@MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

@NBN_Australia Appreciate your response! Strange the actual service provider passes the buck. Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

@NBN_Australia Thanks Anyway Khan. We've been through all that before and got a short lived marginal improvement. Unless there are plans to extend the network there will be no improvement

@SophiaMcGrane Maybe they can put a rocket up Telstra’s arse too…no point having high speed NBN if Telstra wind back bandwidth / limit services…my 5G mobile needs to be sitting on top of the Telstra tower to get average service these days. 😾

@Foilalan_ @MrKRudd @NBN_Australia Bollocks. An inferior copper solution was forced upon us with no value. Labor opted for a high speed scalable fibre solution. Malcolm Turnbull went with existing very old copper phone lines and suggested he could not see why anyone would need more than 25Mbps.

@RyanWil62993886 @AlboMP LOL I used to live in town and had NBN..now I am staying out of town and there is no NBN available. Yes we could get satellite NBN but the cost is ridiculous. Yes I have a mobile phone but we are in a 'bad spot' so it cuts in and out.

@AlboMP Hi Anthony Albanese PM, WHAT ABOUT the Premises and Business that have Turnbull's and Morrisons CRAPPY Copper cabling to them. WE Desperately Need the upgrade to Fibre Optics cabling NOW. Our NBN is so slow it stops with more than one person is on it. BLOODY Frustrating. 👎

NBN emergency maintenance in our area seems to be over. Even the local cell towers seemed to go out during parts of it. Hope nobody needed emergency services.

@RyanWil62993886 @AlboMP Pardon? I think we should be able to get the same NBN that the majority of Australians have access to. That was the promise wasn't it? Now we are told 'too bad' pay extra for satellite or go without.
