Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Told them that I was over them & that I'll be signing up with @Starlink Looking forward to receiving my kit from Starlink soon. Hotspotting with my @Telstra mobile is 1/2 speed of a snail. Painful much. Going crazy. Don't need this stress.

cockitythegalah (@jlmcmlxvii) reported@p_terg IT ordeal 😵💫 They got the NBN on today. Box nowhere near the computer and computer doesn’t have a wifi adapter. So I did the dash down the road and got them a 10m Ethernet cable and away they go.

EGP Quantitative (@AggressiveQuant) reported@Noicewon11 @Starlink I used to get that screen regularly before Starlink... Pretty sure Macquarie Park/Marsfield would count as Metro. Only ~3 week sample size, but blows away the horrific NBN service I dropped. Only started on the 100MB service too.

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@STEVEFI14205588 when power and all communications services were out for 6 days after last flood my ISP disconnected my NBN service because i could not go online to pay my bill because the NBN and all mobile service was down. ironic that even when there is no service we still have to pay for it.
