NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

I did ask for a refund for the days I have no service. So they promised to fix it within 24 hours. I also made notes, and responded to their feedback email, and summarised my notes.

The GFC was an American housing crisis that had very little to to do with us. The pandemic was an over reaction. They've blown the lot. Money wasted with zero return on investment. Both parties are responsible for this mess and all I see for the future is higher unemployment and a low currency. It's going to be a double whammy. We are already in a per capita recession. The country needs some serious reform and it needs it right now..

SydneyCityTV (@SydneyCityTV) reportedHere in Sydney, we're still waiting for the Nine Network's switch to a mostly MPEG4 multiplex which among other things, will bring with it 9LifeHD. No idea if they're waiting for NBN to move out before making that change or what, but I guess patience is a virtue in any case!

Session management is so poor. The sites lag even on town based NBN. No company cares anymore tbh they just lock you in.
