    @MichelleKHarper yay!! NBN is finally connected & working. We’re back online after 5 weeks of no internet & hotspotting our iPhones. That’s pretty good service, you’ll never match that in Canada 😊

    @MichelleKHarper You won’t believe it. NBN won’t work, none of the troubleshooting worked, now will need to make an appointment for a technician to sort out the problem. Bonus; old internet connection now disconnected so we have no internet access at all #KillMeNow 😕

    Dear @Optus it’s been a good 25 years. But, you’re testing us on our changeover to @NBN_Australia Still no internet & 3 no show tech appointments to connect our FTTC so far. Tired of waiting for a tech who never turns up. Now considering what other options are available to us 😕

    This is ridiculous, @Telstra my NBN service has consistently been dropping out for now 3 weeks. We have called more then once. It becomes extremely hard and frustrating to achieve anything when my connection drops out every 5-10 minutes.

    Gotta say @NBN_Australia absolutely pathetic. Waited a few weeks for an install that was completed only for him to find an issue with the line he can't fix. Requires a flick of a switch he said. Just notified 10 business days for them to look at it. And THEN they assign a tech..

    @abcnews I read that they agreed with Albos ranking of 59th globally for our sub par NBN network, and saw the giant green tick on his photo and new the play, wasn't trying to troll, sorry must have clicked it the right time.

    @Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau How can #Telstra be so incompetent? SMS today says: “Hi from Telstra, we have detected a possible issue with your nbn order which may result in a delay to your connection.” I moved a month ago. SMALL BUSINESSES, AVOID BECOMING #Telstra VICTIMS

    @QuentinDempster We recently were forced to switch from an all fibre network to the NBN. It's ridiculously slow and unreliable.
