Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@twensor @FetchStep sadly its totally on form for telstra. remember when a small fire in their chatswood building took out the national SMS network. where i live telstra, nbn, optus and vodafone are all on a 4 hour battery backup, while essential energy schedules regular 8 hour outages.

Simon Biddle (@simonbiddle) reported@taipan168 Many corporatised, but publicly owned, entities provide great service. NBN is pretty good for example. Even Australia Post isn’t bad. Govt doesn’t have to equal bad and is much more preferable in monopoly and quasi-monopoly environments.
