@MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

@MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

@NBN_Australia Appreciate your response! Strange the actual service provider passes the buck. Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@superloopnet Internet is down in 3150 (hfc nbn) and member portal is also down. Phones are not manned at this hour so Help Centre not so useful. Got all solid green lights on nbn box and no known disruptions on nbn page.

@DodoAustralia any indication as to when my @NBN_Australia service will be back up and running after the “outage” at Chatswood today? Realise you’re relying on @NBN_Australia to tell you and they seem as useful as a waterproof teabag, it’d just be nice to be able to work tomorrow

In such a mood now. Stupid ****** WIFI keeps buffering and I cannot find what I need due to everything being in boxes. Wouldn’t be the case if my house was built…I would have nbn and everything would unpacked.

@NickODonoghue nbn will post plans 10 days in advance to allow for planning of interim services. If there is no outage listed against your address, your provider may need to run some line testing and further investigate the issue here. Please let us know how you go. Thanks, Jo 2/2
