@Namecheap Ok, but I don’t got any response that time and what’s the estimated time to get that? I got a very threatening email saying that I should pay or my service it’ll be canceled, but no response back and no estimated time to do so.

@Namecheap Thanks. The problem b.t.w. is still not solved. Your each-time-new-post-ticket moved-to-queue-end doesn't seem very efficient to me: does that mean, whenever I reply to questions from your support engineers, I need to wait more? Sounds more than absurd to me.
