    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    @MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

    trivial problem in scheme of things but is anyone having trouble with @Telstra @NBN_Australia service in Melbourne's inner north? I am having and the Telstra chat service is not as efficient as usual, not saying if there is a local outage etc - very frustrating

    @NBN_Australia My NBN in Capalaba connecting via CVC - Camp Hill 4CPH has been down since Friday, Any ETA on the fix? I saw unplanned maintenance for today but no other update.

    @Telstra Hi Jimmy, NBN tech came and said all ok as at that very moment the service was ok. I explained that this is the whole issue that the service is spotty/patchy and i was assured that it wont happen again. Not to be until after a few hours its back to the same old problem.

    tbh i've already lost internet twice during this game cos of the rain that might sound weird but just rural nbn problems lol will be a miracle if i get to actually watch in full
