@MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

The NBN box has broken at our place. The provider knows this. We know this and @NBN_Australia knows this. But instead of mailing out a replacement they are saying we have to wait nearly 1.5 months for one of their technicians.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia If its the "nbn box" not the modem/router then it is not user replaceable (despite appearing to be). I dont mind them replacing it, and I dont mind the wholesale model where you cant speak to them - but 1.5months is crap.

I normally don’t bother to complain about **** businesses but I think I’ve just found the worst so I thought I’d give @NBN_Australia a shout out.

@NBN_Australia why oh why did we EVER switch to NBN??. 3rd or 4th problem in as many months.

@Douglasac10 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Right. Was just clarifying. Anything other than the modem is either NBN or provider responsibility, mainly due to regulations. Btw, used to contract to Telstra resolving issues like this. Sadly nobody has those departments these days. And NBN 😥😥

“Your appointment to be connected to the nbn network is booked for 08 Jan 2021 between 1pm to 5pm at ....” This is the 4th time Telstra and NBN have not kept appointments. Worst customer service ever in my lifetime. No accountability ! @Telstra @NBN_Australia @AlboMP

@Richard33878882 @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Can NBN really be called a wholesaler if they are the ones who go out to the customer and fix the issue? It's not like the service provider can step in and fix it for the customer themselves.

@kiwiinvader @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia The NBN box is an NBN box! It is a part of THEIR network - and with FTTC it powers their modem in the pit.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Complain to the TIO and also get onto your local federal MP. That is a shamefully inadequate level of service.
