Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

No idea if they're waiting for NBN to move out before making that change or what, but I guess patience is a virtue in any case!

Session management is so poor. The sites lag even on town based NBN. No company cares anymore tbh they just lock you in.

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@MichaelRuyg i had to get starlink service for power outages to maintain some ability to contact emergency services if needed. i have backup power. mad not to in a bushfire and flood prone area, sadly nbn co, optus, vodafone and telstra are clearly incompetent.

Cattom (@TCatley) reported@Adam_and_EVs I switched to starlink. NBN in australia was crap it kept disconnecting. Couldnt Game. Starlink ( mini dish even ) has been great cost the same, better service and that in a major city.

durackpl (@durackpl) reported@ChrisEconomist 2/2 The true scale of the off-budget disaster will only be clear when someone aggregates the retained losses across all these investments, as companies do in their financial statements. I've never seen this done, but if the NBN is any guide, the total would be staggering.

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@MichaelRuyg apology would be nice, no chance of a refund. despite larger ISP's being forced to refund people on fixed wireless who paid for service speed nbn could not deliver, my small one was not included in that settlement.
