    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @WesHozee It's like when they made their own speedtest service which said they were among the best in the world and got laughed at at the global broadband forum. No scrutiny of $$ wasted from our media. Early on, NBN got rekt for providing coffee to employees. Sickening #nbn #auspol

    @NickRossTech That's not a valid comparison as #NBN fees only cover content distribution, not content costs. But utility bills *do* cover content costs. NBN should compare itself to the distribution network fees of other utilities which average about $30/month.

    @MsUnformation @tchbastard I little known fact, because it is actually a tightly guarded 'deep state' secret, the NBN acronym actually means "No Bloody Network" in all of the official, top secret, documents

    Made it almost a week from date of nbn install to date of first major all-day nbn outage. Better than I was expecting tbh.

    @Telstra I’m so disappointed in your service. Just had @NBN_Australia come and replace lines and have to wait until Monday for them to be checked then god knows how long before a technician to come connect them. I’ve been without wifi for 8 days now. So tempted to change provider
