    @back_air @Namecheap You shouldn't get ip ban if you with the right isp as the 1s that are up and comming looking for customers dont seem to ban if compared to a well known isp that doesn't need your money. If i got a ban id cancel and switch

    @Namecheap Depends - it may guard the privacy against the site you visit. But for that, the VPN provider has to be trusted, which is quite often a problem.

    @Namecheap The price itself does not impact quality, however, paid subscriptions do give more options for the company in terms of monetization. This is what could help a company avoid more predetory bisnis practices, like sharing user information.

    @christina_olii @Namecheap ticket #VSO-666-28623 live chat could not help legal team did not respond to my emails, and just suspended my account, and cost me business after I provided information on how my clients opt in to receive email alerts. I have not abused the policy.

    @mihai_iova @PoeHaH I heard that there might be a 24-48 hour delay after pushing out the bundle-less cert. We stopped hearing issues within 24 hours of pushing out the Namecheap cert.

    @Namecheap Sorry to burst your bubble, but a VPN service that claims to collect no logs is 99.9% lying. Also, running your own VPN server is free and most important if you need to connect to your own systems.

    @Namecheap It can’t speed up your intervener connection it can only slow it down (except if you have some bs protocol that’s really good at compressing data while still being fast but it’s not the case)

    @Namecheap Thanks for making me feel like a crook. I have to verify all info again and still have to wait days to get an answer. Never had issue with GoDaddy or register. I have hundreds of domains on my account and have been locked out for over a week.

    @Namecheap Hi, I recently paid for my domain for the next year. There was a mistake on your end, I was charged for two years but didn't have enough $$$ in my account. I just heard from support, and they are disabling my domain. Not cool. I did not consent to paying for two years

    Are month+ waits in responding to customer emails a thing now? I emailed @Fidelity on 10/8 about an urgent matter. Got a reply today, 28 days later. I emailed @namecheap about an urgent matter on 9/2. Got a response last week, 58 days later. This is not how you do business.

    @christina_olii @Namecheap Thank you.. They also sent me what caused the issue, but it's a little confusing if the email is just a bounce back or a report of spam. Either way I need to know. I will remove that user manually.

    @Namecheap After some company claimed that our ip adress illegally streamed 1 second of two of their copyrighted movies, and despite a lawyer we had no way to escape the ridiculous payment, (might've been a bad lawyer, idk), I did get a VPN.

    @ecarlesi We would like to inform you that Namecheap is currently providing only registration services for the domain name in question. It means that we cannot take down the content hosted by a third party as we do not have access to servers where the content is actually located.

    @Namecheap Irrelevant question, as using a VPN doesn't solve the problem it just moves it. You still have privacy concerns now with the VPN provider instead of your ISP.
