@MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@stemplemanmp With 90 suburbs already announced to receive the FTTN to FTTP upgrade, NONE of them are in the Blue Mountains area, precisely where we need upgrades the most. Not only do we live in a high-lightning area, our stability and speeds are appalling. Not acceptable @NBN_Australia!

We have door knocked and ever neighbour is affected by intermittent outage. We’re in crazy town where we’ve spoken to the last three @NBN_Australia technicians and explained the problem and every one does the same thing, change the customer’s cable and connector and leave.

Hi @NBN_Australia I’ve had 9 dropouts in 2hrs. My provider says they change things but still the same issues daily. Need this sorted. I’ve changed providers recently and the issue still persists. Can you help?

@JoshFrydenberg Look at the BS election campaigning. A clone of 2019, lets rehash; 2019 - Labor tax, Jobs, Coal. 2021 - Labor tax, jobs, Gas. The LNP are terrible with money, that's why they privatise everything. Look at the NBN and Vaccination rollout.

@NikolaiHampton @NBN_Australia @Telstra Same sitch her Nikola except only 1 visit and no updates on when the problem will be fixed. We pay highest price in the world but receive sub standard service. Hopefully yours is back soon

@Stuckin1au @raywilton4 @JaeRagnarok 35? Here on my max 16Mbps, average 10-12Mbps speed. Half the minimum "acceptable" speed by NBN's own standards & they still won't do **** to fix it. Our internet is a global laughing stock. 3rd world countries are doing better. Thanks LNP, you corrupt, good for nothing charlatans

Second appointment "missed" by @NBN_Australia within the week. Been without internet since Monday, absolutely appalling and downright disgraceful service. Seems to be no end in sight and no clear indication to when the internet will be restored @iiNet
