    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    @NickBarilla3 @NBN_Australia Actually we were better off before NBN in a natural emergency when power now can take down mobile and fixed line services

    and storms. NBN is the backup system for the mobile phone network and the mobile network a backup for NBN. It is a pity they are both reliant on the power grid staying up.

    Yes we all know @rupertmurdoch put the heavies on @HonTonyAbbott and @TurnbullMalcolm so we had a network that was cheaper and would not compete with Foxtel. We live in a digital world and NBN wants to charge us to upgrade to FTTP which would operate in blackouts

    @Pslavi @will_tosh03 Sorry to hear about your NBN connection issue. When I checked your area Brighton-le-sands NSW 2216 yes it says there is no fault reported. However we had few customers from NSW reported NBN not working after the storms. Kartik
