NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

We were looking at getting a great fibre to the home NBN, that would've been utterly crippled by the government mandated filtering.

Your website is lagging and blaming a power outage for the issue. @Energex did their job, we had power back on within 4.5-5 hours, that was yesterday 16/06/26 Still waiting 27+ hours later…
