    Gave up on my previous providers #NBN speed and moved over to @TPG_Telecom #5G 8mths ago. Paid every bill on time and then missed one payment, called for a 6 day payment extension and was told you couldn't help! Working from home using mobile hotspot because TPG_Telecom #failed😠

    I've had a decent go at @Telstra and @NBN_Australia on here when they've screwed up. But we had the NBN go down last week, the Telstra app was thorough in diagnosing then booking an NBN tech. The NBN tech was excellent and worked hard to resolve the issue, which he did. Bravo.

    @NBN_Australia I don't have any patience anymore Chris. I'm very frustrated that you don't let me know in advanced you just drop an "emergency" note just as you start. It's a big "f'you" as you basically show how much you don't care about the people you build this for.

    @TurnbullMalcolm it's a shame you propped up and propelled reactionary negativity to the idea when you were PM, lighting up the highly misleading, inflammatory troupe as a "third chamber". It was never thus. This and your approach to the NBN are blights on your otherwise strong integrity.

    @TMFScottP @Telstra @NBN_Australia Agreed. My provider offered broadband back as of all the problems in the area. I'm sure others had the same offer. I'm also sure it will improve one day. However school work needs to be done.
