    @NBN_Australia Appreciate your response! Strange the actual service provider passes the buck. Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

    @MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    Nevertheless Rudd did promise three big spending infrastructure projects: -NBN -Hospitals -Education Revolution Albo also says he will increase funding on these issues but where he has failed to get traction is a clear painting of what this funding will deliver

    @TomMcIlroy Kevin Rudd was going to fix this, starting in 2007. NBN too. I voted for both policies. Btw, wish we could vote preferentially for policies instead of issues being offered as party packages.

    @_KWM4 @Brandon_Y_Lee I'm in remote Australia. We don't get much of anything out here. No starlink. Our government spent $50 billion to build a national broadband network. That is worse than ADSL and is more expensive. Just look up Australian NBN failure.

    On the question of whether Rudd's 07 campaign was big target or small target I have the following thoughts: -Howard's recalcitrance on a few major issues meant Rudd could promise a couple of significant changes without much controversy, namely: -Apology -Workchoices -Kyoto -NBN

    @10NewsFirst ******* @AlboMP has claimed the NBN as a success. Referred to it as fibre network. Further out of touch than I thought and I had him on Pluto already.

    So apparently there’s an outage in my area with the NBN that’s completely ******* my upload speed. So no streams until that’s resolved. I am so annoyed 🤬

    Internet has been a bit flaky off and on for a while, just discounted it to being a "rural member"... Got a call from Aussie Broadband, they noticed and booked someone from NBN to come out and have a look tomorrow afternoon... Definitely something you'd never see Telstra do...

    @netz_melb The LNP should be not allowed to go nowhere govt. They just **** things Medicare Super NDIS NBN - is that still not fished ???? They sell assets to the Chinese They’ve let the Chinese into the pacific. And how’s that debt n deficit disaster ???
