    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    @bigjsl @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB good luck mate, I had a tech out a few years ago as we had issues, told me that we had illegally hooked into the network at our townhouse (we hadn't) and disconnected us and took another two weeks to get reconnected.. fun times with NBN

    @NBN_Australia When will you provide a service that has requirement speeds to the rest of the world? Australia is way down the world internet speed list and behind some very small countries

    @NBN_Australia how DARE u close a complaint I have lodged with uafter ur technician made my c’ction actively worse! My complaint is 15685761 and I have dropouts on my DSL snce MAY and uhave not fixed it. I live in the biggest metro area of the biggest city in the country 1/2

    @Telstra Yesterday there were Testra works happening that affected the NBN connection - are they still ongoing? Slow progress on internet - had to put everyone on Vodafone - will get the test going shortly - but pointless if the ongoing works are still under way?

    @beneathdirt @SoopaVillain85 NBN slept on cause they had such big hits. Those hits help put hip hop on MTV and radio. 1st rap album I ever bought was 19 Naughty III. Got it the week it dropped

    @acccgovau You don’t need to do this. You need to order @NBN_Australia to publish statistics on tx queue discards on their core network interfaces. Any number greater than zero will indicate congestion. They’ll already be measuring those stats, you just need to demand their disclosure.

    @bigjsl I’m finding performance much better than NBN fixed wireless.. but if something goes wrong.. it’s a problem.

    @SHamiltonian This is great in the cities, but not in US regions. Unlike the US, NBN is forced to service most regional areas, a cross-subsidy we all pay. If this causes perverse outcomes then maybe the Govt should subsidise from budget, not NBN's balance sheet?
