    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    Such a bad service of internet in Bankstown area by #nbn. #tpg forgot to notify their customer. Very unstable connection of internet.

    @Schtang @Optus Optus. And they are compelled to fix it (via the NBN if necessary). There are time/service leaves agreements they must hit.

    Somehow appropriate that the clapped-out HFC NBN has stopped working as ALP win majority in the lower house. What a **** 10 years that truly was! #auspol

    an @NBN_Australia fault - A new frontier. A 🧵 Players: me NBN Our service provider [SP](who will not be named, this is not their issue). Last week our NBN went down, I thought initially (& still do) it was related to a power failure we had at our home on Wednesday morning

    @Telstra @TheCynicalHun @DuppyTech I hope so too - it's been nearly a fortnight with mega slow emails, Twitter ect ,and I can't do any financial transactions (internet banking or Ebay) too risky. This is the second time this has happened when they do upgrades to our Wifi tower - it knocks out our NBN. 😭😭😭

    @Telstra @brad37964540 This is affecting me also on Sunshine Coast. All day. Same issue for my neighbours. If NBN got knocked out I'm guessing the fallback to 4G choked the system...

    @AlboMP Please have Nbn internet install proper wiring for there internet and remove the limiters on us the people? our internet is so bad we are a joke to the rest of the world
