    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    @NBN_Australia Hi Jo, it was sorted out. The guy was still outside and I went told him. Not sure what the issue was but now it’s working perfectly.

    Guess what? @Optus finally sorted out my NBN. Turns out the issue was what I had told about 12 people for the past 2 weeks. No one listened to me until LAST NIGHT. The chat guy listened changed the thing which was the prob and BAM NBN is on! Sooooo ya girl can no stream! #gamer

    @RonniSalt Maybe god called him when he was doing an announcement in a major regional centre & the terrible NBN provided such sub par reception he didn’t hear the message correctly?

    @mallottk @BugejaLbugeja I have a landline with NBN. Useless if the power or NBN go down. Recorded message phone, only my doctor leaves messages. "See me now or die."

    @NBN_Australia Please provide a consistent connection, one that doesn’t drop out, or that is too slow most days. Apparently many of us seem to be at the “end of the line”!

    @ausportstrends @Telstra Mate, just went through it myself... Absolutely infuriating as none have any clue. They booked nbn tech 6 weeks after move 🙄. I finally landed someone who knew wtf was going on and resolved it in a matter of minutes.

    @hyprntv I think there’s only 1 phone port unfortunately from what I know at least, I’ll have to get @Letofski to check it out, this is the first time in ages we’ve had this problem, normally the NBN works really well

    @NBN_Australia My service provider is having a hard time scheduling the visit with NBN. Onto my third appointment now scheduled for tomorrow but with low hopes of something actually getting done like the last appointment a week ago when “everything was fine” according to the tech.
