  Ok, I finally got approved for better rate limits on @Azure which surprised me cos I’ve been waiting for months… It seems they fixed a few issues and the models feel somewhat reliable now? Also got access to both Claude and GPT models now. Yay. Good job Microsoft.

  @Microsoft @Azure The only thing worse is when you get stuck into their ticketing system, also known as hell. I once was running a project where nothing got fixed because the people working on our case kept leaving to go to other companies and they never replied. Absolutely insanity.

  Enterprise AI vendors have a credibility problem when they sell broad use intelligence while their own product documentation is inaccurate. If the system’s deterministic behavior is already codified, documenting it clearly in natural language should be table stakes in this world... 👀 @Azure @MSCloud 👀

  The problem is that Microsoft and Anthropic haven't opened up Claude APIs in Microsoft Foundry yet. It's a gated program, and even if you submit several access requests, they may choose not to respond. #Claude @Azure

  My experience with @Azure: - Pay USD 123.58/mo for Postgres - Server gets stuck on restart. Cannot access it. Gotta contact support. - Pay $29 to contact support. But that's business hours only, and it's 2 AM. - Pay $100/mo to reach 24/7 support. - SLA is 1h. Get a response 2h later. - Request a refund. Get ignored for 13 days. - Escalate the ticket. - Receive 5 full-page apology emails, all expecting a response. - Server still not stable. - Upgrade to USD 218.48/mo. This is the kind of nonsense @levelsio warns about. Meanwhile, Hetzner would cost ~€40/mo.

  Start VM on Connect not working from the native Windows App today but has previously. @Azure permissions set properly. Start same desktop as same user via the web client on same machine & the VM starts. No error in Windows App, just stops showing "Connecting" (and never shows Starting).🙁
