Customer service is so important. @Namecheap is the worst service provider I've ever used for emails or any domains + I will never recommend using them. Beyond disturbing.

@Namecheap I was advised that your tech team are looking into it. Just letting the public and your customers know that domains are showing the statuses incorrectly. And that at Namecheap, there is a policy of no transparency on how extensive major issues are.

@Namecheap's domain search has serious glitches. Taken domains are showing as available (& possibly viser verser). They have acknowedged the glitch & they won't explain how extensive the issue is! No transparency! On you could be buying an unavailable domain! Horrible company!!

Very disappointed in @Namecheap. Trying to RENEW a SSL with everything the same as the one we purchased a few years ago & a week later still nothing! Have done SSL's for 20 years with different companies & never had it take more than 48 hours.
