    @MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    @mjrowland68 so many scam calls!! NBN co, Telstra disconnections (not with Telstra), Amazon TV (amount claimed incorrect), EBay monster fictitious purchases (no). I count 3 seconds, when no one speaks I hang up, block the number, but still they call 😖

    @NBN_Australia There have been two faults logged within two weeks. I have given you the line number and two trouble tickets. Thanks to covid a lot of us are working from home and we have a line issue that is unstable in adverse weather issues.

    Does anyone have access to @NBN_Australia documentation of how this network was set up. From what I an understand the FTN network uses a circular fibre network of nodes instead of running a fibre from the node to the exchange.. So if one node fails then it can take

    @Internode Thanks for the reply. The NBN came back around 9pm. I think the outage was connected to power outage in the next street.

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia do something about the ongoing issues with nbn in Waterfall! 6 weeks down in Feb/March & 3 still counting now! #waterfallnbnfail we can't even talk to a real PERSON about this because only the ISP are account holders not individuals
