OK, I just submitted a ticket to NameCheap hoping they can just straighten it out for me. I’ve given them enough money. I need them to just fix this because I’m lost. I feel stupid, but I’ve just reached an emotional breaking point with this.

@Namecheap Our website was suspend because someone reported fraudulent activity & Namecheap raced to take down our website without the the person that reported providing proof of this allegations, we haven't used this website for any business yet & it's still under construction. Too sad

@Namecheap Since we obviously can't remove all instances of legal, violent videos from this website, we tried to transfer to Epik. Epik gave us an error and said to contact you. You told us that it was an issue on their end.

@Maddiesocials Hi Maddie 👋🏻 It can take a while for the site to propagate. NameCheap says up to 24 hours but I've never seen it take longer than 15 min. If still not working after about a hour, hit me up and I'll take a look for you .

@Namecheap We then tried GoDaddy, and it was the same thing - they said an issue on Namecheap's ended was keeping the transfer from going through. Again we were advised that there is nothing preventing it on Namecheap's end.

@Namecheap is there a reason, that you do not provide customers with proper invoices for services, that they paid for? Happy with your overall service, but not getting valid invoices might be a roadblock. Curious.

We are simply encouraging people to remember Namecheap also has lawyers on retainer they leverage to defend their interests. Unfortunately in some cases, lawyers and lawsuits are “woven” into the cost of doing business.

@Namecheap Namecheap then responded, finally, telling us that yes, Namecheap made "an error" in virtually all of their communications with us on the issue. Namecheap then terminated our services immediately, before the deadline they offered us, without any option of recourse.

@Namecheap After concluding that Namecheap was obviously bullshitting us - all while their timer was running - we confirmed it was a Namecheap issue preventing us from transferring our domain to a more competent and honest provider.
