NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

Lyn @Life Is Good (@FairAusPol) reported@Ballyurra Prioe to NBN, my copper wired internet would stop, completely. Every single time it rained, a Telstra tech would need to call out to fix it. Fortunately, over a decade we had very few rainfalls. Only time drought is a positive 👍

Labor is at least trying to tackle massive issues like the energy transition. Remember the NBN? Labor had a plan, the LNP botched it.

michael (@MichaelWinnys1) reported@NBN_Australia we’re in Skye Victoria and the internet has been out since last night. Our provider says it’s an issue your end but don’t have any outage for our area displaying. The provider does but has no eta. I have wasted too many hours getting answers?

monty (@evensteveens) reported@Ballyurra And when you live in the bush and get NBN from a tower, you lose it when the power goes off! So keep your landline if you have bad mobile coverage! The rules say you can, if it comes from a tower! For emergencies!

Our service provider found out outage was caused by a loss of power at the exchange and the backup battery has now depleted.
