    Been using my @Azure Face service for the first time this week and on day 3 my API calls are timing out and failing (Azure Status says everything's fine). Set up a new resource in another region and it's working again, but it doesn't inspire confidence... 🤔 (cc JeremyCMorgan)

    @Azure it’s too late. I already cancelled my subscription. It’s ridiculous to be spending $45 a month for a server(standard B1s, 1cpu, 1gb ram) that isn’t even running. You need a better pricing scheme for those that only want to pay for what they use. It’s not working.

    @dearsina @Azure We have had issues on all locations we tried. Seems like it's slowly improving, we got some requests through, but there are still issues.

    @grsl_fr @Azure does that with their ****** cloud services. Then when you cancel your subscription you still get charged for support. I've had a bill from them for 3 months straight since I cancelled the service.

    @Azure @AzureSupport not able to find answer. Is this possible to do sql server monitoring for slow sql, high cpu consuming sql etc via app insights for sql server hosted on azure vm? Thank you for the support.

    Bravo to @Azure @AzureDevOps for awful customer service, given it's been a minimum of 40 minutes that builds have been failing, users outside my organization have also verified this and your status page is entirely inaccurate and can't be trusted.

    Hey @Azure, a freeform entry for support requests would be great. I don't care about your internal complexity. Asking for support shouldn't involve jumping through a 1000 hoops.

    @RoshEjaz @jaydestro @Azure UI is indeed to often scoped to the current subscription. While ARM template deployment won't have such limitation. Next time UI does support cross-subscription linking. So it's all about (in)consistency of UX.

    Hi @Azure , @AzureSupport team, I appeared for an proctor based exam today with @PearsonVUE . Lost Wifi connection in the middle of exam and quickly switched to mobile hotspot. The proctor cancelled my exam saying mobile hotspot is not allowed. This is really pathetic service.

    So, the service is a simpler version of @Microsoft's existing @Azure Virtual Desktop service, without the hassle of setting up an Azure Virtual Desktop environment in the cloud.

    The worst service I've ever seen is Microsoft Azure. you did withdraw cash from my credit card and a promise a refund, which will eventually be rejected. You did this when I lost my job because of covid. Thank you very much. @AzureSupport @Azure
