  @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

  Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  @TPG_Telecom Sent you in DM. The issue is still not fixed. It's almost one week now. Your team ordered a replacement WiFi router but now they are saying it's NBN issue.

  @TheFeaver 2/2 This outage sadly was an NBN side issue, so impacted all ISP. Services should all be back online now as of about 1pm If there is any issue after reboot of network equipment please call support on 1300 880 905 or livechat via our website Regards, Meg

  I was planning to stream yesterday and today but the NBN was down yesterday morning, got restored, and I just found out it's down again today. If the wifi is back up later in the morning but I probably won't be 🥲

  @JonesHowdareyou Had similar issue in Nov. NBN tech worked on line up other end of street. Worked for awhile. Got a new modem ordered on a Thurs arvo arrived Monday arvo. From Morwell to Coona. Pretty impressed standard Aus Post and Aussie Broadband. All good now.

  @Telstra I waited at home for 5 hrs for a NBN Technician, no call, no sms, no email, I wasted my sunday waiting on someone that never cameor communicated from a telecommunication company, the irony is real.

  @MurdochCadell Consultants are how government officials launder tax money. Just look at the NBN! It's a scam! Australia needs to wake up. A royal commission into government consultants....riots in the street! It's that bad😡
