@Namecheap live chat is such a chore. Explained 5 times what the issue is and on the 6th time they finally got it. Had to repeat everything. Definitely not going to renew with them!

@shadisco Hello Sharon, I'm sorry to hear that you are having such issues. For generic TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, etc.), you have a period of about 30 days at Namecheap after the actual expiration date during which you can still renew the domain at the regular rate.

@NatalieToronto3 Oh and: host your domain elsewhere, it’s a nightmare with wix. Stay away from GoDaddy and bluehost, pricey & bad end-user tech IMO. Namecheap is surprisingly decent & has free registration privacy; 1and1 does also I think.

Don't know if @Namecheap are experiencing issues with emails on websites. can't seam to pickup emails both in thunderbird and gmail app. Just get there was a problem while syncing this folder. This is happening on Wi-Fi and 4g. I can login fine and access emails that way.

Reading the PR from NameCheap about HNS domains and the HUGE glaring negative part: "It's also important to note that Handshake domains do not resolve in regular browsers without additional setup." ENS is interesting, just wish they had more than .eth & had email & the gas issues

@Namecheap We also reported jsxmvvj . com for running a phishing page, then its host took down the illegal content. However, it seems this domain is still not suspended from your end at Namecheap? Can you please suspend this too? Thanks

gone are the days when @Namecheap offered quality web hosting service. what they offer now is trash. and we can only hope for a good competitor. I made an attempt to change my registrar, the system rejected it. only for me to be told today that the domain name has me transferd
