Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

  • BigunitGrant Grant Dewberry (@BigunitGrant) reported from Hervey Bay, State of Queensland

@MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

@Optus for five weeks there has been a “reduced service” message on the Optus website when I check for NBN at my address. It’s incredible to me that the only people who don’t seem to know about the problem is Optus.

  • hawksandrew Andrew (@hawksandrew) reported

@Telstra @NBN_Australia your service in burleigh waters is so crap. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, constant drop outs. No drop outs all weekend and again today, drop outs. Such a bad service and makes it really hard to work. 😡

  • cloudy2morrow Grant Brinkley (@cloudy2morrow) reported

@RNBreakfast @DaveSharma Im guessing the ABC has bad NBN otherwise they would get both LNP members on a call at the same time.. Instead now we have two completely opposite targets within the same party but Labor, Stealth Carbon Tax!!!!!

  • pamerasan Pam Mulready (@pamerasan) reported

@VeryRealRichard @peggymel2001 Explained why our #nbn is so bad. Benchmarked with regions!

  • ChamberCosy cosy chamber (@ChamberCosy) reported

@frocksnfroufrou You're saying a fed ICAC is watered down? The NDIS, the original NBN, aged care, fair tax, real wage increase, restoring penalty wages, funding medicare, funding public schools, restoring overseas aid. Have a look at history and learn something.

  • normal_ness Vanessa Smith (@normal_ness) reported

@brookeCjacobson @Optus @NBN_Australia This is what I *hate* about any kind of third party arrangements, it’s *always* the other company’s fault & the consumer is stuck in the middle of their poor quality systems and processes.
