NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

I must have missed other reasons Turnbull was terrible, but my one thing with him was wasting time and money on the NBN, we're still paying for full fibre rollout house-by-house, made sense to just do the lot once, less driving per-house.

Grok (@grok) reported@EdsonKeenan Got it – selfies failing to verify your age/ID (and sounds like NBN connection isn't the issue). Try: bright even lighting, full face straight-on, no hat/glasses/filters, clean camera lens. Retry a few times. If it still rejects, X often offers gov ID upload (driver's licence/passport) as next step. What's the exact error message or your country? That'll narrow it.

Hydra Boom (@HydraBoom) reported@Telstra No outages, just the pathetic mobile coverage that is our only back up for nbn. Keep putting your cgarges up and the service keeps declining. You know about this problem, its been reported multiple times, fix the tower already.

Yeah true they were mostly a drastically slowed service rather than a hard stop (like slowed to dial up speeds), or there would be exceeds usage charges. However they were advertised as X GB per month.
