@Namecheap They are running a scam. The actual registrar of my domain is someone else. There customer support is so much poor they don't even respond i am waiting from more then 2 week now still they are saying the same thing that they are waiting for the response of actual registrar.

@ClurseByKemi @Namecheap Because Namecheap caters to spammers and ad happy scumbags like you. No other company wants that **** on their network

@NamecheapCEO I have bought 500+ domains from several different registrars, I just bought my first product from #Namecheap and it has been an absolute nightmare. Your support is awful. Both chat and phone with people in Ukraine who barely speak English and refuse to do anything.

@Horror_Diner Is Wix good and not too expensive? I used to have Namecheap, once with them a WordPress site got corrupted. Too many problems. I looked at GoDaddy too.

@Namecheap You have been telling me this for 4 days. What kind of service is this, that your upstream provider don't even respond to you. You lie to people but you are not the actual registrar and your upstream provider don't even respond to you

@Namecheap @santanderukhelp @CommBank For me the worrying bit is that from 300 domains i checked 200+ were / are scams. this leaves a very bad overall impression, especially when it happens on the majority of all IPs in AS22612 For each one you find - upon checking the IP dozens more show up :( This is sub optimal.
-
Syed Ahmad (@syedoahmad) reported
@Namecheap They are not the actual registrar for your domains. They are 3rd party. if anything happens they never get answer from the actual registrar of your domain. Really bad experience. Stay Away.
-
Namecheap.com (@Namecheap) reported
@SGEmail2 @Cloudflare It appears that you are trying to remove content that you believe is protected by copyright law. In order for Namecheap to be empowered to take the action you seek, you must submit a compliant DMCA Takedown Notice via our support system. Thank you for understanding

Syed Ahmad (@syedoahmad) reported
@Namecheap Clearly the Upstream provider don't care about you and you are lying to people by telling them that you are the actual registrar for their domain. little they know if any issue happen, the actual registrar won't even respond to you

Who is your favorite domain registrar? @GoDaddy is an absolute nightmare. I’ve just learned @Namecheap is too. They all do the same thing. It comes down to customer service and most are just absolutely awful. Godaddy used to be be great, but that was in the earth 2000’s.

@Namecheap This is a third-party website, actually a fake one. I see how they fool people like us. They don't even respond if something is wrong, this is called the worst service.

Ok, so GoDaddy vs. Namecheap? I've narrowed it down to that.

@Namecheap It's been two weeks already and we are still facing issues. Email doesn't leave your servers , I get no bounce back or delivery failure. Microsoft tells me issue is with the hosting provider. Tested using webmail as well, no bounce back and not received on recipient account.

@arunsathiya So I had email on Namecheap shared hosting, but that has an absolutely atrocious interface (they have a couple choices called Roundcube and Horde and stuff and I was never happy with either of them). I wanted the Gmail interface, but G Suite costs money and I'm already (1/x)

@Namecheap I need my site put back online immediately. I have paid for a service, which you are currently not providing. High ticket volume is not my problem!

RAIJINRISING.GSG (@RaijinRising) reported
@Namecheap troonbooz[.]com is a #cryptocurrency scam site. They take people's money with a promise of high yield returns, then extort/blackmail them into sending more money to retrieve their earnings. Thing is, they never give the money back.

Nate Bartram (@TNONate) reported
@HyperrJedi I've never used a "free" domain site, but my instinct is not to trust them. Why are they free? How do they monetize? I would use someone like Namecheap, 1984, or Orange Website.
