    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

    @McguinThe @SkyNewsAust @GregHuntMP Morrison was never responsible for NBN, that's Rudd, Abbott and Turnbull. Local production commenced as soon as could. It's a complicated time consuming process. You push something like this and people get hurt.

    @NBN_Australia Our provider can't do anything as it's an NBN issue, and all your status page says is "An unplanned incident is affecting the network". We're well over 24 hours without internet, an hour or two I understand as a normal outage but this is now quite frustrating.

    @NBN_Australia - Can you share any update on Quakers Hill Network issue? NBN network has been terrible in our area since last 3 weeks and only today I learnt from my provider that NBN is working on it with no confirmed ETA.

    @NBN_Australia Hi Matt I have and nothing is about to be done for my parents or my sister or the many other recipients of the letter issued by Telstra It’s purpose is to comply with ACCC not fix the problem If NBN could fix up the service I’m sure the local member of Parliament will be happy

    @wowithal i rly am fortunate, and i know cause ive had to deal with **** internet speeds often in my life. and this isnt even what the people with really good NBN connections can get!! australian internet is so behind

    I have not had internet all day except on my phone data because I had to get a new modem & nbn. It’s so ******* frustrating. I’ve been on the customer service/help line half the day doing the same thing over and over. And it’s not ******* working. 😒😤

    @NBN_Australia 07/04/2021 11:35am AEST - Investigations by the technician onsite indicate an issue with third-party managed equipment upstream in the network. nbn has engaged the third-party network provider to provide a field tech to investigate the fault and is awaiting an ETA

    NBN dude came over and replaced my router despite me telling them my broadband was working perfectly. Their systems said there was a problem and so they had to send somebody to “fix it”. The machine uprising has already occurred, it’s just way more boring than we thought.
