Diane Valli (@Howzatdiane) reported from Busselton, Western Australia@fjkelly666 I was hit back and forth like a tennis ball between my isp and nbn. I emailed the Telecommications Ombudsman at 1030pm WA time. Awoke to a reply a couple of hrs later a call from the isp customer service. Good luck.

But my tablet device is non cellular. It runs like a dream off my modem but the modem cannot connect. There is a telephone connection but no NBN response.

Elon has spoken of SpaceX’s new data centre satellite constellation that won’t require water for cooling or electricity. But we’ll race ahead and ruin neighborhoods and farmland building irrelevant infrastructure anyway.

Jonathan Wilson (@jfwfreo) reported@immyonboard @Telstra If you are talking about NBN, there are many choices of ISPs that are superior to Telstra. If you need mobile, anyone on the Vodafone network is probably the best (seems to be the most reliable of the 3 networks)

One of my mates had an NBN contract and he got paid stupid amounts of money and he said he'd finish by 2pm, took long lunches and could push appointments by saying he was too busy. Zero oversight. Huge rort.

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@MichaelRuyg apology would be nice, no chance of a refund. despite larger ISP's being forced to refund people on fixed wireless who paid for service speed nbn could not deliver, my small one was not included in that settlement.
