  @Telstra So what now @Telstra????? I have a property where the #NBN has been disconnected for weeks, I am in lockdown elsewhere, my home alarm and security cameras are disabled due to no internet. So what do I do? How can I get help?

  @NBN_Australia you need to sort out how you take care of people connected to your service. I haven't had internet or home phone for over 2 weeks, @Telstra has done everything they can, and you guys keep saying nothing is wrong. If that's the case why doesn't my service work?

  Still having the same internet issues after changing providers but atleast theyre trying to do something about it. Theyre going to send a technician on wednesday if nbn cant resolve it on their end, so fingers crossed ill be back to streaming soon <3

  @Optus Yeah, but this will not help for a fact. Why should I pay for another service when my normal nbn internet was working as intended?? (No packet loss during the times I’ve mentioned)
