. So frustrating that speeds aren’t being delivered - nbn issues, retailer issues, inadequate wifi modems all at a price that is too high.

@NBN_Australia BS paid 19 months no service. Waiting for expemtion from China you told TIO, TPG and Australian minister. You received that China shortage last week and still refuse to install my connection. DISGUSTING.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Agreed. I was with them for 14 years!! and they still charged me $200 to cancel when I went to NBN else sign on for another 2yrs. Much happier with Aussie Broadband

@iiNet and the response... another sales call attempt for an NBN service which I can't use (which once I pointed out this had already been done, the caller reviewed my case notes, then the call ended). How embarrassment #amateurhour #samesame
