    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    @DodoAustralia @fagarella4use Thanks I’ve done all that. I believe the issue is with the nbn. Can you verify? Have you had other queries or been informed by nbn? The dodo help service was not aware.

    NBN still going up and down in crap weather. FTTC is bullshit. Just another thing for which we can thank the #LNP. Crap technology. (@NBN_Australia don’t bother replying. I know you won’t do anything)

    Optus is doing works on the network in my area so I have spotty coverage (well into November) on top of no NBN until Monday at the earliest 😬

    @TPG_Telecom Is there a bigger issue with NBN, or is it just my house? South Caulfield. NBN outages map says it should be working.
