    @Namecheap This is unacceptable. ALL my websites & VPSs are down, clients are affected and I’m losing money. “Power outage” is not enough. Where is the redundancy and backup power? No ETA, no real explanation. I expect answers AND compensation for this outage.

    @SpaceshipStatus @spaceship @Namecheap Something similar had happened to me before at another company. The cause of the downtime was a major storm, but the issue was quickly resolved as they were hosted in three different regions around the globe.

    @netblocks none of our domains' DNS is hosted on namecheap, they are only our registrar. i don't seem to have any sites down. not sure what the implications of our registrar being offline for an extended period of time will be?

    @Namecheap My VPS being offline is understandable for a power outage, but being unable to access my account to change DNS servers for domains to recover services is unacceptable. I just renewed my VPS, but it may be time to migrate to a different provider. No response to email is a bad look

    @Namecheap The problem is Namecheap’s architecture allows a single outage to take down everything at once. This is not how modern infrastructure is supposed to work. Call it piss-poor management.

    10 years I have been using @Namecheap And they always impress me with the quality of their technical support and their servers. A big problem that doesn't need to be done today for us and our customers, but that doesn't lose our trust in them. I hope this problem will soon.
